Agents - Cognigen Independent Representatives
There are two different kinds of agents at Cognigen; directs sales program agents, and reps.
Direct Sales Program Agent. If you just want to refer people to Cognigen who obtain their long distance service from Cognigen through your Cognigen website with which you can build a residual income of from 6% -10% of their long distance bill, be a direct sales program agent. It's FREE to become a direct sales program agent and you don't even have to be signed up for the service. You could limit your involvement to that step only.
The Direct Sales Program consists of paying you predetermined commissions on all of your personal sales. Your commission percentage is determined by your personal sales volume, and a 1% override is also applied to your commission check for every subagent you sponsor down to six levels.
Your commissions will come directly from Cognigen, mailed on the 28th of each month. Again, if you recruit sub-agents, they will, like you, receive a 6% commission on their own sales (up to 10% based upon total business volume) , and you will receive a 1% override on their sales, and on each of your "downline" agents six levels deep.
Cognigen pays out a total of 12% in commission between you and your downline - putting them in the top 1% for commission payout in the world!

Select Services
Your commission on each Select
Service (these are covered below in the rep's area; they include dish
network, cellphones, pagers, internet telephony, discount
computers, select calling card, etc. ) starts at 6%, with a $100.00 base value for each sale (except
Dish
Network, which has a base value of $200 per sale). After you sell 10 select
customers the base value will increase to $200.00. You will also receive a 1%
override on each Select Service your "downline" sells through six
levels. These commissions will also increase to as high as 10% based on your
monthly revenues.

Qualified Rep (QR) versus being just a direct sales program agent.

It's easy to become a qualified rep simply by using yourself or selling to a retail customer two of the "regular" phone services and two "select" services.
