Presidential Statement Encourages Secretary-General To Promote Standardized Approach to Such Training, Recruitment

Noting the increasing role and special functions of civilian police in United Nations peace-keeping operations, the Security Council this morning encouraged States to make appropriately trained police available to the Organization at short notice, if possible through stand-by arrangements. It also encouraged the Secretary-General to guide States, in order to promote a standardized approached to the training and recruitment of civilian police.

Through a statement read out by its President, Foreign Minister of Sweden Lena Hjelm-Wallen, the Council encouraged States to provide appropriate training of civilian police for international service and to seek further means to enhance the ways in which such police components were set up and supported. It encouraged their efforts to organize joint training between civilian and military components designated for United Nations operations, in order to improve coordination and security for personnel in the field.

According to the Council, civilian police performed indispensable functions in monitoring and training national police forces. They could play a major role, through assistance to local police forces, in restoring civil order, supporting the rule of law and fostering civil reconciliation. The Council saw an increasingly important role for them in helping build confidence and security between parties and among local populations, in order to prevent or contain conflicts or to build peace in their aftermath.

The Council underlined the importance of recruiting qualified civilian police for United Nations operations from the widest possible geographic range, and well as of recruiting female officers. It underlined the necessity for United Nations civilian police to be trained, as required, to support the reorganization, training and monitoring of national police and to help defuse tension on the ground through negotiations. The Council considered it essential that such police contingents contain adequate legal expertise.

"The Security Council has established or authorized a growing number of peace-keeping operations which contain both civilian and military components. It takes particular note of the increasing role and special functions of civilian police in such operations."

"The Security Council notes the efforts by the General Assembly and its Special Committee on Peace-keeping Operations in carrying out their task to review all aspects of peace-keeping operations, including inter alia, enhancing the capacity of the United Nations system to accommodate the growing demand for civilian police in peace-keeping operations. It furthermore commends the efforts of the Secretary-General in this regard. The Council encourages States to look for further means to enhance the ways in which civilian police components of peace-keeping operations are set up and supported."

"The Security Council considers that in operations mandated by the Security Council or the General Assembly the civilian police perform indispensable functions in monitoring and training national police forces and can play a major role, through assistance to local police forces, in restoring civil order, supporting the rule of law and fostering civil reconciliation. It sees an increasingly important role for civilian police, among others, in contributing to the building of confidence and security between parties and among local populations, in order to prevent conflict, to contain conflict or to build peace in the aftermath of conflict."

The Shrub as the New 'Papal' Dictator on a Crusade for the Heretics (terrorists) 

    By all accounts it was a political success. In his address before a joint session of the United States Congress, President Bush issued an ultimatum to the nations of the world: "Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists." The implications are clear. All nations not cooperating fully with the U.S. agenda will be considered the enemy in this new "war on terror."

    Merriam-Webster's dictionary defines terrorism as a "systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion." The Department of Defense describes it as "the calculated use of violence or the threat of violence to inculcate fear; intended to coerce or to intimidate governments or societies in the pursuit of goals that are generally political, religious, or ideological." Even though terrorism may be defined in a variety of ways, the common, underlying belief is that terrorism can only be committed by "terrorists" -- that is, unofficial, non-governmental "fanatics" and "extremists" who are willing to use violence to achieve their political ends.

    As with Saddam Hussein, this group of "terrorists" in Afghanistan were armed and employed by the U.S. in the 1980's. "We created the first international jihad in recent history," states Harvard Professor Jessica Stern (Washington Post, 9-18), who worked in the Clinton White House on terrorism issues. Stern was referring to the Afghan mujahideen who the U.S. equipped with American made Stinger anti-aircraft missiles for shooting down Russian aircraft. Many of these fighters, like Osama bin Laden, came from Saudi Arabia to resist the Russian occupation. In what may be referred to as a poetic twist of divine justice, the U.S. is now going to war against the "terrorists" that formerly did the bidding of its Central Intelligence Agency.

    Most Americans are unwilling to face the truth that their government has been committing violence to achieve political goals for decades -- the clearest example being the recent NATO air campaign against Serbia. U.S. planes bombed power and heating plants, trains, bridges, homes, schools, and churches, killing thousands of civilians in the process, with the goal of pressuring Serbians into overthrowing their leader, Slobodan Milosevic. It has been hailed as the first bombing campaign to achieve a desired political result. In other words, according to our own government's definition, it was international terrorism.

    During the Cold War any attacks by the U.S. on a European state would have triggered a confrontation with the Soviet Union, and possibly nuclear war. The constant tension between East and West maintained an equilibrium that was lost when the Soviet Union collapsed -- causing the United States to succumb to the arrogance that comes with unbridled power.

    Arrogance and presumption -- there are no better words for it -- have been displayed by a world power to this degree only one other time since the Bible was written, and that was by the papal power in the middle ages. Ironically, in the days following September 11, President Bush repeatedly used the words "crusade" to describe the upcoming "war on terror", and "barbarians" as the presumed target of our revenge. These words have overtones reminiscent of the Catholic crusades of medieval times when the pope sent crusaders to wipe out the Muslim infidel in the holy land. They appropriately reflect the spirit behind the world's remaining superpower today.

    The Catholic church became the preeminent world power after the collapse of the Roman empire. The pope had his own states, but also claimed supreme authority over all earthly governments, reserving the right to depose kings and collect tribute from kingdoms. If a country failed to stamp out "heresy" and enforce the popes religion, or refused to deliver a "heretic" to the papal court, the pope would place it under "interdict", a form of sanctions that struck terror to hearts in medieval times. Or he would declare a "crusade" and raise a "coalition" army from obedient states to pummel the intransigent nation into submission. This power was the "first beast", who received a "deadly wound" when Napoleon took the pope prisoner in 1798.

    This "deadly wound" was healed when the U.S. regime assumed the spirit of the papacy in its dealing with the nations -- becoming a reflected image of the first beast. In his speech before Congress, Mr. Bush accused Osama bin Laden's organization, Al Qaeda, as having an international agenda. "...its goal is remaking the world -- and imposing its radical beliefs on people everywhere," he said.

    This is a lie, as it is Osama bin Laden's clearly stated purpose to drive the Western occupation out of the middle-east, just as he helped drive the Russians out of Afghanistan. Mr. Bush's accusation is better applied to his own organization, which seeks to remake the world by imposing its system of political and financial controls and pagan world view.

    In Afghanistan "you can be jailed for owning a television," complained Mr. Bush. How will the international elite brainwash Afghani children if they can't learn about "alternative lifestyles" and "cultural diversity" on western T.V. shows -- beamed in via satellite? Evidently this is one inequity he will correct after he invades Kabul. No, it is Mr. Bush and his organization that is seeking to remake the world. This beast looks like a lamb but speaks like a dragon.

    The "jihad" or holy war is something attributed by the Western media to Muslim militants, but the beast is also conducting a holy war against those opposed to its rule. In America this upcoming war is not just another foreign intervention. It is a patriotic war that has united the various political factions behind the beast. After President Bush gave his address, Senate minority leader Trent Lott said before the cameras, "Tonight there is no opposition party." On September 11 Senate Majority Leader Daschle stated Republicans and Democrats were so tight there was "no air or light" between them.

    Recently talk show host Bill Maher made the mistake of saying the terrorists of September 11 were "warriors", and that shooting missiles at targets 2,000 miles away, as the U.S. does, is "cowardly." While these statements were true and reasonable, he enraged many in his viewing audience, causing Federal Express and Sears to pull their ads from his show. Other verbal blunders have elicited similar reprisals. Just like with the politically correct of the Left, a slip of the lip can cost you your head, making it clear that all this flag waving is not about freedom of speech and the bill of rights, but about worshiping the beast.    

    This story, printed in the Houston Chronicle on September 19 seems to echo the prophesies.

The day before terrorists attacked New York and Washington, a fifth-grader in a Dallas suburb told his teacher World War III would begin the next day, school officials have told the FBI. The boy approached his teacher on the afternoon of Sept. 10 and casually told her: "Tomorrow, World War III will begin. It will begin in the United States, and the United States will lose." "It is one of those things I sincerely want to believe was coincidental," a school official said.

    Michael wrote the following paragraph on September 22:

World War III is now opening before us. Truly, this is the war to end all wars. It is the first war ever, where men do not know who their enemy is. "The United States has been called to a new worldwide mission -- to rid the world of evil." How incredible the proposal.

Truly, this final war is timely. For generations it has been prepared for. The judgment of our Father is so wonderfully just. He brings upon man his own self, as a bird is brought to a reflection of himself in the window, and it flies against that window pane attacking his own reflection. You are to me what I see in myself. Nothing could prove the justice of God more fully.

    On 9-23 the Washington Post quoted Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage as saying, "You are either 100 percent for us, or 100 percent against us." This ultimatum implies a threat that does not bode well for the people of the world who are unsupportive of the beast's agenda. It rings like papal anathema from the dark ages.

             HOW TO STOP ISLAMIC TERRORISTS...... it worked
            once in our History...

            Once in U.S. history an episode of Islamic terrorism
            was very quickly stopped. It happened in the
            Philippines about 1911, when Gen. John J. Pershing was
            in command of the garrison. There had been numerous
            Islamic terrorist attacks, so 'Black Jack' told his
            boys to catch the perps and teach them a lesson.

            Forced to dig their own graves, the terrorists were
            all tied to posts, execution style. The U.S. soldiers
            then brought in pigs and slaughtered them, rubbing
            their bullets in the blood and fat. Thus, the
            terrorists were terrorized; they saw that they would be
            contaminated with hogs' blood.

            This would mean that they could not enter Heaven, even
            if they died as terrorist martyrs.

            All but one was shot, their bodies dumped into the
            grave,and the hog guts dumped atop the bodies. The
            lone survivor was allowed to escape back to the
            terrorist camp and tell his brethren what happened to
            the others. This brought a stop to terrorism in the
            Philippines for the next 50 years.

            Pointing a gun into the face of Islamic terrorists
            won't make them flinch. They welcome the chance to die
            for Allah. Like Gen. Pershing, we must show them that
            they won't get to Muslim heaven (which they believe
            has an endless supply of virgins) but instead will die
            with the hated pigs of the devil.

Russian oil is the reason why Afghanistan is going to get carpet bombed – how interesting when the real truth comes out.

If we all drove electric cars and planes (or some other alternative fuel),

the Arabs wouldn't be wealthy any longer and there wouldn't be any

reason to fight over the oil fields referred to in this article.

  THE DISMANTLING OF AMERICA

  The current "war" on Afghanistani terrorism is a misdirection and a

hoax. As pointed out in the book "Black Gold Hot Gold" the oil expected to

flow from the vast oilfields under the Russian Caspian Sea, discovered about

20 years ago remains undrilled and untapped. That field contains about 500

years worth of oil at present world consumption rates. The only possible

oil pipeline routes at the present time to handle the massive flow of oil

from the Caspian Sea region under Chenya is either through Kosovo to the

Mediterranean Sea, or through Afghanistan and Pakistan to the Indian

Ocean. Two years ago, the Clinton administration attempted to place Kosovo

under international control and begin pipeline construction, but was unable

to complete the process.

  The normal oil route would have been to move oil from Chenya, across

the Black Sea and through the Bosporus to the Mediterranean. But the narrow

Bosporus channel is already clogged with oil tankers from the existing

Black Sea oilfields. The only alternate is to move the tankers from the

Black Sea, bypassing the Bosporus, up the Danube River and then through a

very short pipeline across Kosovo to the Mediterranean at Tirana, Albania.

That process was stopped by the Chinese who have supplied and armed the

Albanians, as a client state, since 1949.

  Following the Soviet discovery of the vast Chechen oilfields in the

late 1970's, they attempted to take control of Afghanistan to provide a

massive pipeline system to allow the Soviets to market their oil directly from

the Afghan-Pakistan seaport. This resulted in the decades long Soviet-Afghan

war. The Soviets were stopped by the U.S. supplied and armed insurgent

groups, including Osama bin Laden, who defeated the Soviets in the late

1980's.

The Soviets had massively built up their military in the 1980's,

including the world's largest nuclear submarine fleet, gambling on the huge

profits to be made by selling their Chechen oil on the open market. When the

Afghans under bin Laden, backed by the U.S. CIA stopped the construction

of the Soviet-Afghan pipeline, the Soviet Union went through an economic

collapse and ceased to exist in 1991. The vast Chechen oilfield still

remains fallow and untapped. As identified in "Black Gold Hot Gold," the

Empire of Energy is now making a new attempt to market the Chechen oil by

carpet bombing Afghanistan and building the Afghan pipeline.

  George W. Bush's statement about declaring war on "terrorism" is

obviously hollow and sallow. It strangely does not include the terrorists

in Northern Ireland, nor even the terrorist suicide bombers among the

Palestinians. Instead it makes an instant leap of logic to aim the U.S.

military directly at Afghanistan.

  The terrain in northern Afghanistan is the arid rugged foothills of the

Himalayas known as the Hindu Kush and is defended by the large fierce

tribal armies of the Northern Coalition who are excellent guerilla

fighters with years of experience fighting Soviets, now backed by the

Chinese, and not connected with the main Taliban  government in Kabul. The

Soviets spent over 10 years at great expense to attack and "carpet bomb" 

Afghanistan,  but they found fortress Himalaya is impenetrable. The result was

tremendous loss of Soviet lives  and the economic collapse of the Soviet

Union.

George Bush is now leading the United States down that same road. The

Empire of Energy has for almost 100 years had as its goal the dismantling

of the United States of America and amalgamating it into one large global

energy market. They have found in George Bush a willing partner. Any war

in Afghanistan would pit the  U.S. against the Chinese who just last week,

on the day of the Word Trade Center attack, signed a mutual pact with the

Afghans.

  In the last 50 years the U.S, has fought numerous wars against the

Chinese, as in Korea, Vietnam and  elsewhere. In those wars the result

was always a draw with massive loss of life. Even high tech "smart" weapons

in Kosovo were unable to defeat the Chinese. In the upcoming Afghan war with

the Chinese, the U.S. will lose by  simple attrition. Neither smart bombs

nor nuclear bombs work against hidden terrorists or against fortress

Himalaya. There are more Chinese soldiers in uniform than the whole

populaton of the U.S.

Numerous recent news stories indicate the attack on the World Trade

Center was known to the CIA and FBI weeks before the attack. Seemingly

nothing was done. As for America,  and the election of November 2000. Both

G.W. Bush and Al Gore were backed by the Empire of Energy, so it didn't

matter for whom you voted.

Americans have been anesthetized and put to sleep by their lack of

knowledge of world history, as America disintegrates.

   HAARP began maximum day-time missile shield transmission shortly after

attack on the WTC and the Pentagon.

   Brother Jonathan Gazette was the first to break the WTC Plane attack

at 5:55 am or less than 10 minutes after the first plane hit the first

tower.

This was 20 minutes before any news item about the WTC was put on the

internet. The news alert about the second plane crashing into the second

tower was on the Gazette within less than 30 seconds, again ahead of all

other news sources.

  The major impact of the events is to shut down all financial operations

in the US and also has caused a major collapse in world trade and the

world financial system. Simultaneous with the sudden decrease in the value of

world stock markets was the rapid increase in the cost of gold and oil in

the world's markets. The primary beneficiary of the WTC and Pentagon

plane crash events is China.

  Nine hours after the first plane hit the towers, with the US military

on highest alert, HAARP suddenly began maximum power day-time transmissions  on  6.965 MHz, at 3:15 PM PDT. The HAARP pulses were the military 6.25 sec pulses with dual pre-tones. The spaces between pulses were not the usual long-short 15 and 30 second pauses between pulses indicating slow communication to submarines. The spaces between pulses are all short, 15

seconds, and are the type of pulses used by the Air Force for forming

maximum strength vertical anti-missile radiation shields to block

missiles from China.

Bin Laden Calls His Balkan Brigades to Arms

26 September: DEBKAfile’s military sources report that Osama Bin Laden’s deputy, the Egyptian Jihad chief Ayman al-Zawahri, has ordered Al Qaeda and Jihad activists in Bosnia, Kosovo, Albania and Macedonia – an estimated 6,000 men – to report for duty and prepare to open a second Islamic front against the United States in the Balkans. According to our sources, that nucleus group is capable of mustering another 40,000 trained and well-armed fighting men. Many hold on to the up-to-date weapons handed out to them by NATO, including the US Army, during the 1998 Kosovo War.
In Bosnia, the Bin Laden-Jihad alliance commands a reservoir of 7,500 fighting men; in Kosovo – 15,000; in Albania – another 15,000 and in Macedonia – 5,000.
Earlier this week, rumors went round European and NATO intelligence circles that al-Zawahri was in Tirana to organize the Balkan fighting force. He was said to be drawing for help on the Jihad’s extensive infrastructure in the Albanian capital, the Albanian criminal underworld and the Albanian Liberation Army command posts that control large stretches of Kosovo.
NATO Headquarters in Brussels also received reports of some 3,000 Chechen rebels funded by Bin Laden beginning to cross into Georgia, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. They are in flight from President Vladimir Putin’s 72-hour ultimatum to give themselves up and surrender their arms. They suspect that Putin received an American carte blanche to crush the Chechen rebellion in return for his support of the US operation in Afghanistan. The generals in Brussels fear the Chechens will strike at the US bases going up n Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Tadjikistan.
There is every indication, according to DEBKAfile’s military sources, of preparations by Bin Laden and his network of militant Islamic fundamentalists to launch two fronts - in the Balkans and in Central Asia – to attack US and allied forces as they open their offensive in Afghanistan.
NATO maintains 60,000 servicemen in the Balkans, one third American; US strength in the former Soviet republics of Central Asia now stands at some 15,000.
Washington’s hopes of bringing Arab nations into its anti-terror coalition were further dashed Monday, September 24, when Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and Iraqi president Saddam Hussein, both called Syrian President Bashar Assad with a promise of any political and military support he might need to frustrate an American strike against the militant Shiite Hizballah in Lebanon and the radical Palestinian groups based in Damascus.
Saddam disclosed he had placed his armed forces on supreme battle preparedness in anticipation of the United States following up on its operation in Afghanistan with an assault on Iraq in an attempt to topple his regime.
DEBKAfile’s military sources confirm that the Iraqi army was placed on its highest preparedness at the end of last week. Hundreds of thousands of Iraqi civilians are reported fleeing Baghdad and Basra and making for remote villages.
Another sign of the rising tension in Iraq is the airlift Beijing has instituted to remove the 1000 Chinese technicians and military men upgrading Iraqi air defense command centers with new optic fibers systems.
These major military movements heavily overshadowed Yasser Arafat’s abruptly aborted trip to Damascus Tuesday and the news that his oft-delayed and unpopular meeting with Israeli foreign Minister Shimon Peres in Gaza would finally come off Wednesday morning.
If that meeting does indeed come about, the two are expected to sign a memorandum affirming a cessation of hostilities, the application of the ceasefire negotiated by CIA director George Tenet four months ago and of the first stages of the recommendations made by former Senator George Mitchell and his team.
According to DEBKAfile’s sources in Washington, Arafat had already set out for his long-awaited meeting with the Syrian president in Damascus, when he turned round and retraced his steps to Gaza. He changed course after US secretary of state Colin Powell had harangued him by telephone from before he embarked from Dahaniyeh airport in Gaza all the way to Amman. Powell finally slapped down an ultimatum: Go to Damascus and meet Assad, and he would not only burn all his bridges to Washington once and for all, but he would be deemed to have lined up with Saddam Hussein once again as he did in the 1991 Gulf War – only this time there would be no forgiveness from Washington and he could expect full punishment.
Arafat, when his plane touched down in Amman, ordered his pilot to turn back.

As I mentioned in a recent posting, I have been introduced to a channelled

source of information that has proved to be incredibly accurate. In fact, it

is clear to me now that this consciousness has been guiding me to uncover the

global conspiracy and preparing me to do so all my life.

I had arranged to converse with this source through an extremely gifted

"channel" two weeks before the U.S. atrocities and the appointment turned out

to be the day after the tragedy. What I was told supported my own

"this-world" research that the plan is to trigger a conflict with China that

would lead to the formation of world government, central bank, currency and

army and turn the planet into an orbiting prison camp. Another highly likely

scenario I have been told about many times by United States "insiders",

incidentally, is an attack on the Muslim shrine at Temple Mount in Jerusalem

to further escalate conflict with the Islamic world, and my own view is that

we could possibly even see the assassination of President Bush and someone

very close to Tony Blair to increase still more dramatically the measures

imposed to "fight terrorism". Horrific as the events of September 11th were,

they are just the start, not the end of this stage of the

Illuminati-reptilian agenda.

I asked this other dimensional source to tell me who was really responsible

for what happened in New York and Washington and this was the reply. This

I believe that in your time you call these tragic and unfortunate

circumstances that prevail a "smoke screen". That is to say the forces of one

faction rise against the forces against another. You are being …society is

being deceived.

There will be those that will proclaim themselves responsible… [or are blamed

by others]…they possibly will use such emotive terms as Jihad [Holy War]. And

there are those that will claim themselves to be victims and of course

recriminations, eventual attacks, will take place against those that report

It is a hideous distraction. It is a distraction from what's really taking

place. I would like to make a prediction of how we foresee what will unfold.

Now when I say to make a prediction that does not mean that the circumstances

cannot be changed. I sincerely hope that enough positive thought will be

projected into the situation that the situation will indeed be altered from

that we foresee…Islamic forces will be attributed or claim responsibility for

this. You will have noticed in your media the days before this attack that

great play was made of how stocks, shares and finance was in a state of

decline…I think it is called recession, yes? Now, how very, very coincidental

that this was made public the day before some great catastrophe that would

enforce financial decline of nations of your world.

You see, a public declaration, a predicted recession, was a coded message. It

was a coded message that the dark day had arrived. Therefore, a public

declaration through television, the media. Impending recession was the coded

message.

About your world there are those that are enforced or are enslaved to the

dark forces. It was their instruction. It was their instruction to gather

into their groups and put into place their piece of a very, very dark jigsaw.

Some rituals were undertaken which were themselves an illusion of the true

insidiousness behind them. Certain enactments were taking place. The truth of

course is that those [political leaders] who are claiming themselves and

their nation to be victims are in fact one of the perpetrators of what has

been done on their own soil. This goes back a very, very long time. You may

well remember in your own understanding of modern history, the forces of the

United States gave great financial assistance to the country of Afghanistan

when they were invaded by the Soviet Union as it was at the time. But of

course that was just a piece being put into place.

This present crisis will erupt and fester and boil for a while and those that

proclaim themselves to be followers of Mohammed will rise and proclaim what

they call the holy Jihad. The forces of the United States of America and

their supposed allies will rise proclaiming themselves to be preserving the

freedom of the world and the liberty of the world.

While all this distraction is going on the army will be mustering their

forces and then as it all dies down, the United States of America will enter

into the true engagement of destruction with the Red Army. Behind all this

are certain ladies and gentlemen…I am almost reluctant to describe them as

such…they are manipulating the very governments, commerce, industry and they,

in turn, are having their lives influenced by that which is dimensionally

removed from your world, as I believe I have expressed to you before. Neither

of your dimension or our dimension, but in a false space between. [ What I

call the reptilians - see previous posting and Children of the Matrix].

MANIPULATION OF FINANCE AND GOLD

Watch very carefully my friend in the course of the coming months the

activities of the Bundesbank. Watch very carefully the activities of Fort

Knox in the United States of America. You will see the great reserves of

finance go and be removed from this establishment. Actually where they are

being deposited will be almost impossible to trace. Continents, countries

will be removing from their depositories gold stocks, transporting them to

the Bundesbank, Fort Knox and other gold depositories elsewhere. But then

they shall be moved again. Nobody will be able to exactly ascertain where

they are being removed to.

THE BLOODLINE FAMILIES

You will notice that certain families have gone very quiet in the public eye,

the Vanderbilts, the Rockefellers, the Gettys. Suddenly you will find that

they will proclaim themselves wanting to undertake great acts of world

charity. Certain people within what you perceive to be the entertainment

industry will suddenly become very engaged in what appear to be humane,

charitable acts. Yes…not that I am so very fond of doing so but it is worth

remembering certain biblical texts …"Beware the false prophets".

MIND-CONTROLLED "CELEBRITIES"

The appearance of certain people will be drastically altered. They will

undertake surgical procedures to alter their appearance. And you may be aware

there are certain people within your entertainment industry that undertake

this manipulation of flesh, you call it cosmetic surgery don't you? Well that

in itself is another insidious deception. It is just being done for vanity

reasons. Appearance has to be altered because there is a much more insidious

procedure being done at the same time. Certain of those you call celebrities

are being genetically manipulated, this is being covered by claims that they

undertake cosmetic surgery. Cosmetic surgery is necessary to conceal exactly

what is being done to them on a biological and genetic level.

And they shall start to proclaim themselves as wanting to undertake great

actions of world healing, of world charity, manipulating the people to

believe that a false peace is coming. …They will proclaim to the public and

use their popularity to influence people to favour certain political and

social changes.[Michael Jackson was one named mentioned in relation to this].

Celebrity status has always been used and used very often to try to persuade

greater numbers of people to be favourable towards a political system. Some

in the past of course have done this with the greatest of motives. But it is

still manipulation.

David Icke: What is happening to them genetically, screened by the cosmetic

surgery and why?

Alterations within the matter of brain. The brain will not allow the truer

functions of the spirit and mind to interact with caporal flesh.

this, things will be done in their lives that will bring them great

Within the industry of entertainment, particularly that based in the United

States, you will see that those who have agreed to comply, how their

popularity seems to increase. They are being used as instruments to influence

peoples of the world. You see politicians are becoming unbelievable. [People]

are becoming aware that those who wear the mantle of politicians, for the

greater part cannot be trusted. But because of the influence of technology,

brainwashing technology, peoples have been persuaded to love and adore

celebrities. Therefore, the great army of those that are without control

of…[their minds]… come from those whom people have been persuaded to adore.

BUSH AND BLAIR "KNEW"

David Icke: Can you confirm that President George W. Bush and our Prime

Minister Tony Blair in Britain knew that the atrocities in America were going

to happen?

Of course they knew. Of course they knew. If one has been instrumental in the

planning of something that can be attributed to the responsibility of someone

else, of course they know. If you are a planner then you must know of the

plan, mustn't you? The antagonism between Mr. Bush, Mr. Blair, and Mr.

not through the means of what you would call conventional technology. Each is

intrinsically aware of what the other is thinking. Therefore if not in the

Question: This is because inside what we call the physical form of Bush,

Blair, Hussein and Fayed, is the same force from what we call this "in -

between" dimension?

It is vital for people to understand that world leaders and controllers in

politics, finance and media are possessed beings, possessed in thought and

emotion by entities from this frequency range of existence between this

physical dimension and the non-physical. This "in-between" world. This is the

connecting force that ensures that the game, the illusion, the daily movie,

can be projected at people through the media while a very different and

highly co-ordinated agenda can unfold behind it.

While the illusion tells us that Bush and Hussein, Russia, China, America,

and the Islamic world etc, etc., are on different "sides", in fact those who

control those countries and beliefs are merely physical shells for the SAME

force. This is why the same interconnecting bloodlines (DNA connection to

these entities) are in the positions of power all over the world controlling

and manipulating the "masses" in every country (see The Biggest Secret and

Children of the Matrix). They seek to manipulate the masses to fight among

themselves while they pull the strings of all "sides" to a common end and

agenda.

I know this sounds fantastic and people should walk away if it is too much

for them. But without this understanding of what we are facing and what and

who is behind it and how, we have got no chance of bringing down this edifice

of control and manipulation.

US coalition: Who is for? Who is against?    (Iraq might not be that far off the truth)

President George W. Bush is trying to rally a global coalition for military

retaliation for attacks against the United States.

US officials have pointed to an Arab connection to the attacks, adding that a

coalition should include Muslim states. Retaliation is likely to focus on

Afghanistan, which hosts the prime suspect, Saudi-born militant Osama bin

Laden.

This is a summary of key responses so far:

STRONG OR SPECIFIC OFFERS OF SUPPORT

INDIA - Offered to allow US military forces to use its facilities if needed.

Has a big Muslim minority. Diplomats say Washington is unlikely to need

Indian bases.

AUSTRALIA - Said 295 troops stationed in United States had been given

BELGIUM - Foreign Minister Louis Michel said he would send troops to help in

US military retaliation.

US military action.

ISRAEL - US sources say Israel giving vital intelligence support on Islamist

militants. U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell said the U.S. sees no role

for Israel in any military response. Prime Minister Ariel Sharon refused to

make concessions to the Palestinians to help U.S. recruit Arab and Muslim

nations for its anti-terror alliance.

ITALY - Said it would join a military response and was ready to deploy troops

and aircraft if asked.

KUWAIT - Freed from Iraqi occupation by a U.S.-led coalition in 1991, offered

all possible help.

SPAIN - Offered its air bases for any retaliatory strikes; promised to act

"without any reservations".

QUALIFIED OR LIMITED SUPPORT

BANGLADESH - One of the most populous Muslim states, pledged support. On

Tuesday, U.S. embassy sources said they were awaiting a response from

caretaker government to a request for possible use of airspace and port

facilities. Bangladeshi officials said issue was too important to decide

quickly.

FRANCE - President Jacques Chirac said France would be "totally supportive",

but Prime Minister Lionel Jospin said it was up to Paris to decide how to

help retaliate and Defence Minister Alain Richard warned against provoking

instability.

GERMANY - Defence Minister Rudolf Scharping suggested in vague terms on

Monday that Germany could participate in a military response. Foreign

Minister Joschka Fischer earlier expressed caution and recalled that

parliament has last word.

INDONESIA - Megawati Sukarnoputri, president of world's biggest Muslim

nation, offered unspecfied help. Other top officials have warned U.S. not to

make Islam a scapegoat.

JAPAN - Struggling to reconcile its post-World War Two constitutional

neutrality with loyalty to its key American ally. Criticised in 1991 for

supporting U.S.-led war to oust Iraq from Kuwait without committing even a

token force to the Gulf.

JORDAN - Said it would be at the forefront of countries ready to join a

coalition. Largest opposition party issued edict on Sunday banning any Muslim

participation in such a coalition.

NATO - Invoked mutual defence clause for first time in its history, opening

the way for a possible collective response. But individual members have

expressed reservations.

PAKISTAN - Afghanistan's western neighbour, previously backed Taliban

government. Offered full cooperation with U.S. and sent delegates to

Afghanistan to try to persuade Taliban to hand over bin Laden but yet to

decide on specific help. A Muslim nation. Fears Taliban attack or civil

unrest if it helps U.S.

PALESTINIAN TERRITORIES - President Yasser Arafat offered to place all his

capabilities at the service of the U.S. and urged Arab states to join a

coalition. On the defensive after some Palestinians were shown on television

welcoming the attacks.

RUSSIA - President Vladimir Putin has pledged support but urged thorough

investigation first. Defence officials have said Moscow will help with

intelligence, but military participation is unlikely. Security Council

secretary Vladimir Rushailo said on Tuesday it was too early to determine

whether ex-Soviet states could allow the use of bases and air space.

SAUDI ARABIA - King Fahd offered support and cooperation to its key ally but

stopped short of spelling out practical help on offer. Gulf source said

country ready to share intelligence.

SYRIA - Has expressed strong support but earlier this year failed to follow

through on commitment to United States.

TAJIKISTAN - Borders Afghanistan. Has offered unspecified help but says it

has not yet received a formal request.

TURKEY - Has said it is willing to support Washington. Not clear what role it

would be asked to play beyond intelligence gathering. Turkish air bases could

be used.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES - Has said it was reviewing its ties with the Taliban

and would help in "any possible way". Also called for immediate NATO move to

fight terrorism and stressed that success of such a move would hinge on a

just solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

OTHER GULF ARAB STATES are likely to link support for any US military action

to extent of U.S. pressure on Israel.

UZBEKISTAN - Borders Afghanistan. Said it is ready to discuss cooperation but

that it was too early to comment on possible use of its bases.

NEUTRALITY

IRAN - Iran condemned the attacks but said punishing its neighbour

Afghanistan might cause a human catastrophe. Canadian newspaper said senior

Iranian officials had asked Canada to tell Washington Iran would not condemn

targeted retaliation against those responsible.

SWEDEN - Foreign Minister Anna Lindh has said country does not want to join

NATO but is reviewing its neutrality.

UNITED NATIONS - Security Council has expressed "readiness to take all

necessary steps to respond to the terrorist attacks" but this falls far short

of formally authorising any military response which would require another

resolution.

OPPOSITION

CHINA - Has said it is ready to join the U.S. superpower in fighting

"terrorism" but warned that military intervention would only "aggravate

terrorism and violence".

EGYPT - Key U.S. ally in Middle East. President Hosni Mubarak said on Monday

it was too early to talk of an alliance against "terrorism" and the United

States should think twice before taking military action that would kill

civilians.

IRAQ - A possible target along with Afghanistan. Accused the United States of

terrorism itself and said the attacks were carried out by American

dissidents.

Bush Warned Privately of Coming Nuke Terror Attack

Hours before his rousing Thursday night address to a joint session of Congress, President Bush warned a congressional prayer meeting that there was credible evidence a second wave of terrorist attacks would strike the U.S., this time featuring chemical, biological or even nuclear weapons.

"It was quite a remarkable scene," Newsweek's Howard Fineman told radioman Don Imus Monday morning.

"The president confessed to (the prayer meeting) his anxieties. He said, 'You know, I have to walk a fine line here. You know my problem.'"

Bush then explained:

"I don't want to alarm people. But there is evidence, there's enough evidence that we face further attacks."

The president's warning included the phrase, "chemical, biological and plutonium -- meaning the possibility of even nuclear terrorism," the Newsweek reporter said.

A step backwards in air safety

The following sobering piece appeared in the 'Inside the Beltway' op-ed section

of the September 20, 2001 edition of The Washington Times, titled 'You're On

Your Own'. Writer John McCaslin states:

'Over the airplane's public-address system came a most incredible announcement

from the captain of United Flight 564 as it was about to pull out of the gate

at Denver International Airport last Saturday, writes Peter Hannaford, a public-

affairs consultant in Washington and former adviser to President Reagan.

''I want to thank you brave folks for coming out today,' the pilot began. 'We

don't have any new instructions from the federal government, so from now on,

we're on our own.'

'The passengers listened in total silence.

'Sometimes a potential hijacker will announce that he has a bomb. There are no

bombs on this aircraft and if someone were to get up and make that claim, don't

believe him. If someone were to stand up, brandish something such as a plastic

knife and say, 'This is a hijacking' or words to that effect, here is what you

should do: Every one of you should stand up and immediately throw things at

that person -- pillows, books, magazines, eyeglasses, shoes -- anything that

will throw him off balance and distract his attention. If he has a confederate

or two, do the same with them. Most important: get a blanket over him, then

wrestle him to the floor and keep him there. We'll land the plane at the

nearest airport and the authorities will take it from there.

'Remember, there will be one of him and maybe a few confederates, but there are

200 of you. Now, since we're a family for the next few hours, I'll ask you to

turn to the person next to you, introduce yourself, tell them a little about

yourself and ask them to do the same.' The end of this remarkable speech, Mr.

Hannaford says, brought sustained clapping from the passengers.''

Gordon continues: My advice: If you plan to fly again soon, wear steel-toed

shoes. Better get the pointed-toe Italian type. And don't forget to practice

throwing them at home first. My suggestion for a target: a photo of the FAA

Commissioner, or perhaps the Mad Hatter.

FAA Plans To Disarm Flight Crews

A new Federal Aviation Regulation would take away the right of pilots, co-

pilots, and navigators to carry firearms and other weapons for self-defense.

Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Paul Takemoto acknowledged Thursday

that flight crews have been authorized to carry firearms for the past 20 years.

'That will change on November 14,' he said. 'The new rule will not include

authorization (to carry firearms) and crew members will no longer be allowed to

carry arms.'

Federal Aviation Regulation 108.11 currently allows armed individuals on

aircraft, 'if the person having the weapon is authorized to have the weapon by

the (airline) and the Administrator (of the FAA) and has successfully completed

a course of training in the use of firearms acceptable to the Administrator.'

That federal aviation regulation also establishes the conditions under which

law enforcement officers and other government officials may be armed on board

aircraft. Takemoto indicated there would be no changes to those regulations.

Takemoto was not aware of whether or not the FAA had ever approved a firearms

training course for flight crews, or whether such a request had ever been made.

He indicated that the agency was too busy to research the issue in light of the

on-going investigation into the hijacking of four passenger jets by terrorists

armed with plastic knives and box cutters on

September 11.

In response to those attacks, the Front Sight Firearms Training Institute in

Las Vegas, Nevada, offered weapons training specifically designed for cockpit

crews free to any pilot, co-pilot, or navigator, if their employer requests the

training. Dr. Ignatius Piazza, founder of Front Sight, was outraged by the

FAA's decision.

'The FAA, in changing the regulation, and preventing the airlines from arming

and training their pilots effectively places the blood on their hands for every

(future) terrorist act involving the take-over of a cockpit of an airplane,' he

said.

Larry Pratt, executive director of Gun Owners of America, agreed.

'This is simply going to insure, and reassure the terrorists, that they will be

the only ones armed. They will break the law, because they're criminals, and

they'll be able to repeat exactly what was done,' Pratt said.

'These people haven't learned a thing,' he continued, 'and they need to be

fired, because anybody who thinks self defense is a bad idea doesn't belong in

public service.'

The FAA's new regulation is also directly at odds with legislation introduced

by Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) last Friday.

House Resolution (HR) 2896 would provide that, 'no department or agency of the

Federal Government shall prohibit any pilot, copilot, or navigator of an

aircraft, or any law enforcement personnel specifically detailed for the

protection of that aircraft, from carrying a firearm.'

Takemoto said the FAA does not comment on pending legislation.

Paul believes pilots should be able to defend themselves and their passengers.

'My approach to this is to allow an airline to take care of their property just

like we allow our chemical plants and our refineries to protect their

property,' he said.

Paul compared the fences and armed guards around such plants to airliners with

fortified cockpit doors and an armed crew flight crew.

Paul expressed astonishment that the terrorists were able to commandeer four

airliners without firearms.

'They did all that without a gun,' he said. 'If the pilots had had guns, they

could have prevented this.'

In a letter to the editor of the Wall Street Journal (Friday, Sept. 21), an

American Airlines captain agreed that 'hardened cockpit doors and armed pilots

could have prevented all four of those hijackings.'

Captain Brad Rohdenburg suggested making some of the pilots sky marshals. 'How

much more cost-effective could a security program be?' he asked.

'At the very least, let us carry pocket knives again. As Benjamin Franklin

said, 'If you make yourselves sheep, the wolves will eat you.''

Nations water works put on high alert

WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 (UPI) -- U.S. drinking water suppliers have been advised, at the direction of the FBI, to be on alert and exercise caution to guard against possible attempts at sabotage in the wake of the recent terror attacks, United Press International learned Monday.

"We have advised all utilities to be on alert and cautious," Tom Curtis, the deputy executive director of the American Water Works Association, or AWWA, told UPI in an interview. "We are not responding to a specific threat advisory from the FBI concerning water utilities, but we have advised water utilities to be on a heightened state of alert."

The federal government has taken a number of precautions since the Sept. 11 attacks against the possible threat of another strike on American targets. The FBI has grounded the nation's crop duster planes, for example. Ronald Reagan National Airport outside of Washington has been closed since the suicide hijackings which killed over 6,000 people at the Pentagon and World Trade Center as well.

Curtis however did say that the FBI had asked the water suppliers to take extra precautions. One drinking water industry source who has seen the advisory said the warning "advises utilities to be aware of security and make contact with local law enforcement and FBI authorities."

Since the attacks, the AWWA has actually issued two separate warnings to U.S. water utilities. The first was on the day of the attacks, according to Curtis. But the association sent out a reminder on Sept. 21, at the request of the FBI, to remind utilities to remain vigilant against terrorism for 30 days following the first advisory.

"There are generally three things a water utility would be thinking about," Curtis said. He said the first was controlling access to a reservoir; the second would be the actual water supply; and finally the treatment plant and associated storage tanks.

An article in the June 2001 issue of American Water Journal says that physical destruction of a water supply is more likely than contamination in the event of a terror attack. "Because guns and explosives are easier to obtain than large amounts of contaminants or toxic chemicals, many observers believe the most likely scenario for a terrorist attack on a water system would involve physical destruction of the system's components," it says. But it warns that both scenarios should be "guarded against."

In the near future, according to industry sources, the Sandia National Labs will release a report funded by the water utilities outlining specific security vulnerabilities in every drinking water system throughout the country.

ANOTHER ISRAELI KILLED

A 28 year old woman who is a member of Kibbutz Sde Elliyahu was killed this

morning by a Palestinian sniper in the northern Jordan Valley while riding

with her husband in their car. Her husband sustained minor wounds. Sheetrit

will be buried at her kibbutz at 15:00, Army Radio reports.

A senior aide to Prime Minister Ariel Sharon said Monday that the drive-by

killing had again reset the clock for truce talks between Palestinian

Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat and Foreign Minister Shimon Peres - a

meeting for which U.S. officials are fervently pressing amid vocal objections

and threats by Israeli hawks. The killing shattered one of the quietest

24-hour periods since the Palestinian uprising broke out nearly a year ago.

A serious cabinet crisis was eased overnight when Prime Minister Ariel Sharon

agreed to reverse a veto on the meeting, and gave a green light to

Peres-Arafat talks to have taken place Monday night. But Sharon aides were

quoted as saying Monday that the attack stood in contradiction to Sharon's

stated insistence on a 48-hour stretch of absolute quiet prior to any

face-to-face Peres-Arafat discussion.

Sharon spokesman Ra'anan Gissin told the Associated Press that the prime

minister held Arafat repsonsible for the killing, and that the incident had

again reset the 48-hour clock. Unnamed Sharon aides told Army Radio that

"Under these circumstances it is difficult to believe that there will be a

meeting today, and it may be postponed until after Yom Kippur". The Yom

Kippur holiday ends Thursday night.

Meanwhile, a semi-annual State Department report evaluating Palestinian

compliance with past Israeli-Palestinian accords says senior PLO and

Palestinian Authority leaders did little to prevent, and may have even

encouraged, an atmosphere of incitement to violence in violation of past

agreements. "The PLO did not abide in a clear and sustained manner by its

commitment to 'call on Palestinians to refrain from violence,' " the report

says.

The report, issued in accordance with the PLO Commitments Compliance Act of

1989 and covering the period of December 15, 2000, through June 15, 2001, was

quietly sent to the White House and congressional leaders on September 12,

the day after the terrorist attacks on the US.

PALESTINIANS 'CELEBRATE' ANNIVERSARY OF INTIFADA WITH GRISLY DISPLAY

Commemorating the year-old uprising against Israel, Palestinian university

students opened an exhibition Sunday that included a grisly re-enactment of a

suicide bombing in Jerusalem. Wearing a military uniform and a black mask, a

Palestinian entered a doorway and set off a fake explosion in a replica of

the Sbarro pizzeria in Jerusalem, where a suicide bomber killed himself and

15 other people last month. It was one of the deadliest attacks in a year of

Mideast violence and drew widespread international condemnation.

The exhibit at Al-Najah University in Nablus was put on by students who

support the militant Islamic movement Hamas, which carried out the Jerusalem

attack. Support for Hamas traditionally runs high at the university. The

school is a hotbed for Palestinian militants and has produced a number of

suicide bombers. Thousands of people, most of them university students,

visited the exhibit, which is to run for a week in the university cafeteria.

In another part of the exhibit, visitors looked through dark windows to see

mannequins dressed as suicide bombers. Each had Islam's holy book, the Quran,

in one hand, and an automatic rifle in the other - real suicide bombers often

assume this pose in videos they make before staging attacks.

Twenty-one Palestinians have blown themselves up in suicide attacks in the

past year, killing more than 50 people and wounding hundreds. Hamas, along

with Islamic Jihad, have carried out the bombings. Among Palestinians, only a

minority supported suicide attacks before the current uprising began last

September. However, recent polls have shown that a majority support such

attacks.

BIN LADEN PREPARES FOR WAR; US AND ISRAEL BOTH WATCHING - DEBKAfile report

As US sea-air armadas, destroyers, air fleets and Special Service units speed

east to make war on terrorism, the opposition makes its own preparations

quietly and in the dark. The ex-Saudi terror master Osama Bin Laden is

generally presented as being on the run, dodging with a small band from one

hideout to another in the UruzgaMountains north of Kahandar and south of

Hindu Kush, to escape the mighty force out to get him. Some reports place him

in hiding in Somalia. The truth is that no one – including western

intelligence agencies – knows where he is. What DEBKAfile ’s intelligence

and military sources can say is that Bin Laden and his senior commanders, far

from giving up the flight, are in fact busy preparing their next offensive

against the US, Britain, Saudi Arabia, the Gulf Emirates, Egypt and Israel –

all affirmed targets of the jihad he has declared against America and

everything its stands for.

Bin Laden and his ilk do not practice Western military doctrines. The

concepts of military hierarchy, with its generals and colonels, general

staffs and operational, air intelligence and naval intelligence branches, are

all alien to Bin Laden and his band. This is quite deliberate. Bin Laden

keeps his men untouched by Western military thinking and formats for two

reasons: 1. To prevent his men’s exposure to Western culture, while creating

a milieu in which any Western penetration agent will soon be spotted. 2. A

preference for traditional Islamic fighting methods, mostly taken from the

early days of conquering Islam - the 7th century, when the Caliph Omar

prevailed over the Byzantine Empire, and the 11th century, when Saladin

defeated the European Crusaders. Saladin, who was not an Arab but a Seljuk

from Asia Minor, built his army around a very small command of adherents and

a large international pool of reservists, who were called up for major

battles by a dozen or so runners, who traveled to the different countries and

activated local couriers in relays for posting call-up summons in the towns

and villages.

DEBKAfile’s military and intelligence sources report that Bin Laden’s

courier squad of half a dozen runners went into action on September 9, two

days before the four hijacked airliners rammed the WorldTradeCenter in New

York and the Pentagon in Washington. They spread out in two destinations. One

group headed for the Islamic madrassas, Islamic schools and colleges of

Afghanistan, where 40,000 of the more than one million students, Afghans and

foreigners, have embraced the jihad mission under Bin Laden’s leadership. A

second group went round the 10,000 madrassas of Pakistan, where Bin Laden can

count on a further 70,000 jihad devotees. The conscripts were issued with

their personal weapons early last week from central armories serving each

cluster of madrassas.

These schools are not colleges in the Western sense, but training and

indoctrination academies breeding militant zealots for battle and

self-sacrifice. These future recruits to Bin Laden’s Moslem internationale

are subjected to rigorous training disciplines in guerrilla and urban combat,

sabotage, the making and use of bombs, simple weaponry for use against

planes, helicopters and tanks and endurance in harsh conditions deprived of

water and food for long periods. This is not a ragged rabble, but a

well-drilled, dedicated Islamic legion of at least 110,000 zealots, raring to

take on Western armies and unafraid of elite US Delta, Rangers and Seals or

British S.A.S. commandos descending on their strongholds.

Indeed some of the instructors teaching the students the arts of war may have

received their own training at the hands of American Moslem commando

instructors, attached at different periods to US 101st or 82nd Airborne

Divisions. How these Moslem Americans reached the most violent Islamic

training grounds in the world will be described elsewhere. Suffice it to say

that the Islamic army congregating in Afghanistan under the Bin Laden banner

is a fighting force as formidable in its own way as the military might the

United States and the British are assembling to eradicate it. Some 3,500 hard

core senior officers serving in Bin Laden’s training bases in Afghanistan

have taken command of the gathering army.

DEBKAfile’s military sources confirm at least one initial engagement between

US elite forces who have crossed from neighboring Tadjikistan, a former

Soviet republic, into southeast Afghanistan since Saturday, September 22.

They were led through the mountains by Russian intelligence officers familiar

with Afghan frontier terrain and Tadjik and Pushtun smugglers associated with

Russian intelligence. There was another brush Saturday, between British SAS

units who entered Afghanistan from the north and linked up with the Afghan

general Rashid Dustum, an Uzbek, and a Bin Laden band. Members of the British

force penetrated Afghan military lines and reached the outskirts of Kabul.

DEBKAfile’s military sources are quite clear that the coming war will be

fought both inside and outside Afghanistan, and that its tempo, scale, arena

and intensity will not be dictated by the Americans alone. Al Qaeda is an

international association of allied groups operating in many parts of the

world.

According to conservative estimates, the millionaire-terrorist could most

probably rally around the world roughly the same number of fighting men as

those flocking to his flag in Afghanistan and Pakistan, namely an army of

over 200,000 men. Many members of his overseas legions are available for both

sustained and for one-time operations. In between, they simply go back to

their normal pursuits and their homes in host countries. They are also

available for terrorist operations on their home ground.

Bush administration appear to be promoting the concept of Islam as a religion

CLOSING COMMENTS

Some have suggested that what happened on September 11 could not be judgment

because the New Testament says that 'judgment begins in the household of

God." I would like to respectfully suggest that Judgement DID begin in the

house of God back in the late 1980's. Tragically large segments of church

populations may not have understood the needed response at that time and

instead of a revival of humility and repentance then, resorted to

finger-pointing at fellow Christians. As I have traveled this nation and

talked with hundreds of believers in the last year, multitudes have confessed

personally and publicly that God has been dealing with them in very

significant ways to repent and change their ways personally. Judgement has

INDEED begun in the house of God and has been going on for some years.

National judgment typically follows.

It is evident that intercessors today, like the US Military, must learn to

wage spiritual war through prayer at an entirely new level. I encourage you

to ask the Holy Spirit - on a daily basis - to show you how to pray. It is no

coincidence that we are facing all of this uncertainty in the world and in

our nation during the season of the High Holy Days in Israel. I will be

sharing a special message about Yom Kippur tomorrow.
