Cashout Process

At Golden Panda Ad Builder, we will be using the following process for Cashouts. This Cashout process will be as follows:

1. We will mail requested Cashout Checks on Thursdays of each week.

2. In order to process a Cashout Request for a Thursday pay out, you must have your Cashout Request submitted, through your member backoffice, by the previous Friday, at midnight EDT. Any Cashout Request sent in after the weekly, Friday deadline will take an additional Thursday pay period to complete.

3. Any level of membership may request a Cashout Monday through Friday. We will not take any Cashout Requests on Saturdays and Sundays.

4. You may request up to 5 Cashouts per week, which equals one per day. (We suggest that if you want to make a Cashout during the week that you let your Cash Balance accumulate throughout the week and make one weekly Cashout request; thereby receiving one Rebate Check for the corresponding Thursday pay period. Otherwise, you will receive multiple Rebate Checks for the amount of Cashouts you request that week).

This pay system is structured so that once a Cashout is requested, it is received by the corporate office.; therefore, you, as the member, will know when to expect your requested Rebate Check.
