Vitamin B12 Information, why we need it , and why you can't good absorption in pills

Vitamin B12  is known as the “energy vitamin,” and it is essential for many critical functions in your body, including energy production, supporting your immune system, and helping to regulate the formation of red blood cells.*  Recent studies from the US Framingham trial show that one in four adults in the US are deficient in this vitally important nutrient and nearly half of the population has suboptimal blood levels.

Vitamin B12 is present only in animal sources of food--which is one of the reasons I advise against being a strict vegetarian or a vegan. This deficiency can result in  less than optimal nervous system function, a tendency toward nervousness, and even less-than-optimal eye health.*

The older you get the more likely you are to have a vitamin B12 deficiency.  The two ways that you become deficient in vitamin B12 are from not getting enough in your diet and from losing the ability to absorb it.

I recently visited India which is primarily a vegetarian based culture and current studies there show about 80% of the adults are deficient in vitamin B12. However, vegans are  not the only ones who can become vitamin B12 deficient. 

The older you get the more your digestive system breaks down, especially if you have been following the standard American diet. I have to share this new discovery with you. We received our 4 bottle order of Cell Magic last week, and I've been 
plunking a few of them little suckers down to test them out. . It's powerful stuff. On Mondays I have a big schedule. 
I travel to Guadalajara and spend most of the day shopping and picking up food and tortillas from the tortilla factory 
which saves me the rejects each week for the Mezcala family. This includes a stop at Mailboxes Etc., Costco, Sam's 
Club, WalMart, sometimes MegaFoods, and the Abastos, the fresh fruit and produce market, a huge place with anything 
you could imagine at half the cost of purchasing it in the grocery stores. I usually get home about four pm, then load 
the car up with the food for the Mezcala family, tortillas and my Martin guitar and head for Mezcala where I drop off the food, 
give each kid a peso and a handful of candy, and take 5 to 7 members with me to San Antonio between Chapala and 
Ajijic for a Bible house meeting where I do the praise and worship part of the service. It's an hour and 45 minute trip 
just to get there. Then after the service it's another hour and 45 minutes to get them back home to Mezcala and me back home to San Miguel Cuyutlan. It's about a 180 km round trip. I usually get home between 11 and 11:30 PM.  I used to have 
a really hard time staying awake on the way home. And you don't want to be caught napping because there are horses, 
cows, and donkeys alongside and crossing the road from Chapala to Mezcala at night. This Monday  I took 
3 Cell Magic pills before I left.  Never got sleepy at all which I thought was quite amazing. Today I took my morning whey shake and TriThin capsule and packet of Tri Unity White Lightening energy drink which I always put down before I go play volleyball for 2 1/2 hours in the hot sun. I added three Cell Magic capsules to the dose this morning.  It was hot today. Many quit about noon. I put down a half liter of orange juice and almost two liters of water but noticed I wasn't tired when I got 
home and wasn't hungry either.  I put down three more CellMagic capsules and another TriThin capsule about 3PM. Then practiced drums and guitar until it was time to go to the church practice where we get lessons from a group in Guadalajara 
that is trying to make musicians out of us so we can do our own praise and worship here as a group. The drum instructor is merciless. I am so tired of learning what rests and double rests and rests with dots and 1/16th notes and notes with flags 
and double flags on them mean. It's a brain squeeze if you know what I mean. Hard enough just making the right leg do something different than the left leg is doing. Add two hands doing different things too and it can mess the mind up.
That got over about ten thirty PM and I still wasn't hungry but finally ate a little something when I got home.  The nutrients

what they need nutrition wise at the cell level.  There's no other good explanation for these past two days.   What amazed me most, was like on Monday, the energy level never went down. Normally when I get home from volleyball, I take a siesta.  Not today. If these two products work this good, I can hardly wait to get my hands on the B12 product to add to the mix.  I think TriUnity has some real winning formulations going here.
A few days later. 
I continued the same plan, and I'm losing almost half a pound a day now on this regime, absolutely painlessly.
In the morning I take a vanilla whey shake with a banana in it. I mix it up in a Magic Bullet blender, 8 oz shake.

don't eat anything. I am still not hungry past 7 or 8pm.  You gotta eat something early evening but eat light and eat right. Calories still count and it still takes a 3500 calorie deficit to lose a pound.  Drink lots of water during the day. NO SODA POP. It's pure sugar and will mess you up. Water only or lemon juice in water. USE Stevia for sweetner if you need to sweeten the lemonade. NO SPLENDA (ant poison) or any other artificial sweeteners. Costco has Purevia packets, which is pure stevia. Don't take tri thin past 4pm or you may not get to sleep at night.  Looks to me like the tri thin tricks the appetite mechanism and provides the thermo burn to release fat into energy, but the cell magic provides the nutrition at the cellular level which makes the whole process work smoothly and painlessly thus keeping appetite totally suppressed.  If you start this routine I want to hear about YOUR results. berry@detailshere.com
