WASHINGTON (AFP) - Terror attacks in the United States this month instantly thrust Washington and Moscow into common cause on a top strategic priority, a historic shift presaging a genuine realignment in world order, according to US and European experts in geopolitics.

In the days since jets plowed into the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon in Washington, both countries have made dramatic shifts that put them strikingly in sync on the US-declared war against terrorism and, some experts say, on other global objectives too.

This abrupt convergence of interests between the two Cold War-era superpower rivals will have important consequences in the immediate campaign to eradicate terrorism and could also yield fundamental and long-term shifts in the northern hemisphere's balance of power.

"Yes, the Russians are open to proceding more in cooperation with the United States, to building a new world order of which they are a part," said Celeste Wallander of the Center for Strategic and International Studieshere.

"The reality is they have common interests and central Asia is important among them," explained Wallander, director of the CSIS Russia and Eurasian program.

While the two countries do not agree fully on who constitutes a terrorist -- Washington has not accepted Russian President Vladimir Putin's description of rebels in Chechnya as "terrorists" -- the September 11 attacks have generated a strong synergy of views between them that terrorism in general is the biggest danger facing each.

And that synergy, the experts say, has the potential to rearrange radically the ways in which the United States, Russia and Europe work together in areas ranging from defense and trade to access to natural resources in central Asia, the Caucasus and elsewhere.

"Fundamental changes in security policies are, as a rule, made as a result of crisis situations and that is the case here," said Adam Rotfeld, director of the respected Stockholm International Peace Research Institutebased in the Swedish capital.

"When the United States said it wanted to organize a global anti-terrorism coalition, Russia was an obvious partner to help do that and we are now in the process of a dramatic redifinition of strategic priorities," he said.

In particular, Rotfeld and other experts said, the momentum to continue expansion of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), regarded by Russia as a serious threat to its security, has virtually halted in its tracks.

"Who is talking about NATO enlargement now?" Rotfeld said. "It's still important, but has gone way down on the US list of priorities."

At the same time, the US-led alliance seems to be rallying to an argument advanced by Putin for the past two years that it should focus not on Russia but instead on areas south and east of Europe including the Caucasus and central Asia.

"The Russians have been saying for some time that 'you guys aren't focusing on the real security threat'," Wallander said.

"And that's legitimate. NATO finally invoked Article 5 for the first time in its history and it invoked it to deal with a terrorist threat."

While no one denies that there has been a sudden and pronounced convergence of goals between the United States and Russia, some reject the notion that it might have repercussions beyond the immediate efforts to combat terrorism.

The two countries still have many points of contention and will compete more intensely on many fronts -- notably for control of the vast oil and natural gas reserves of the Caspian Sea basin -- in the future, complicating longer-term pursuit of common objectives, experts say.

"Russia and the US have a shared interest in fighting the organized, international aspects of terrorism," said Thomas Keaney, executive director of the Foreign Policy Institute at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies in Washington.

He and other experts agreed that US President George W. Bush's claim Wednesday of links between Chechen rebels and Osama bin Laden, Washington's prime "terrorist" suspect in the September 11 attacks, was clear evidence of that common goal.

"But this new cooperation won't go beyond that. There are so many other things that they disagree on and this cooperation continues to be hampered within Russia by a basic anti-US influence," he said.

Moscow's assent to basing US warplanes in central Asia, opening of Russian airspace, offer to assist US military operations with search and rescue and sharing of intelligence, he said, was merely a tactical marriage of convenience.

Others who have studied or been directly involved in the making of US policy on Russia disagreed.

They said the Moscow-Washington warming marked a tectonic strategic shift that many had anticipated could occur when the Soviet Union collapsed and the then-US President George Bush first evoked the emergence of a new world order.

It will result not just in acceleration of a more inclusive security scheme for Europe, possibly through Russian membership in NATO, but could also speed Moscow's admission to the World Trade Organization and full integration into the security, commercial and political institutions of the West.

"We are in the process of establishing totally new rules in the game," Rotfeld said, saying that moves in central Asia by Russia, the United States and other countries would determine how that game shapes up.

Both the United States and Russia have rapidly-growing interest in the resources of the Caspian Sea basin and any cooperation between them in establishing control over those resources would present a formidable geostrategic juggernaut.

"We should focus on that region: it is the new area of possible conflict and new kinds of cooperation also," Rotfeld said.

China has provided the Taliban with state-of-the-art electronic defence

equipment. It was developed by military contractors in Britain, the

United States and Germany and stolen by Chinas Secret Intelligence

Service (CSIS).

The deal was cemented in Kabul on the day the World Trade

Centre and the Pentagon were hit.

In return for beefing-up Afghanistans defences, the Taliban

have agreed to close Afghan-based camps used to train Muslim

Fundamentalists currently terrorising Chinas northern provinces.

Details of the deal leaked out of Beijing last week to the

Sunday Express from anti-Taliban forces in Afghanistan. It was

confirmed by Washington where the State Department was highly

disturbed by the news the U.S. Embssy in Beijing had sent about the

deal.

Secretary of State Colin Powell was told the deal involved two

major Chinese companies, Huswei Technologies and ZTE. Both are major

suppliers to Chinas Peoples Liberation Army. Chinas Ministry of State

Security supplied missile-tracking equipment and a range of electronic

counter-measures to the Taliban.

The equipment had been developed in Britain.

Since last Sunday Chinese air force transporters have been

flying into Kabuls airport with the equipment. It was immediately

distributed to areas from where the Taliban fear a U.S. attack would

come.

And for the first time we can reveal the close contacts

between CSIS and Osama bin-Laden. It has emerged that in the past year

he has made several visits to Beijing, usually accompanied by Chinas

ambassador to Pakistan who is Beijings most senior diplomat in the

region.

A high-ranking Chinese defector to America, with full access

to the CSIS, has revealed the most comprehensive-ever details of Chinas

spying operations against key economic and industrial targets in Britain.

 

State-of-the-art research and technology worth an estimated

14 billion has been stolen in the past three years since CSIS

intensified its operations in Britain.

The defector, Colonel Xu Junping, was Director of Strategy in

Chinas Defence Ministry. For the past five years he oversaw all secret

operations by CSIS against the West.

Xu has told his CIA debriefers how:

 

CSIS has established bases in Londons Soho (Chinatown) and other cities.

Some are above restaurants or in brothels.

CSIS pays for Chinese students to have further education in Britain.

Many attend university post-graduate courses at our leading universities

including Oxford and Cambridge.

After qualifying usually in computer or science-related subjects

those students are taught how to apply for jobs with British firms some

of whom have sensitive defence contracts. Xu has provided a list of

target firms. Most are in the high-tech industry.

CSIS trains those graduates to steal trade secrets from their employers

and bring them to safe houses. Xu has provided a list of the houses in

London, Glasgow and Manchester.

CSIS has twenty full-time agents working in Britain. Only two of them

have diplomatic status. The others are attached to Chinese business

organisation to provide them with cover for their secret activities. The

number of CSIS agents is larger than any other foreign intelligence

service operating in Britain. In the five months that Xu has been kept

under wraps in a safe house deep in the countryside outside Washington

its perimeter guarded by crack-shot agents the slim, good-looking

44-year old defector has also provided valuable insights about how much

China knows.

 

Of MI6 operations in the Far East.

How China secretly contravened sanctions against Saddam to re-arm Iraq

with nuclear weapons. Iraq now has a capability to produce long-range

nuclear missiles.

How China secretly helped Slobodan Milosevic during the Balkans War and

how a CSIS team flew to Belgrade, ready to whisk Milosevic to sanctuary

in China - shortly before he was arrested and sent to The Hague War

Crimes Tribunal. Even more alarming was Xus revelation that Osama

bin-Laden to the U.S. the grandmaster of terrorism has close

contacts with CSIS.

Our intelligence service operates on the principle that your

enemies are our potential allies, Xu told his debriefers.

So important were some of Xus revelations that U.S. National

Security Adviser, Condolezza Rice, sat in on debriefings. She heard:

 

Xu confirm CSIS plans to stage an escalating series of crises to help

China become the new Superpower of the new Millenium.

How CSIS is working hard to exploit Europes growing problem with asylum

seekers. Xus predictions have now been included into a CIA report

entitled Global Trends Up To 2015.

The report contains these chilling claims:

 

CSIS will provide biochemical and small nuclear devices to terrorist

groups to attack the United States and Britain.

CSIS will increasingly support rogue states like Iraq and Iran. On

present calculations, with the help of China, both countries will have

gone nuclear by the year 2005, says the report. The report is a grim

precursor to the present economic slowdown.

CSIS will exploit the present economic stagnation that will reach its

peak in the year 2015. All the indications are there could be a major

war by then. The main protagonists will be China and America. But

Britain and NATO will inevitably be drawn in. White House sources say a

copy of the report is permanently on President Bushs desk in the Oval

Office.

Xu, who speaks fluent English, was one of Chinas new breed of

high fliers, a brilliant strategist according to one CIA source.

He defected with nothing but the clothes he wore and a small

overnight case. With his diplomatic passport he had no problem catching

a China Air flight to Bangkok earlier this year. From there he flew to

Washington. There he called a number a CIA agent had given him in

Beijing.

An hour later he was installed in the CIA safe house. Last

week his five months of intensive debriefing was over. During that time

Xu was given the courtesies of a top-level defector.

He had his own chef to cook his favourite Chinese meals.

Disguised in wig and padded suit to add weight to his slim body, he was

taken to sports games.

Even his passion for football was catered for. Videos of

Manchester United, his favourite team, were obtained from Britain for him

to watch.

Then it was back to work..talking for hours into a

microphone.

This coming week Xu enters Americas Witness Protection

Programme. He will have plastic surgery to change his appearance. A

language teacher will coach him in the latest buzz words. He will get

used to his new name. A job will be found for him and he will receive a

secret pension for life.

But he will have no physical protection against the ever

present threat that a CSIS team will assassinate him.

To give him a bodyguard would be to draw attention to him,

said an FBI source. His best protection will be his ability to melt

into his chosen background.

STD. Headquartered in the monolithic Ministry of Defence building in

Beijing, the Science and Technology Department (4,000 members) has two

prime functions. Collating all signals traffic from the Chinese Navy,

overseas embassies and satellites. Targeting all foreign firms at the

cutting edge of military and civilian technology.

MID. Reports to the Politburo and Army General Staff. Brief includes

updating all foreign military capabilities. Members attached to every

Chinese embassy and consulate. Number of staff estimated as 1,500.

ILD. Small specialist unit (300 members). Conducts high-tech

intelligence-gathering.

MSS. (3,500 staff). Equivalent to MI5 but three times larger. Targets

all foreigners in China and spies on its own citizens.

NCNA. Nominally a news agency reporting on Chinese affairs. Based in

all major countries. Has long been a cover for all other Chinese

intelligence agencies engaged in clandestine activities.

It involves two things. A technologically simulated "second coming" and the reemmrgence of new "MONTAUK" type projects that have the ability to take up a whole bunch of people as in a "rapture" type of situation and whisk the whole bunch into never-never land. Ironically, portions of the holographic projections have the potential for changing the planet into oneness with God. Unfortunately, this operates on the premise that Man shall somehow become God in human form and control other Men and dictate all actions and thoughts. The calculated resistance to the new religion, the New World Order and the new "Messiah" will entail human loss on a massive scale in the ensuing "holy wars".The "BLUE BEAM PROJECT" will pretend to be the universal fulfillment of the prophecies of old; as major an event as that which took place 2000 years ago. In principle, it will make use of the sky as a holographic projection screen for space-based laser-generating satellites (star wars). These projectors will project simultaneous images to the four corners of the planet, in every language by region. It deals with the religious aspect of the NEW WORLD ORDER.

The "system" has already been tested. Holographic projections of the "CHRIST IMAGE" have already been seen in some remote desert areas. These have only been reported in tabloid papers, so they are instantly rendered moot. They can also project images of alien craft, aliens, monsters, angels - you name it. Computers will coordinate the satellites and software will run the show-and-tell.

Hollography is based on very nearly identical signals combining to produce and image, or hologram, with depth perception. This is equally applicable to acoustic (ELF,VLF,LF) waves as it is to optical phenomena.

Specifically, the "show" will consist of laser projections of multiple holographic images to different parts of the planet, each receiving different images according to the predominating regional religious faith. Not a single area will be excluded. With computer animation and sound effects appearing to come from the depths of space, astonished followers of the various creeds will witness their own returned Messiah in spectacularly convincing lifelike realness.

The various images of Christ, Mohammed, Buddha, Krishna, etc., will merge into ONE after "correct explanation" of the mysteries, prophecies and revelations are disclosed. This "ONE GOD" will in fact function as the "Anti-Christ", who will "explain" that the various scriptures "have been misunderstood"- that the religious of old are responsible for turning brother against brother, nation against nation - that the religions of the world must be abolished to make way for the GOLDEN AGE (NEW AGE) of the One World Religion, representing the One God they see before them.

Naturally, this superbly staged, full-scale production will result in social and religious disorder on a massive scale. Wonder what the television transmitters of religious networks will be doing on that day ?

But before all this, they have to go through four different steps in order to get to Project Blue Beam.

1: The first step concerns the breakdown of all archaological knowledge. It deals with staging earthquakes at certain precise locations around the planet where supposed new "discoveries" will finally explain (for them) that the meanings of the basic doctrines of all the world`s major religions are "wrong." This falsification will be used to make the population believe that all religious doctrine has been misunderstood and misinterpreted. The falsification started with the film 2001: A Space Odessy, the TV-series STAR TREK, the STAR WARS films, E.T., all of which deal with space "invasion" and "protection". JURASSIC PARK, was to push the theory of evolution.

2: The second step deals with the gigantic space show: 3D optical holograms and sounds, laser projections of multiple holographic images in different parts of the world, each receiving a different image, according to its predetermined original national religious faith. This new "god" image will talk in all languages. As an exemple, the Soviets have manufactured the advanced computers and have programmed them with the minute psychological particles based upon their studies of the anatomy and biology of the human body, as well as their studies on the anatomy, chemistry and electricity of the humain brain. These computers have also been fed with the different languages of the world.

3: The third step deals with telepathic electronic two-way communication, where ELF(Extra Low Frequency), VLF (Very Low Frequency), and LF (Low Frequency) waves will reach the people of the earth through the insides of their brains, making each person believe that his own God is speaking to him from within his owm soul. Such rays, from satellite, are fed from the memory of computers that store much data about the human being and his languages. These rays will then interlace and interweave with the natural thinking processes to form what we call the ARTIFICIAL TALK.

4: The fourth step involves universal supernatural manifestations using electronic means. This step contains three different orientations: The first one is to make mankind believe that an alien invasion is about to occur upon every major city on the earth. This is to push each major nation into using its nuclear capability to strike back. In this manner, it would put each of these nations in a state of full disarmament before the United Nations after the false attack. The second is to make the "christian" believe that a major rapture is occurring, with a simple "played" divine imtervention of an alleged "good" alien force coming to save the good people from a brutal satanic attack. Its goal is to get rid of all significant opposition to the NEW WORLD ORDER. The third orientation is a mixture of electronic and supernatural forces. The waves (frequencies) used at that time will allow supernatural forces to travel through fiber optics cable, coaxial cable,electric and telephone lines in order to penetrate all electronic equipment and appliances that will by then all have a special microship installed. The goal of this step deals with the materialization of satanic ghosts, spectres, and poltergeists all across the globe in order to push all populations to the edge of a wave of suicide, killing and permanent psychological disorder. After that night of the THOUSAND STARS, HUMANITY IS BELIEVED TO BE READY FOR THEM TO ENTER IN A "NEW MESSIAH" TO REESTABLISH PEACE EVERYWHERE AT ANY COST, EVEN AT THE COST OF FREEDOM.

In 1933, shortly after Hitler's appointment as Chancellor of Germany, the German Parliament was set on fire by the Nazis and the Communists were blamed for this act of terrorism against the German people. Following the Nazi-inspired arson, Hitler exploited the outrage of the German citizens to arrogate to himself dictatorial powers which he promised would be used to rid Germany of Communists. The next day, Chancellor Hitler demanded from the German cabinet an emergency decree which would enable him to deal decisively with the domestic crisis. President von Hindenburg signed the decree "for the Protection of the people and the State."  An account of this watershed event is found at The History Place:

    "The exact sequence of events will never be known, but Nazi storm troopers under the direction of Göring were also involved in torching the place. They had befriended the arsonist [a Communist named Van der Lubbe] and may have known or even encouraged him to burn the Reichstag that night. The storm troopers, led by SA leader Karl Ernst, used the underground tunnel that connected Göring's residence with the cellar in the Reichstag. They entered the building, scattered gasoline and incendiaries, then hurried back through the tunnel.
    "The deep red glow of the burning Reichstag caught the eye of President Hindenburg and Vice-Chancellor Papen who were dining at a club facing the building. Papen put the elderly Hindenburg in his own car and took him to the scene.
    "Hitler was at Goebbels' apartment having dinner. They rushed to the scene where they met Göring who was already screaming false charges and making threats against the Communists.
    "At first glance, Hitler described the fire as a beacon from heaven.
    "'You are now witnessing the beginning of a great epoch in German history...This fire is the beginning," Hitler told a news reporter at the scene.

    "Hitler left the fire scene and went straight to the offices of his newspaper, the Völkischer Beobachter, to oversee its coverage of the fire. He stayed up all night with Goebbels putting together a paper full of tales of a Communist plot to violently seize power in Berlin.
    "At a cabinet meeting held later in the morning, February 28, Chancellor Hitler demanded an emergency decree to overcome the crisis. He met little resistance from his largely non-Nazi cabinet. That evening, Hitler and Papen went to Hindenburg and the befuddled old man signed the decree "for the Protection of the people and the State."
    "The Emergency Decree stated: "Restrictions on personal liberty, on the right of free expression of opinion, including freedom of the press; on the rights of assembly and association; and violations of the privacy of postal, telegraphic and telephonic communications and warrants for house searches, orders for confiscations as well as restrictions on property, are also permissible beyond the legal limits otherwise prescribed."
    "Immediately, there followed the first big Nazi roundup as truckloads of SA and SS roared through the streets bursting in on known Communist hangouts and barging into private homes. Thousands of Communists as well as Social Democrats and liberals were taken away into 'protective custody' to SA barracks where they were beaten and tortured.
    "'I don't have to worry about justice; my mission is only to destroy and exterminate, nothing more!" - Hermann Göring, March 3, 1933.
    "Fifty one anti-Nazis were murdered. The Nazis suppressed all political activity, meetings and publications of non-Nazi parties. The very act of campaigning against the Nazis was in effect made illegal. 1.

The U.S. government's response to a frightened and enraged U.S. citizenry over the recent attacks on the Pentagon and World Trade Center has been eerily reminiscent of Hitler's strategy, that is (1) geared to exacerbate the reaction of fear and hostility and (2) to put on a fast track three initiatives which bear an uneasy resemblance to the Nazi takeover of Germany. The irony of the situation is that the rapidity and recklessness with which the U.S. government would abrogate the Bill of Rights places the Bush administration and Congress in the same camp with the enemies of freedom they purport to oppose:

1.    The Anti-Terrorism Act of 2001

The U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee is presently steamrolling through the Congress a bill which would increase the power of U.S. law enforcement agencies.  Attorney General John Ashcroft said the FBI needed additional surveillance and enforcement powers immediately and the Department of Justice demanded the bill be enacted by September 28.  The House Judiciary committee was scheduled to vote on the Bush administration's bill the morning of September 25, however, in response to an outcry the vote now is set to take place next week. (Two days after the catastrophic attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, the Senate voted on anti-terrorist legislation, which increased Internet surveillance, after senators were given just 30 minutes to read the measure.)

According to The Electronic Frontier Foundation, "...the DoJ has sat on this bill, a 'wish list', for some time, waiting to take advantage of a tragedy like the World Trade Center attack to ram it through Congress with little debate or objection."

The Anti-Terrorism Act of 2001 would eliminate the legal requirement for government agents to get permission from a judge before being allowed to search homes and download computer files. Under the proposed law, the information gathered could be used in court, a legal change which presently violates constitutional protections against search and seizure. The proposed bill would also eliminate the requirement for a judge to sign a warrant in order for government agents to get billing records from hotels, phone companies, and other businesses, replacing judicial review with an administrative subpoena. Essentially, agencies would be able to sign their own search warrants and conduct searches in routine secrecy, without having to notify the subject of the search.

Additionally, this law gives broad surveillance powers to the federal government, and authorizes the issuance of wiretaps by a secret seven-judge court in Washington, D.C. The DOJ bill proposes a host of Wiretap Act expansions which are not limited to terrorism investigations, and which vastly increase the power of the federal government to conduct surveillance of the reading habits and correspondence of the American people. The DOJ bill would expand the power of the police to record the phone numbers of incoming and outgoing phone calls on a phone line to include surveillance of Internet surfing and e-mail. 2.

Coverage on Monday, September 24, of the Anti-Terrorism Act was limited to Attorney General John Ashcroft's testimony urging hasty passage of the sweeping new police powers sought by the Bush administration.  Although Ashcroft’s testimony was open to television cameras, the committee's Republican staff ordered camera crews to leave when civil liberties and free-speech advocates were called to testify. This happened in violation of House rules which state, "Whenever a hearing or meeting conducted by a committee or subcommittee is open to the public, those proceedings shall be open to coverage by audio and visual means."

2.    The Office of Homeland Security

"On the evening of September 20, President Bush allied himself with the worst enemies of freedom. He made a seemingly innocuous -- even a comforting-sounding -- announcement. He said he had created the cabinet-level Office of Homeland Security, with Pennsylvania governor Tom Ridge as its head. (See: Transcript)

"Most people were utterly unaware of the significance of Bush's new bureaucracy. But for anyone watching the advance of police-state policies in America, absolutely nothing could have been more ominous.

"The Homeland Defense Agency is not a new idea. Conceived by a bi-partisan commission headed by former senators Gary Hart and Warren Rudman, this Clinton-era conception,  'The Phase III Report Of The U.S. Commission On National Security/21st Century,' is nothing less than the framework for a permanent military-bureaucratic American police state.

"The new Homeland Defense Agency is the lynchpin of a plan that extensively reorganizes both the executive and legislative functions of the U.S. government. Among other things, the plan makes the National Guard a national police force. It extensively federalizes both the study and the work of science, mathematics, and engineering. It creates numerous new sub-bureaucracies. The Homeland Security agency itself is to 'be built upon the Federal Emergency Management Agency, with the three organizations currently on the front line of border security - the Coast Guard, the Customs Service, and the Border Patrol - transferred to it.' The plan calls for the new agency to oversee activities of the Department of Defense, as well as to assume a variety of duties now held by agencies from the Department of Commerce to the FBI." 3.

3.    Compulsory National Identification Cards

One of Hitler's methods of controlling the German citizenry was mandatory national I.D. cards. No one could obtain work, food or travel without such cards and by means of the information on them, those who were socially unfit for the new German state could be easily identified and eliminated.  More recently (last weekend), ORACLE Chairman and CEO Larry Ellison called for the United States to create a national identification system to thwart terrorists and offered to donate the software for this massive enterprise. Under Ellison's proposal, Americans would be photographed and fingerprinted and the information would be placed on a database used by airport security officials to verify identities of travelers at airplane gates.

"'We need a national ID card with our photograph and thumbprint digitized and embedded in the ID card,' Ellison said in an interview Friday night on the evening news of KPIX-TV in San Francisco. 'We need a database behind that, so when you're walking into an airport and you say that you are Larry Ellison, you take that card and put it in a reader and you put your thumb down and that system confirms that this is Larry Ellison,' he said." 4.

In his Address to the Congress, Congressman Ron Paul offered a feasible alternative to the draconian measure of compuslory national ID cards:

    "Precise identification of all travelers on all our air flights is a desired goal. A national ID issued by the federal government would prove to be disastrous to our civil liberties and should not be considered. This type of surveillance power should never be given to an intrusive overbearing government, no matter how well intentioned the motives.
    "The same results can be better achieved by the marketplace. Passenger IDs voluntarily issued by the airlines could be counterfeit-proof; and loss or theft of an ID could be immediately reported to the proper authorities. An ID, fingerprints, birth certificates, or any other information can be required without any violations of anyone's personal liberty. This delicate information would not be placed in the hands of the government agents but could be made available to law enforcement officers like any other information obtained with probable cause and a warrant." 5.

the real terrorist network

The foregoing analysis may appear on the surface to be an unfair comparison between the early period of the George W. Bush administration and the rise of Hitler's Third Reich, with the obvious implication that more unhappy parallels will occur in the days ahead.  For those who are skeptical that the present crisis could be at all analogous to early developments in Nazi Germany, George Bush: An Unauthorized Biography by Webster G. Tarpley and Anton Chaitkin presents solid evidence that genocide is very much a part of the Bush family tradition.

This Unauthorized Biography is dismissed by some critics because the authors' material often appears in the publications of Lyndon LaRouche, who was a federal political prisoner during Bush's tenure after having been imprisoned on trumped up charges and flimsy evidence.  The  Public Information Research Database  speculates concerning Lyndon LaRouche:

"It's also fair to ask what makes LaRouche tick. One theory is that he may be secretly sponsored by the Vatican. How else does one explain the tantrums against Freemasonry and secret societies (such as Bush's Skull and Bones), against Anglican apostasy (dope-pushing British imperialism), and against anything that smacks of planned parenthood or population control (the Malthusian activism of the Rockefellers)? When these tirades are occasionally juxtaposed with respectful quotations from His Holiness, it makes us wonder." 6.

Notwithstanding the controversy surrounding Lyndon LaRouche, the quality of the Tarpley-Chaitkin research on the Bush family oligarchy stands on its own merits as solid documentation assembled from newspapers, interviews, government documents and other credible sources. The PIR Database describes it as "a massive compendium of elitist connections not found elsewhere." The first few chapters should suffice to convince skeptics of the fascist connections of the Bush family and of the gravity of the present crisis in America, which extends far beyond Osama bin Laden's terrorist network to the larger network of Anglo-American elites -- who financed the Nazi terrorist machine and whose objective remains the extermination of every individual deemed unworthy of survival in the coming New World Order.

The grandfather of President George W. Bush (Skull & Bones, 1968) was Prescott Bush (Skull & Bones, 1917), and his great grand father was George Herbert Walker. Prescott Bush and George Herbert (Bert) Walker were directors of the London-affiliated New York banking house of Brown Brothers-Harriman and its various fronts, which funded and directed the military-industrial complex behind Hitler and the Nazi revolution. In 1919, George Herbert Walker had organized W.A. Harriman & Co which merged with the British Brown Brothers in 1931. In 1924 Averell Harriman (Skull & Bones, 1913) and Fritz Thyssen, the German industrialist who began funding Hitler in 1923, set up the Union Banking Corp in New York to handle funds supplied to it through Thyssen's Dutch bank for American investment. Prescott Bush had been an officer of the W.A. Harriman bank since 1926 and was a director of the Union Banking Corp from 1934 through 1943. According to government documents, "all of the shares of the Union Banking Corp., were held for the benefit of members of the Thyssen family."

The federal government did not crack down on the Bush-Harriman/Nazi operation until 1942. After the war, Congressional investigation revealed that Fritz Thyssen's German Steel Trust, Germany's largest industrial corporation [which interlocked with Union Banking Corporation] produced a high percentage of Germany's national output of metal products and explosives.  Vesting Orders signed by the Office of Alien Property Custodian, Leo T. Crowley, which were "published in obscure government record books and kept out of the news, explained nothing about the Nazis involved; only that the Union Banking Corporation was run for the 'Thyssen family' of 'Germany and/or Hungary'-- 'nationals...of a designated enemy country.'"

    "In October 1942, ten months after entering World War II, America was preparing its first assault against Nazi military forces. Prescott Bush was managing partner of Brown Brothers Harriman. His 18-year-old son George, the future U.S. President, had just begun training to become a naval pilot. On Oct. 20, 1942, the U.S. government ordered the seizure of Nazi German banking operations in New York City which were being conducted by Prescott Bush.
    "Under the Trading with the Enemy Act, the government took over the Union Banking Corporation, in which Bush was a director. The U.S. Alien Property Custodian seized Union Banking Corp.'s stock shares, all of which were owned by Prescott Bush, E. Roland 'Bunny' Harriman, three Nazi executives, and two other associates of Bush. 1.

    "U.S. forces landed under fire near Algiers on Nov. 8, 1942; heavy combat raged throughout November. Nazi interests in the Silesian-American Corporation, long managed by Prescott Bush and his father-in-law George Herbert Walker, were seized under the Trading with the Enemy Act on Nov. 17, 1942. In this action, the government announced that it was seizing only the Nazi interests, leaving the Nazis' U.S. partners to carry on the business. 3.
    "These and other actions taken by the U.S. government in wartime were, tragically, too little and too late. President Bush's family had already played a central role in financing and arming Adolf Hitler for his takeover of Germany; in financing and managing the buildup of Nazi war industries for the conquest of Europe and war against the U.S.A.; and in the development of Nazi genocide theories and racial propaganda, with their well-known results.
    "The facts presented here must be known, and their implications reflected upon, for a proper understanding of President George Herbert Walker Bush and of the danger to mankind that he represents. The authors then pose the questions of how and to what extent the Bush family directed the Hitler Project from the 1920s until it was partially broken up:

"How important was the Nazi enterprise for which President Bush's father was the New York banker?"

Equally germane is the question, why?  What possible interest would George Herbert Walker and Prescott Bush have had in overseeing the Nazi operation?

George Herbert Walker and Prescott Bush were active in the leadership of the eugenics societies that were popular among the wealthy classes in the first half of the twentieth century. Prescott Bush was the Connecticut director of the Mental Hygiene Society which originated at Yale University in 1908. The headquarters of the American Eugenics Society was also at Yale (also home of the Order of Skull & Bones) until its relocation to and merger in 1952 with the Population Council, which was founded by John D. Rockefeller and John Foster Dulles, lawyer for Brown Brothers Harriman.

The Mental Hygiene Society of which Prescott Bush was a director was a project of the Order of Skull and Bones. The society "would evolve into the CIA's cultural engineering effort of the 1950s, the drugs and brainwashing adventure known as 'MK-Ultra'...an anti-American project which poured drugs into the country and worked to fabricate the drug-sex youth culture." 8.

"A behavior control research project was begun in the 1950s, coordinated by the British psychological warfare unit called the Tavistock Institute, with the Scottish Rite Masons, the Central Intelligence Agency, and other British, U.S., Canadian, and United Nations agencies. The project became famous in the 1970s under a CIA code name, 'MK-Ultra.' Its notoriety for brainwashing by drugs, hypnosis, electroshock, and other tortures caused many books to be written about the project, and the U.S. Senate conducted hearings which exposed many of its abusive features. President Gerald Ford appointed a commission headed by Vice President Nelson Rockefeller, to correct the CIA's misconduct. There was a widespread anti-establishment view at the time, that here was the fox appointed to guard the hen house." 13. 9.

The Mental Hygiene movement was organized into the World Federation of Mental Health by none other than Montagu Norman, Governor of the Bank of England who, with Hjalmar Schacht, the financial engineer of the Nazi rearmament program and member of the British Round Table, and Benjamin Strong of the New York Federal Reserve Bank, conspired to precipitate the Great Depression.  Under Adolf Hitler, Hjalmar Schacht was appointed Minister of Economics.     "The Mental Hygiene movement was organized into the World Federation of Mental Health by Montagu Norman, former Brown Brothers partner and Bank of England Governor. Norman had appointed as the federation's chairman, Brigadier John Rawlings Rees, director of the Tavistock Psychiatric Clinic, chief psychiatrist and psychological warfare expert for the British intelligence services...
    "The world financial crisis led to the merger of the Walker-Harriman bank with Brown Brothers in 1931. Former Brown partner Montagu Norman and his protégé Hjalmar Schacht paid frantic visits to New York that year and the next, preparing the new Hitler regime for Germany." 10.

The interaction between the British, American and German Eugenics societies laid the foundation for implementation of the race purification ideology behind Hitler's Third Reich. In 1912, the First International Congress of Eugenics was held at the University of London. The president of the Congress was Major Leonard Darwin, son of Charles Darwin and one of the first English vice presidents was Sir Winston Churchill, later Prime Minister of England. In 1921, the Second International Congress of Eugenics was held in New York City. The sponsoring committee included Herbert Hoover, later President of the U.S., and the Carnegie Institute of Washington (Rockefeller).  Madison Grant, a director of the American Eugenics Society, was the treasurer. The event was held at the American Museum of Natural History in New York, where Averell Harriman served on the Board of Directors.

In 1932, the Third International Congress on Eugenics elected as its president Dr. Ernst Rudin, a psychiatrist who directed the various branches of the Rockefeller-founded/funded Kaiser Wilhelm Institute in Germany, and designated Rudin president of the worldwide Eugenics Federation. In 1933, Rudin was commissioned by Hitler's Minister of the Interior to write a sterilization law for Germany. Rudin's Law for the Prevention of Hereditary Diseases in Posterity was modeled on statutes already passed in Virginia and other states in the U.S. When Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party came to power in Germany, Ernst Rudin praised Hitler, giving credit to him because "the dream we have cherished for more than thirty years of seeing racial hygiene converted into action has become reality."

    "The most important American political event in those preparations for Hitler was the infamous 'Third International Congress on Eugenics,' held at New York's American Museum of Natural History August 21-23, 1932, supervised by the International Federation of Eugenics Societies. 9 This meeting took up the stubborn persistence of African-Americans and other allegedly 'inferior' and 'socially inadequate' groups in reproducing, expanding their numbers, and amalgamating with others. It was recommended that these 'dangers' to the 'better' ethnic groups and to the 'well-born,' could be dealt with by sterilization or 'cutting off the bad stock' of the 'unfit.'
    "Italy's fascist government sent an official representative. Averell Harriman's sister Mary, director of 'Entertainment' for the Congress, lived down in Virginia fox-hunting country; her state supplied the speaker on 'racial purity,' W.A. Plecker, Virginia commissioner of vital statistics. Plecker reportedly held the delegates spellbound with his account of the struggle to stop race-mixing and inter-racial sex in Virginia.
    "The Congress proceedings were dedicated to Averell Harriman's mother; she had paid for the founding of the race-science movement in America back in 1910, building the Eugenics Record Office as a branch of the Galton National Laboratory in London. She and other Harrimans were usually escorted to the horse races by old George Herbert Walker--they shared with the Bushes and the Farishes a fascination with 'breeding thoroughbreds' among horses and humans.10
    "Averell Harriman personally arranged with the Walker/Bush Hamburg-Amerika Line to transport Nazi ideologues from Germany to New York for this meeting. 11 The most famous among those transported was Dr. Ernst Rudin, psychiatrist at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Genealogy and Demography in Berlin, where the Rockefeller family paid for Dr. Rudin to occupy an entire floor with his eugenics 'research.' Dr. Rudin had addressed the International Federation's 1928 Munich meeting, speaking on 'Mental Aberration and Race Hygiene,' while others (Germans and Americans) spoke on race-mixing and sterilization of the unfit. Rudin had also led the German delegation to the 1930 Mental Hygiene Congress in Washington, D.C.
    "At the Harrimans' 1932 New York Eugenics Congress, Ernst Rudin was unanimously elected president of the International Federation of Eugenics Societies. This was recognition of Rudin as founder of the German Society for Race Hygiene, with his co-founder, Eugenics Federation vice president Alfred Ploetz.
    "As depression-maddened financiers schemed in Berlin and New York, Rudin was now official leader of the world eugenics movement. Components of his movement included groups with overlapping leadership, dedicated to:

-sterilization of mental patients ('mental hygiene societies');
-execution of the insane, criminals and the terminally ill ('euthanasia societies'); and
-eugenical race-purification by prevention of births to parents from 'inferior' blood stocks ('birth control societies').

    "Before the Auschwitz death camp became a household word, these British-American-European groups called openly for the elimination of the 'unfit' by means including force and violence. 12." 11.

Behind the Tavistock Institute and its brainchild, MK-Ultra, was the largesse of the Rockefeller Foundation, "a global instrument for radical social change, using American money and British strategy." British psychiatry: from eugenics to assassination by Anton Chaitkin explains the interest of John D. Rockefeller in psychiatric genetics, which "applied to psychiatry the concepts of eugenics (otherwise known as race purification, race hygiene, or race betterment) developed in London's Galton Laboratory and its offshoot Eugenics Societies in England and America."  Besides Rockefeller and the British Crown, the familes of Warburg and Harriman were the primary funders of eugenics internationally.

"The foundation's 'German centers combined the search for organic signs of mental illness with eugenic projects.... The [Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Psychiatry in Munich] had initially been endowed with 11 million marks, contributed by Gustav Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach [head of the Krupp steel and arms family] and James Loeb [Paul Warburg's brother-in-law], an expatriate American of the Kuhn-Loeb banking family. Loeb mobilized his American-Jewish friends to support the institute,' and they invited the foundation to reorganize and expand the Munich enterprise. Loeb also continued financing the institute. Loeb's relatives, the Warburgs, owners of Kuhn Loeb bank, were the intimate banking partners of William Rockefeller. Together with him they had set up the Harriman family in big business, using capital supplied by the British royal family's personal banker, Sir Ernst Cassell. The three families, Rockefeller, Warburg, and Harriman, together with British Crown agencies, jointly sponsored much of the social engineering enterprise we shall describe here. The Rockefeller Foundation made an initial grant of $2.5 million in 1925 to the Psychiatric Institute in Munich, gave it $325,000 for a new building in 1928, and continuously sponsored the institute and its Nazi chief Rudin through the Hitler era. The foundation paid for a 1930-35 anthropological survey of the 'eugenically worthwhile population' by Nazi eugenicists Rudin, Verschuer, Eugen Fischer, and others." 12.

Through funding the "research" of Ernst Rudin and Otmar Von Verscher, they also financed the horrific experimentation of Verschuer's medical commandant, Josef Mengle, the "Angel of Death" of Auschwitz whose experiments on children, especially twins, provided scientific data for the Kaiser Wilhem Institute:

"Of the 3000 twins who passed through Mengele's labs, only 200 survived the war. Depending on the type of experiment endured by the twins, they were driven to various labs at Auschwitz or neighboring Birkenau camp. Most received routine blood and x-ray tests, often on a daily basis... Mengele's experiments both physical and psychological; experimental surgeries performed without anesthesia, transfusions of blood from one twin to another, isolation endurance, reaction to various stimuli, injections with lethal germs, sex change operations, the removal of organs and limbs, incestuous impregnations... Mengele injected chemicals into the eyes of children in an attempt to change their eye color... Unfortunately a strict veil of secrecy over the experiments enabled Mengele to do his work more effectively, and 'twins who were subjected to the most grusome procedures took his secrets to their graves.' The full extent of his grusome work will never be known because the records he sent to Dr. Von Verschuer at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute were shipped out 'in two truckloads' and destroyed by the latter. Any remaining notes Mengele carried with him on his escape to South America and those were never found." 13.

eugenics revived as population control

To predict the imminent rise of the Fourth Reich may seem radical to readers who do not know about the Bush role in funding/directing the Nazi's genocidal program and the revival of eugenics projects through the alliance of wealthy families that was forged in the first half of the century. The close ties between the Bush family and other eugenically-obsessed elites remained strong and George H.W. Bush (Skull & Bones, 1948) picked up where his father left off with the added daunting task of making the dirty work of eugenics once again look respectable in America. Thus, Margaret Sanger's Birth Control League reappeared as Planned Parenthood Federation, and eugenics as a whole emerged as population control.

As Ambassador to the United Nations, CIA Director and Vice President and President of the United States, George H.W. Bush worked to implement eugenics operations on a global scale, surrounding himself with advisors who were the offspring of the same wealthy sponsors of Nazism and the eugenics societies: Farish, Draper and Gray.

William Farish III managed the fortune of his best friend, George H.W. Bush, during his terms as Vice President and President of the United States. William Farish's father, whose daughter married Averell Harriman's nephew, was president of Standard Oil of New Jersey/Rockefeller. Citing Charles Higham's Trading With The Enemy, the Bush biographers state:

"In 1933, as what Hitler called his 'New Order' appeared, John D. Rockefeller, Jr. appointed William S. Farish the chairman of Standard Oil Co. of New Jersey (in 1937 he was made president and chief executive). Farish moved his offices to Rockefeller Center, New York, where he spent a good deal of time with Hermann Schmitz, chairman of I.G. Farben; his company paid a publicity man, Ivy Lee, to write pro-I.G. Farben and pro-Nazi propaganda and get it into the U.S. press." 14.

The Warburgs, Rockefeller's partners in banking and the development of Nazi eugenics, initially directed I.G. Farben, which was essentially the same entity as Standard Oil of New Jersey. William S. Farish directed this concern which opened Auschwitz in 1940.

"The German chemical company IG Farben and Rockefeller's Standard Oil of New Jersey were effectively a single firm, merged in hundreds of cartel arrangements. IG Farben was led, up until 1937 by the Warburg family, Rockefeller's partners in banking and in the design of Nazi German eugenics. Following the Nazi invasion of Poland in September 1939, Britain and Germany declared war on each other and World War II began. But later that month, Standard Oil executives flew to the Netherlands on a British Royal Air Force bomber and met with IG Farben executives. Standard Oil pledged to keep the merger with IG Farben going even if the United States entered the war. This was exposed in 1942 by Sen. Harry Truman's investigating committee, and President Franklin Roosevelt took hundreds of legal measures during the war to counter the Standard Oil-IG Farben cartel's supply operation for the enemy war machine. In 1940-41, IG Farben built a gigantic factory at Auschwitz in Poland, to utilize the Standard Oil-IG Farben patents with concentration camp slave labor to make gasoline from coal. The SS guarded the Jewish and other inmates and selected for killing those who were unfit for IG Farben slave labor. Standard-Germany President Emil Helfferich testified after the war that Standard Oil funds helped pay for the SS guards at Auschwitz. On March 26, 1940, six months after the Standard Oil-IG Farben meeting, European Rockefeller Foundation official Daniel O'Brian wrote to the foundation's chief medical officer Alan Gregg that 'it would be unfortunate if it was chosen to stop research which has no relation to war issues.'  The 'non-war- related' research continued. {The Rockefeller Foundation defends its record by claiming that its funding of Nazi German programs during World War II was limited to psychiatric research.}" 15.

William Draper III was co-chairman for finance of George H.W. Bush's vice presidential campaign and directed U.S. Aid to International Development (USAID), the United Nations depopulation org, under the Bush administration. Draper's father, Gen. William H. Draper, Jr., founded the Population Crisis Committee and the Draper Fund, was vice president of Planned Parenthood and advised President Johnson to establish USAID, which uses U.S. taxpayer monies to surgically sterilize large portions of the populations of underprivileged nations. (The rationale for establishing USAID was to safeguard America from the "security threat" of overpopulation in underdeveloped countries.) General Draper had been a high official of Dillon Reed's German Credit and Investment Corp. which managed the financial interests of Fritz Thyssen, Hitler's chief sponsor, along with Union Banking Corp.

    “In Africa, according to the American government in 1976 and ever since, there is a threat to American national security interests: population growth. The Agency for International Development (USAID) was given the responsibility of defending America from this grave threat….
    “In 1991 Robert Retherford, (East-West Institute, Hawaii; funded by USAID) became president of the American Eugenics Society, (from 1973 called the Society for the Study of Social Biology) until 1994.
    “In 1991 a report by William H. Draper III's (S&B 1950) agency, U.S. Agency for International Development, (USAID) asserts that 254 million couples will be surgically sterilized over the course of the 1990s; and that if present trends continue, 80 percent of the women in Puerto Rico and Panama will be surgically sterilized. The United Nations Population Fund claims that 37 percent of contraception users in Ibero-America and the Caribbean have already been surgically sterilized [by 1991]. Spokespersons for USAID also said that surgical sterilization is the Bush administration's ‘first choice’ method of population reduction in the Third World.
    “In 1992, according to officials at the U.S. Agency for International Development, (USAID), its Population Account received $300 million, a 20 percent increase over the previous year. Within this project, a significant sum is spent on political and psychological manipulations of target nations, and rather blatant subversion of their religions and governments.” 16.

Boyden Gray was chief legal advisor to George H.W. Bush as president. Gray's grandfather, Bowman Gray, owned R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. and his father, Gordon Gray, founded Bowman Gray Medical School in Winston-Salem, NC as a center for eugenics/sterilization research. Boyden Gray's father organized the pilot project for the present worldwide sterilization program. Dr. Claude Nash Herndon, who was professor of  medical genetics at Bowman Gray Medical School, became president of the American Eugenics Society in 1953 at which time the society merged with the Population Council under Rockefeller patronage.

    "When Boyden Gray was four and five years old, his father organized the pilot project for the present worldwide sterilization program, from the Gray family household in North Carolina.
    "It started in 1946. The eugenics movement was looking for a way to begin again in America.
Nazi death camps such as Auschwitz had just then seared the conscience of the world. The Sterilization League of America, which had changed its name during the war to 'Birthright, Inc.,' wanted to start up again. First they had to overcome public nervousness about crackpots proposing to eliminate 'inferior' and 'defective' people. The League tried to surface in Iowa, but had to back off because of negative publicity: A little boy had recently been sterilized there and had died from the operation.
    "They decided on North Carolina, where the Gray family could play the perfect host. Through British imperial contacts, Boyden Gray's grandfather, Bowman Gray, had become principal owner of the R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. Boyden's father, Gordon Gray, had recently founded the Bowman Gray (memorial) Medical School in Winston-Salem, using his inherited cigarette stock shares. The medical school was already a eugenics center.
    "As the experiment began, Gordon Gray's great aunt, Alice Shelton Gray, who had raised him from childhood, was living in his household. Aunt Alice had founded the 'Human Betterment League,'' the North Carolina branch of the national eugenical sterilization movement...

    "In 1950 and 1951, John Foster Dulles, then chairman of the Rockefeller Foundation, led John D. Rockefeller III on a series of world tours, focusing on the need to stop the expansion of the non-white populations. In November 1952, Dulles and Rockefeller set up the Population Council, with tens of millions of dollars from the Rockefeller family.
    "At that point, the American Eugenics Society, still cautious from the recent bad publicity vis-a-vis Hitler, left its old headquarters at Yale University. The Society moved its headquarters into the office of the Population Council, and the two groups melded together. The long-time secretary of the American Eugenics Society, Frederick Osborne, became the first president of the Population Council. The Gray family's child-sterilizer, Dr. Claude Nash Herndon, became president of the American Eugenics Society in 1953, as its work expanded under Rockefeller patronage.
    "Meanwhile, the International Planned Parenthood Federation was founded in London, in the offices of the British Eugenics Society.
    "The undead enemy from World War II, renamed 'Population Control,' had now been revived.
    "George Bush was U.S. ambassador to the United Nations in 1972, when with prodding from Bush and his friends, the U.S. Agency for International Development first made an official contract with the old Sterilization League of America. The League had changed its name twice again, and was now called the 'Association for Voluntary Surgical Contraception.'  The U.S. government began paying the old fascist group to sterilize non-whites in foreign countries.
    "The Gray family experiment had succeeded.
    "In 1988, the U.S. Agency for International Development signed its latest contract with the old Sterilization League (a.k.a. Association for Voluntary Surgical Contraception), committing the U.S. government to spend $80 million over five years." 17.

As we have seen, the psychiatric genetics research wing of the eugenics movement ventured into the mind control business which, they discovered, was greatly facilitated through the use of drugs. Prescott Bush's oversight of the Mental Hygiene Society, which emerged in the '50s as MK-Ultra, presaged the oversight of his son, George Herbert Walker Bush, over Dope, Inc, the drug smuggling partnership of the American and British governments.  What was the goal of the Anglo-American drug operation in terms of American culture? A report was issued in 1967 by a Study Group for the Effects of Psychotropic Drugs on Normal Humans, which held a conference to outline the desired course for the United States to the year 2000. The preface to the report projected a new paradigm -- the "sensate society" which craves sensory experience -- would replace the rational, work-oriented traditional society:

"...the present breadth of drug use may be almost trivial when we compare it to the possible numbers of chemical substances that will be
available for the control of selective aspects of man's life in the year 2000.... 'The American culture ... [is] moving toward a 'sensate society.'... A greater emphasis is being placed on sensory experience and less upon rational or work-oriented philosophies. Such a philosophical view, coupled with the means to separate sexual behavior from reproduction or disease, will undoubtedly enhance sexual freedom.... 'It seems...obvious that the youth of today are no longer afraid of either drugs or sex. Again, the philosophers and spokesmen for the avant-garde advocate the personal sensory experience as the {raison d'etre} of the coming generation. Finally, we are moving into an age in which meaningful work will be possible only for a minority: In such an age, chemical aphrodisiacs may be accepted as a commonplace means to occupy one's time. It will be interesting to see if the public morality of the next 30 years will change as much as it has in the last 30. 'If we accept the position that human mood, motivation, and emotion are reflections of a neurochemical state of the brain, then drugs can provide a simple, rapid, expedient means to produce any desired neurochemical state that we wish. 'The sooner that we cease to confuse scientific and moral statements about drug use, the sooner we can rationally consider the types of neurochemical states that we wish to be able to provide for people.' This is the historical thinking of the British strategists who want to destroy the U.S. presidency and the American republic. And this is the criminal apparatus with which they have equipped themselves to do it." 18.

national revival... conservative revolution?

Many evangelical Christians have bought the Big Lie that Pres. George Bush, Jr. (Skull & Bones, 1968), is a born-again Christian, and even a conservative who will lead America in a national revival of traditional values. This fiction has largely been believed by those who also hold fast to an illusion of endtime revival and are therefore hard at work reclaiming America for God. The patriotic theme is nothing new ~ a similar utopian motif was fabricated for the German masses and peddled to credulous Christians as well. The following excerpt from Richard Terrell's Resurrecting the Third Reich captures the patriotic devotion of Germans to their fatherland and the delusion that they were called to save the world. The patriotic fervor of the German people coupled with an irrational (mythological) perception of their origins and destiny was psychologically manipulated by Hitler to the point where a widespread flight from reason ensued:

    "What was to take possession of the German consciousness was a militant romanticism... According to this way of thinking, the Divine Spirit is manifested in the spirit of a people, in their collective genius and total culture or Volkgeist... Germany developed a kind of communal mysticism which contained its own Teutonic concept of a chosen people, called to redeem civilization from its decadence...rallies were glorious pageants that stirred the emotions, which depended not on any revelation of Scripture, but on pure feeling... Even today, still photographs of these meetings have a powerful and gripping presence... The Volkish concept of the social organism was effectively symbolized in mass meetings that expressed a sense of eternity, awe, and mystery, effects stimulated by cathedral of light nighttime mass meetings in which antiaircraft lights sent brilliant shafts of illumination into the darkened sky.’ 19.

Little wonder that, prior to 1933, many of Germany's Protestant clergymen were naively impressed with the patriotic/conservative platform of the National Socialist Party and recommended the Nazi programme to Christians as worthy of their support. The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich by William Shirer provides a sobering account of one prominent minister who failed to recognize early enough that Hitler used Christian terminology only as an artifice to enlist the Protestant leadership in his service.

    "The Reverend Martin Niemoller had personally welcomed the coming to power of the Nazis in 1933. In that year his autobiography, From U-Boat to Pulpit, had been published. The story of how this submarine commander in the First World War had become a prominent Protestant pastor was singled out for special praise in the Nazi press and became a best seller. To Pastor Niemoller, as to many a Protestant clergyman, the fourteen years of the Republic had been, as he said, 'years of darkness' and at the close of his autobiography he added a note of satisfaction that Nazi revolution had finally triumphed and that it had brought about the 'national revival' for which he himself had fought so long -- for a time in the free corps, from which so many Nazi leaders had come.
    "He was soon to experience a terrible disillusionment.. 20.

Many of the historic revivals, which modern day false prophets compare to the present pseudo-revival are found to be, upon closer inspection, planned and orchestrated by human agents for political purposes. The fruit of the 1904-05 Welsh Revival is a case in point.  One convert of the Welsh Revival was David Lloyd George, who later became the British Prime Minister of Great Britain. The administration of Lloyd George (1915-1919) was chiefly influenced by the Cecil Rhodes-Milner Round Table, whose objective was to reestablish the British Commonwealth of Nations and, ultimately, to bring the world under the hegemony of a restored British Empire. During Lloyd George's war administration, the Milner Group dominated the British delegation to the Paris Peace Conference of 1919, at which venue they founded the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA) and Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).

Here is one account of the revival in Wales. Do we recognize the familiar theme of city transformation? (typically minus specifics to verify the assertions)

    "On January 11th The Times noted that David Lloyd-George, who later became the British Prime Minister, said the Welsh revival gave hope 'that at the next election Wales would declare with no uncertain sound against the corruption in high places which handed over the destiny of the people to the horrible brewing interest...'.
    "Lloyd-George even saw one of his political rallies taken over by the Welsh revival. He was impressed as a young girl prayed in the presence of 2,000 people. He said in one town the tavern sold only 9 cents worth of liquor drinks on Saturday night!
    "The Times observed that 'The whole population had been suddenly stirred by a common impulse. Religion had become the absorbing interest of their lives. They had gathered at crowded services for six and eight hours at a time. Political meetings and even football matches were postponed... quarrels between trade-union workmen and non-unionists had been made up...'" 21.

Also among Evan Roberts' converts were George and Stephen Jeffrys who in 1915 founded the Elim Foursquare Gospel Alliance. The Jeffrys taught the British-Israel Replacement doctrine which maintains that the Anglo-Saxon nations are the lost tribes of Israel. To promote the current false revival as authentic, Richard Riss, leading PR agent for said false revival, quotes George Jeffrys' account of the Welsh Revival: "...during the Welsh revival (1904-1905), Evan Roberts, its primary leader, wrote, 'after many had prayed, I felt some living energy or force entering my bosom, restraining my breath, my legs trembling terribly; this living energy increased and increased as one after another prayed. Feeling strongly and deeply warmed, I burst forth in prayer.'" 22.

The Elim Foursquare Gospel Alliance launched the ministry of Aimee Semple McPherson, who founded the Foursquare Gospel Churches in the United States. Mrs. McPherson's ministry was fundamentally unscriptural and her personal life was fraught with scandal -- moral failure, divorce, worldly extravagance and family strife. Sister Aimee committed suicide in 1945. According to some occult sources, which are usually behind the promotion of phony revivals, Aimee considered herself to be the reincarnation of Mary Magdalene, the wife of Jesus Christ in British Israel doctrine. Daniel Mark Epstein's biography, Sister Aimee: The Life of Aimee Semple McPherson, identifies the origins of the Foursquare Gospel Church and the Assemblies of God in the Elim Foursquare Gospel Alliance, which was the evil fruit of the false Welsh revival. Note the Foursquare symbols which in  British-Israel doctrine represent the tribes of Judah, Ephraim, Reuben, and Dan.

"She called her religion the Foursquare Gospel, after a vision she had in Oakland in 1922. Aimee was preaching on the prophet Ezekiel's vision of Man, Lion, Ox and Eagle, when suddenly she began to shake with emotion. She saw in the mysterious symbols 'a complete Gospel for body, for soul, for spirit and eternity.' ... Those four cornerstones -- Regeneration, Baptism in the Spirit, Divine Healing, and the Second Coming -- upheld an evangelistic association called the Elim Foursquare Gospel Alliance, which George Jeffrys founded in Ireland in 1915. He and his brother Stephen were England's greatest evangelists after Wesley and Whitefield, and Aimee had worked with Jeffrys. The Elim Foursquare Gospel influenced the American Assemblies of God, which embraced the same four principles before Aimee had her vision in Oakland in 1922." 23.

According to British-Israel literature, the Lion represents Great Britain and the Eagle (or Serpent) the United States.  England is considered to be the tribe of Judah and the United States, the tribe of Dan, which will produce the Antichrist:

"...ancient Israel traveled in four brigades of three tribes each (see the on-line tract, 'What Is The Gospel?' - listed under Bible Doctrines, and also the reference given there to Alfred Edersheim's 'History of the Old Testament.') Each of these brigades had a dominant tribe; these were: Judah, Ephraim, Reuben, and Dan. These four tribes provided four chief emblems: Lion, Ox or Unicorn, Man, and Eagle or Serpent. To quote briefly from W.H. Bennett, 'Of the twenty-two tribal emblems of ancient Israel, at least nineteen still are, or until very recently have been, emblems of one or another section of the Celto-Saxon people. We also noted that, of the four Brigade emblems, two, the lion and the Eagle, are the chief emblems of Britain and the United States; that another, the Man, is a prominent feature of the official Arms of Denmark, Iceland and Greece; and that the Ox is also common to the heraldry of several sections of the Celto-Saxons. So all four of Israel's Brigade emblems are in use among the Celto-Saxons today.;" (Symbols Of Our Celto-Saxon Heritage, page 89) 24.

Nesta Webster's much maligned volume, Secret Societies and Subversive Movements, informs the uninitiated that the Grand Lodge of England also displays these emblems which are the Masonic Coat-of-Arms and an important symbol used in the black art of Jewish Cabala:

"...At any rate, the masonic coat-of-arms still used by Grand Lodge of England is undoubtedly of Jewish design.' 'This coat,' says Mr. Lucien Wolf, 'is entirely composed of Jewish symbols,' and is an attempt to display heraldically the various forms of the Cherubim pictured to us in the second vision of Ezekiel---an Ox, a Man, a Lion, and an Eagle---and thus belongs to the highest and most mystical domain of Hebrew symbolism.' 3. 'In other words, this vision, known to the Jews as the 'Mercaba,' 4. belongs to the Cabala, where particular interpretation is placed on each figure so as to provide an esoteric meaning not perceptible to the uninitiated. 5.The masonic coat-of-arms is thus entirely Cabalistic..." 25.

Anton Chaitkin's compelling expose of the British Origins of Pentecostalism reveals that British Freemasons and their intelligence agents have been masquerading as patriots and revivalists, using political and religious movements to mobilize the masses toward cooperation with Great Britain's political aspirations. Christians who are snared by their false teaching will be held accountable by God for following false prophets, of which Jesus warned in Matthew 7:15:

"Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves."

The promotion of an endtime revival by false prophets like Richard Riss contradicts the clear teaching of Scripture concerning the period which will immediately precede the Second Coming of Christ. Christians who fall for the revival propaganda, national or otherwise, are working for a movement which is in direct violation of God's Word, and are in fact advancing the agenda of the Antichrist. Instead of a great revival, Jesus and his apostles warned that there would be unprecedented deception leading to an apostasy from the true faith.

For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Matthew 24:24
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 2 Thessalonians 2:3

In the final analysis, Evangelical Christians have foolishly played the role of pawns in the dialectical process, which is the secret societies' method for moving huge portions of humanity their way, slowly but inexorably. By organizing mass movements based on ideologies in dynamic opposition to one another, a huge shift away from absolute truth occurs. The philosophers Nietzsche, Heidegger and Hegel made up the antithesis to the thesis of what was left of tradition in the mid-nineteenth century. By using all three as the background to World War II, the conspirators forged the synthesis, which was the "holocaust." After the war, they claimed that since God had been so cruel, man must find a new way to think of God. The answer was immanent humanism, or that man is god.  Everything that matters in the way of their revolution has devolved from this gnostic premise, the antithesis of Christian doctrine.

The Order of Skull and Bones, which is part of a global network of secret societies known as the Brotherhood of Death, was created as an American chapter of the Thule Society which trained Hitler in gnostic thought. Dope, Inc.: The Book That Drove Kissinger Crazy is the Executive Intelligence Review's (LaRouche) expose of the Anglo-American oligarchy's drug smuggling syndicate since the days of the Opium Wars, in which covert operations George H.W. Bush was the kingpin.  The authors identify the struggle for ideology of the gnostic Thule Society against the Judeo-Christian tradition:

    "Adolf Hitler's Nazi Party is the paramount case in the West of a Gnostic movement come to power.  Hitler's world conception was specifically Gnostic.  As a child, Hitler attended the Lambach Abbey School in Lambach-am-Tram in upper Austria.  Since at least 20 years before Hitler's birth, Lambach had been a center of Gnostic practice.  Its abbot, Father Theodore Hagen, was adept in astrology and in the fundamentals of the Gnostic heresy, with particular affinity for thirteenth-century Catharism and Islamic Sufism.  This Benedictine monk caused a swastika to be engraved over the entrance to the abbey school.
     "When Hitler went to the abbey in 1899, there was also a young Cistercian monk, Adolf Joseph Lanz, who was later to lead Hitler through the racialist cult networks of Vienna.  In 1900, Lanz threw aside his habit, went to Vienna and founded the Order of the New Temple, inspired by the Knights Templar.  In 1905, using the name of Georg Lanz von Liebenfels, he began to publish the racist cult journal Ostara, dedicated to propagandizing in favor of the war between the 'Sons of Light' and the 'Sons of Darkness'; that is, the war between the blond, blue-eyed Aryan and the dark, scheming Jew.
    "In Munich, Hitler was routed into Gnostic circles revolving around the Thule Society, named after the mythical 'Ultima Thule' homeland of the Aryans in the north, and made up of south German, Swiss, and British oligarchs dedicated to creating a mass-based party to indoctrinate defeated Germany with Gnostic ideas.  Hitler became its chosen spokesman.
    "Hitler's mission was to destroy Christianity and Judaism in favor of the ancient pagan religion.  When the war was lost, Germany being invaded on every front, catastrophe looming, Hitler's lieutenants clustered around him to know what the Fiihrer would do.  Hitler told them that, whatever the outcome of the war, the greater war had been won.  One hundred years after his death, he predicted, Christianity would no longer exist as a significant force in the world.  That was victory, he said, To destroy Christianity, Hitler reasoned, one must first destroy its 'agent,' the 'bacillus the Jew'; that nation of priests,' as Nietzsche had angrily called them.  The Holocaust was planned to do just that." 26.

The synthesis has already occurred in the great mass of people. One Freemason correctly observed that there are very few who are "immune to the dialectic." This assertion would not have been made if the dialectic and its method of synthesis were not "the secret" of the occult societies. Also, the dialectic is evolutionary. The conservative revolution today, some new movement tomorrow. Thus, the dialectic itself represented a huge shift away from absolute truth.  They mean to take the masses through revolutions fomented out of the dialectical operation toward a synthesis of all points of view, the third way politics of the radical center, to a society based on natural law, man's determination of morality in place of God's. Marilyn Ferguson's Aquarian Conspiracy describes precisely the nature of revolution which the conspirators planned for and has come to pass before our very eyes ~ abandonment of the moral values which inspired the revolution:

"Most historical movements have their last will and testament along with their manifesto. They have known more surely what they oppose than what they are. By taking a firm position, they trigger on inevitable countermotion, one that will disorient their fragile identity almost at once. Then rapid metamorphosis and self-betrayal: pacifists who become violent, law-and-order advocates who trample law and order, patriots who undo liberties, 'people’s revolutions' that empower new elites, new movements in the arts that become as rigid as their predecessors, romantic ideals that lead to genocide." 27.

Law-and-order advocates who trample law and order? patriots who undo liberties? romantic ideals that lead to genocide"?  Like Rev. Neimoller and the German Protestants, we fear that American Evangelicals will live to rue the day they called for a political revolution:

    "By the beginning of 1934, the disillusioned Pastor Niemoller had become the guiding spirit of the minority resistance in both the 'Confessional Church' and the Pastors' Emergency League...On the first of July, 1937, Dr. Niemoller was arrested and confined to Moabit prison in Berlin. On June 27 he had preached to the congregation, which always overflowed his church at Dahlem, what was to be his last sermon in the Third Reich. As if he had a foreboding of what was to come he said, 'We have no more thought of using our own powers to escape the arm of the authorities than had the Apostles of old. No more are we ready to keep silent at man's behest when God commands us to speak. For it is, and must remain, the case that we must obey God rather than man.'
    "After eight months in prison he was tried on March 2, 1938, before a Sondergericht, one of the 'Special Courts' set up by the Nazis to try offenders against the State, and though acquitted of the main charge of 'underhand attacks against the State' was fined two thousand marks and sentenced to seven months' imprisonment for 'abuse of the pulpit' and holding collections in his church. Since he had served more than this time, the court ordered his release, but he was seized by the Gestapo as he was leaving the courtroom, placed in 'protective custody' and confined in concentration camps, first at Sacchsenhausen and then at Dauchau, where he remained for seven years until liberated by Allied troops." 28.

Coming: A National Wiretap Warrant
The War on the Bill of Rights

he rush to push aside the Bill of Rights began on September 13, two days after the terrorist attacks. That night, the Senate swiftly attached to a previously written appropriations bill an amendment to make it much easier for the government to wiretap computers without having to go to court to get multiple search warrants. The Internet has been enlisted against the Evil Empire, and your privacy is the first casualty.

Passed by voice vote, with only brief debate, this incursion into the Fourth Amendment was heralded by a sponsoring senator as "the first legislative strike against terrorists."

In this immediate aftermath, Attorney General John Ashcroft has appeared often on television to assure the public that to protect its security, the government will demand new legislation for "roving wiretaps." Rather than target a suspect's primary phone, the judicial warrant would extend the wiretap to any and all telephones—regular, cell, or any other—that he or she used. If the suspect talks on a relative's phone, or a phone in an office unrelated to his alleged terrorist activities, or a phone in your home, the owners of those phones would also become part of the investigative record of purported terrorism.

The public was not told by Ashcroft that roving wiretaps had already become law in 1998, during the Clinton administration. The Bush team wants credit for this strike against Osama bin Laden. Only Georgia congressman Bob Barr, a fierce conservative advocate of privacy, tried to stop the 1998 roving-wiretaps law, and the press paid hardly any attention.

What is new is Ashcroft's pressing for a radical extension of present government wiretapping powers. The law now says that a warrant for a wiretap is valid only in the jurisdiction in which it is issued. But the Bush administration demands a national wiretap warrant that will save its agents from repeated trips to court.

The president and his enforcement team correctly anticipate that the public will offer little opposition to the evisceration of its Fourth Amendment rights—and other Bill of Rights "guarantees" of protection of individual liberties against the government.

A CBS-New York Times survey released on Sunday, September 16, showed that 74 percent of Americans thought they would have to give up some of their personal freedoms to get Osama bin Laden "dead or alive," as George W. Bush put it, recalling wanted posters in the Old West.

The explanation for this eagerness to relinquish our supposedly cherished freedoms is not only the rage and fear at the shocking numbers of civilians murdered on our own land by foreign fanatics for the first time in our history.

The more frightening reason why the government can have confidence in our support is that most Americans have only the dimmest notion of what their constitutional freedoms are—and what it took to get them. So there is little concern that they and other Americans can be caught in dragnets of suspicion by a government that has suspended much of the Bill of Rights.

This willingness to surrender what we're supposed to be fighting for is a recurring part of our history. During the Civil War, Abra-ham Lincoln imprisoned newspaper editors and other dissenters against his policies. In addition, he suspended the oldest right of English-speaking peoples, habeas corpus. "The Constitution," Lincoln explained, "is not a suicide pact."

How many Americans, right now, would disagree with that conclusion?

While the media has been focusing on Osama bin Laden, the president, Secretary of State Colin Powell, and Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld have been pledging to root out terrorism in all countries harboring terrorists, not only Afghanistan.

When Colin Powell named the countries implicated in the murderous conspiracy soon after the catastrophic attacks on September 11, it was not noted in the press that the harboring nations had already been cited as official "state sponsors of terrorism" in a report last April by the State Department's Office of the Coordinator for Counterterrorism. That report was largely ignored in the media.

The deadly seven are Iran, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Cuba, North Korea, and Sudan. The State Department counterterrorism report emphasizes that Sudan is a leading harborer of international terrorists—but that nation has been overlooked in the recent media furor about this malevolent network.

From the report: "Sudan . . . continued to be used as a safe haven by members of various groups, including associates of Osama bin Laden's al-Qaida ["the Base"] organization . . . Egyptian Islamic Jihad, the Palestine Islamic Jihad, and Hamas. Most groups used Sudan primarily as a secure base for assisting compatriots elsewhere." (Emphasis added.)

Osama bin Laden, the State Department continues, has a "working agreement" with the government of Sudan.

Are we going to bomb or invade Sudan?

This will indeed be a war without a clear end, because we are dealing with an extensive network of terrorists. Bin Laden's organization, the State Department reports, "has a worldwide reach" through its connections to this network. Even if Bin Laden is taken, dead or alive, there will remain hidden cells, hidden "sleepers" around the world—some of them right here.

Civil libertarians—and there aren't many—have to be careful not to believe that the huge popular support for the Bush war effort will make significant resistance nearly impossible. But opposition to a coup d'état against the Bill of Rights is our only alternative to yielding to the beginnings of a police state for an indefinite period.

There is still time to save the freedoms our government says we're fighting for. And that requires doing—and planning—with the confidence that most Americans will applaud.

The Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798, which nearly destroyed the First Amendment, ignited enough opposition to elect Thomas Jefferson in 1800, and he released all those imprisoned by that law. The "Red Scare" of 1919 and the early 1920s—with its mass arrests of "subversives" in 33 cities, without a semblance of due process—was eventually seen by the citizenry as a disgrace. And in the 1950s, Joe McCarthy was finally overcome.

If we do not spread the word of this bipartisan attack on the Bill of Rights—and insist on our First Amendment rights to protest—we will become accomplices in this war against the Constitution. American flags are everywhere. I bought one at a vigil for the dead at Union Square. But what do those flags stand for?

In the September 17 Daily News, Richard Sisk did the kind of reporting that will continually be needed to awaken enough of the populace to rescue the Constitution.

Sisk noted that New York is now the headquarters for the multi-agency Joint Terrorism Task Force. He quoted Justice Department spokeswoman Mindy Tucker as saying, as Sisk summarized it, that "U.S. Attorney Mary Jo White, top federal prosecutor for the Southern District of New York, has been given extraordinary powers to proceed in secrecy against anyone implicated 'in the entire attack against the four airliners.' " (Emphasis added.)

What does "implicated" mean? Reasonable suspicion? Probable cause? And how will we know whether basic due process has been afforded those "implicated" when, as Sisk continued, the Justice Department says, "Search warrants and records will be sealed. Law enforcement also no longer will disclose when arrests are made or when material witnesses are taken into custody."

And we're supposed to be telling China how to reform its justice system, which functions in secrecy as it crunches human rights?

In the September 24 National Law Journal, David C. Vladeck, director of the Public Citizen Litigation Group, says that the public demand for security will support "virtually everything the government does in terms of intelligence gathering and assessment, immigration, and telecommunications."

He could have added: the rapid increase in checkpoints in public places; the profiling of suspects by how they look and dress; and the eventual, sooner rather than later, creation of a national ID card. That card, with its relentless computer chip, will enable the authorities to keep pervasive track of what we do and where we go.

"These are very sobering times," Vladeck says, "and I think the temperament of the country will tolerate the kind of measures we might at one point have thought intolerable."

It's up to us as to whether he's right.

That was not an easy concept for me to acknowledge, despite the fact that I had long recognized that the twentieth century has been the bloodiest hundred-year period in all recorded human history.

1 Before you scoff, and reject my suggestion as some sort of madness, check out my references, then try to disprove my conclusions. If my allegations are unfounded, you will soon recognize the deception and return to your daily activities, certain that there is no cause for concern. On the other hand, should you determine that my assessment is correct, or even partially correct, then you have a moral obligation to decide just what part you intend to play in response to the unfolding world genocide - how you will protect yourself, your loved ones, and the countless millions of helpless human beings throughout the world who have been marked for destruction. You must never forget the warning recorded for posterity by Martin Niemoeller, the Lutheran minister who lived in Hitler's Germany during the 1930s and 1940s. His words echo down to us over succeeding decades: "In Germany they came first for the Communists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist. Then they came for the Jews, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist. Then they came for the Catholics, and I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant. Then they came for me, and by that time no one was left to speak up."

2 You will note that Reverend Niemoeller warned that after coming for the Jews the Nazis came for both Catholics and Protestants. Why is that fact never mentioned? The question that I am most frequently asked is, "How can you possibly believe that there are people who intend to kill off large segments of the world's population?" My answer is really quite simple. I hold that belief because I have read their writings. I believe they are telling the truth. Just as Adolf Hitler wrote of his plans for Europe in "Mein Kampf" (My Plan), so, too, those who intend to depopulate large segments of the earth have written of the necessity of limiting the world's population. They fully intend to "exterminate" a significant portion of the world's population. The fact that the vast majority of Americans have never heard of their intent, of The Georgia Guidestones in Elberton, or of "The Plan" and "The Hierarchy" attests to the degree of control that exists over what the American people have been allowed to know about the Occultic forces which are working within our society today.

Margaret Sanger and Planned Parenthood

As you read on you will soon discover that I have primarily relied on material which can be readily found in books, audio-taped interviews, and public news sources. If you take the time to check my references, you will soon discover that there really are those who have publicly advocated the elimination of "human weeds" and "the cleansing of society." Indeed, to this very day your tax money is used to finance Planned Parenthood, an organization founded by Margaret Sanger. During the 1930s Margaret Sanger openly supported the Nazi plan for genetic engineering of the German population, and the propagation of a "super race." In Planned Parenthood's 1985 "Annual Report" leaders of that organization proclaimed that they were, "Proud of our past, and planning for our future."

3 How could anyone possibly claim to be proud of the organization founded by Margaret Sanger when history records that she wrote of the necessity of: "the extermination of 'human weeds' ...the 'cessation of charity,' ... the segregation of 'morons, misfits, and the maladjusted,' and ... the sterilization of 'genetically inferior races."

4 Margaret Sanger published "The Birth Control Review." In that magazine she openly supported the "infanticide program" promoted by Nazi Germany in the 1930s, and publicly championed Adolf Hitler's goal of Aryan white supremacy. In the years prior to World War II Margaret Sanger commissioned Ernst Rudin, a member of the Nazi Party, and director of the dreaded German Medical Experimentation Programs, to serve as an advisor to her organization. In his excellent book "Killer Angel," George Grant chronicles the life and writings of Margaret Sanger, and painstakingly documents Sanger's plans for the genetic engineering of the human race. George Grant noted that in the 1920s Margaret Sanger wrote "The Pivot of Civilization" in which she called for: "The 'elimination of 'human weeds,' for the 'cessation of charity' because it prolonged the lives of the unfit, for the segregation of 'morons, misfits, and the maladjusted,' and for the sterilization of genetically inferior races."

5 According to George Grant, Margaret Sanger believed that the unfit should not be allowed to reproduce. Accordingly, she opened a birth control clinic in: "The Brownsville section of New York, an area populated by newly immigrated Slavs, Latin's, Italians, and Jews. She targeted the 'unfit' for her crusade to 'save the planet.

6 Nineteen years later, in 1939, Margaret Sanger organized her "Negro project," a program designed to eliminate members of what she believed to be an "inferior race." Margaret Sanger justified her proposal because she believed that: "The masses of Negroes ...particularly in the South, still breed carelessly and disastrously, with the result that the increase among Negroes, even more than among whites, is from that portion of the population least intelligent and fit..."

7 Margaret Sanger then went on to reveal that she intended to hire three or four Colored Ministers "to travel to various black enclaves to propagandize for birth control." She wrote: "The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the Minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members." (emphasis added-Ed.)

8 As Margaret Sanger's organization grew in power, influence, and acceptance, she began to write of the necessity of targeting religious groups for destruction as well, believing that the "dysgenic races" should include "Fundamentalists and Catholics" in addition to "blacks, Hispanics, (and) American Indians."

9 As the years went by, Margaret Sanger became increasingly obsessed with her Occultic beliefs. Along with her acceptance of the occult, she became increasingly hostile to both Christianity and the American precepts of individual freedom under God. Her distaste for America can be seen in her writings when she wrote: "Birth control appeals to the advanced radical because it is calculated to undermine the authority of the Christian churches. I look forward to seeing humanity free someday of the tyranny of Christianity no less than Capitalism."

10 Margaret Sanger eventually embraced not only communism but theosophy as well. What is theosophy? It is a covert, Occultic religion based upon the repudiation of God and the worship of Lucifer. In modern-day America, theosophy is one of the most powerful hidden (occult) forces working behind the scenes in New York City, Washington D.C., and across our nation today.

11 How many times have you been told that Adolf Hitler killed 6 million Jews in the Holocaust? What you probably have never been told, however, is the segment of the Holocaust tragedy recorded by Professor Norman Cohn in his historical account of the Jewish Holocaust, "Warrant for Genocide." Professor Cohn chronicled the dark days of World War II, noting: Only about a third of the civilians killed by the Nazis and their accomplices were Jews ...Other peoples were marked out for decimation, subjugation, and enslavement, and the civilian losses of some of these (countries - Ed.) amounted to 11 per cent to 12 per cent of the total population."

12 If Professor Cohn's figures are accurate - and I feel certain that they are, because other Jewish researchers have come up with similar figures - then why haven't the Christians of America been allowed to learn the fact that in addition to the 6 million Jews murdered by the Nazis, somewhere between 7 and 12 million non-Jews were also ruthlessly liquidated in Hitler's Germany? I believe this information has been intentionally suppressed because those who were killed were largely Christians, and the covert forces which control the reality of the American public today do not want the followers of Jesus Christ in our nation to awaken to their peril ...until it is far too late. Hitler hated not only Jews and Judaism, he also hated Christians and Christianity as well. Why was that? Because Adolf Hitler, just like Margaret Sanger, was a disciple of theosophy and of Madame Blavatsky, the founder of a religion that worshipped Lucifer. Accordingly, both Margaret Sanger and Adolf Hitler were energized by the same "dark, spiritual forces."

The fact that most of our citizens have never heard of Madame Blavatsky, theosophy, or that two of theosophy's most ardent disciples were Adolf Hitler and Margaret Sanger clearly reflects the degree of control that exists over what the American people have been allowed to learn about the occultic forces at work in our nation today. As a researcher on the subject of the occult, I regularly receive letters and publications from the Lucis Trust. The Lucis Trust of today is the modern-day extension of the "Lucifer Publishing Company," an organization founded by Alice Bailey during the early years of the twentieth century. Alice Bailey was a disciple of Madame Blavatsky and the nominal leader of the Theosophical Society between the early 1900s and the late 1920s. Because the name "Lucifer" had such a bad connotation in those days, Alice Bailey changed the name of her organization from "The Lucifer Publishing Company" to "The Lucis Trust." The nature and beliefs of her organization, however, have always remained the same. The Lucis Trust of today is one of the major front groups through which theosophy works to influence life here in America. The supernatural powers that still energize The Lucis Trust today certainly come from the same dark, spiritual forces that energized Madame Blavatsky, Adolf Hitler, and Margaret Sanger in generations past. Publications from The Lucis Trust regularly refer to "The Plan" for humanity that has been established by "The Hierarchy." Part of that plan is inscribed on the great granite pillars of the American Stonehenge in Elberton, Georgia ... "The Georgia Guidestones."

13 A full discussion on the subjects of population control and occultism is far beyond the scope of this short monograph. Full documentation on these subjects will be found in my soon-to-be-published book, "None Dare Call It Genocide." At this point let me simply offer a few examples of the views expressed by those who publicly advocate population reduction and/or genocide. David Graber, a research biologist with the National Park Service, was quoted in the Los Angeles Times Book Review Section, October 22, 1989, as saying: "Human happiness and certainly human fecundity are not as important as a wild and healthy planet. I know social scientists who remind me that people are part of nature, but it isn't true ... We have become a plague upon ourselves and upon the Earth ...Until such time as homo sapiens should decide to rejoin nature, some of us can only hope for the right virus to come along."

14 Michael Fox, when he was the vice-president of The Humane Society of the United States wrote, "Mankind is the most dangerous, destructive, selfish and unethical animal on the earth."

15 In "The First Global Revolution," published by The Council of the Club of Rome, an international elitist organization, the authors note that: "In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine, and the like would fit the bill. All these dangers are caused by human intervention ...The real enemy, then, is humanity itself."

16 The Los Angeles Times of April 5, 1994 quoted Cornell University Professor David Pimentel, speaking before the American Association for the Advancement of Science, as saying that, "The total world population should be no more than 2 billion rather than the current 5.6 billion." In the UNESCO Courier of November 1991, Jacques Cousteau wrote: "The damage people cause to the planet is a function of demographics - it is equal to the degree of development. One American burdens the earth much more than twenty Bangladeshes ... This is a terrible thing to say. In order to stabilize world population, we must eliminate 350,000 people per day. It is a horrible thing to say, but it's just as bad not to say it."

17 Bertrand Russell, in his book, "The Impact of Science on Society," wrote, "At present the population of the world is increasing ... War so far has had no great effect on this increase ... I do not pretend that birth control is the only way in which population can be kept from increasing. There are others ... If a Black Death could be spread throughout the world once in every generation, survivors could procreate freely without making the world too full ... the state of affairs might be somewhat unpleasant, but what of it? Really high-minded people are indifferent to suffering, especially that of others."

18 Negative Population Growth Inc. of Teaneck, New Jersey recently circulated a letter stating their long-range goal. "We believe that our goal for the United States should be no more than 150 million, our size in 1950. For the world, we believe our goal should be a population of not more than two billion, its size shortly after the turn of the century."

19 In the Global Assessment Report of UNEP (a United Nations sponsored study group), Phase One Draft, Section 9, the authors quoted an expert who suggested that: "A reasonable estimate for an industrialized world society at the present North American material standard of living would be 1 billion. At the more frugal European standard of living, 2 to 3 billion would be possible."

20 More New Age Influence
Speaking at a round-table discussion group at the Gorbachev Conference held in San Francisco in the fall of 1996, Dr. Sam Keen, a New Age writer and philosopher stated that there was strong agreement that religious institutions have to take a primary responsibility for the population explosion. He went on to say that, "We must speak far more clearly about sexuality, contraception, about abortion, about values that control the population, because the ecological crisis, in short, is the population crisis. Cut the population by 90% and there aren't enough people left to do a great deal of ecological damage." Mr. Keen's remarks were met with applause from the assembled audience made up largely of New Age adherents, Socialists, Internationalists and occultists. Many of the leading occultists of our modern world attended that meeting in San Francisco, a meeting organized by Mikhail Gorbachev, former Director of the Soviet KGB, and later President of Russia.

21 What is the message found on The Georgia Guidestones? What is the plan of the "guides"? If you read occultic literature, you will soon find that those who worship Lucifer today refer to a "Hierarchy" that guides both their actions and the affairs of the world. Who are the "Hierarchy"? The Lucis Trust, formerly The Lucifer Publishing Company, recently sent a letter to their supporters stating, "The spiritual Hierarchy makes definite use of the twelve spiritual Festival periods. We can learn to cooperate with the members of the Hierarchy as they work to bring the divine Plan to the attention of men and women of goodwill and spiritual aspiration everywhere throughout the world. The idea of spiritual approach - of Hierarchy to humanity and humanity to Hierarchy - is the primary principle underlying meditation ...understanding of how the spiritual energies which flow through each zodiacal sign can illumine and inspire right human relations."

22 The ancient Druids were members of an occultic religion; the circle of monuments at Stonehenge in England is occultic; and the message engraved on the American Stonehenge in Elberton is occultic. Yoko Ono is the widow of John Lennon, a man who was deeply involved in the occult. Yoko Ono has written a musical score with three movements dedicated to the message of The Georgia Guidestones. She was recently quoted as saying, "I want people to know about the stones ...We're headed toward a world where we might blow ourselves up and maybe the globe will not exist ... it's a nice time to reaffirm ourselves, knowing all the beautiful things that are in this country, and The Georgia Stones symbolize that."

23 What is the message to modern-day man which is engraved on the great stone pillars of the Druid-like monument in Elberton? The first of the "guides" reads: "Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature. (This-Ed.) Means the entire human race at its climax level for permanent balance with nature."

The Infamous Tuskegee Study
In recent history, we have seen the influence of occultic population control advocates here in America. Nowhere is that influence better demonstrated than in the Tuskegee Study, a scientific research program in which 400 syphilis-infected black men were recruited by the U.S. Public Health Service back in 1932. The participants were all told that they would be treated for their infections, but instead of treating their illness, all medicines were withheld. The black men were then actively prevented from obtaining treatment elsewhere as their bodies, and the bodies of their wives and children, were systematically ravaged by disease. The evil men who conceived that Nazi-style study justified their atrocity by alleging that scientists needed to learn how untreated syphilis progressed in the human body. For a period of forty years, between 1932 and 1972, the genocidal Tuskegee Study continued. It was not until 1972, when one newspaper finally had the courage to break the story to the public, that the Tuskegee Study was finally terminated. By that time, only 125 of the original 400 black men had survived. To this very day, 24 years after the end of that grotesque human experiment, none of the perpetrators of that atrocity have ever been either accused or indicted for their crimes. Back in 1932, when the Tuskegee Study began, Margaret Sanger's ideas had already begun to infect the minds and souls of physicians and scientists here in America. According to Margaret Sanger's sense of morality, experiments on "human weeds" were fully justified in the name of "science." Do you honestly believe for one moment that such an experiment would have been tolerated here in America had the participants been white men?

24 Another far more effective method of reducing the world population was devised in the early 1960s by a group of environmentalists and population-control adherents. They set out to block the use of DDT for mosquito and malaria control after it had been found that the insecticide was extremely effective in saving human lives. Alexander King, president of the Club of Rome, wrote, "My own doubts came when DDT was introduced. In Guyana, within two years, it had almost eliminated malaria. So my chief quarrel with DDT, in hindsight, is that it has greatly added to the population problem."

25 In 1970 The National Academy of Sciences, in their book "Life Sciences," stated that, "In little more than two decades DDT has prevented 500 million deaths due to malaria. "To population-control advocates, this irresponsible preservation of human life was unconscionable, so they set out to outlaw further use of the pesticide. Up until 1970 all reliable scientific data had consistently demonstrated that DDT was completely safe for both humans and animals. Indeed, DDT was the safest pesticide ever known to mankind. Furthermore, it was inexpensive and could be widely used in third-world countries to control the spread of insect-borne diseases. Accordingly, population-control adherents set out to have DDT banned in the name of saving the environment. You have probably read the contrived stories alleging that DDT caused softening of eggshells, interfered with the balance of nature, and endangered humanity by entering into the food chain. In truth, all of those stories were fabricated, and were simply part of a carefully coordinated program to block further use of the life-saving pesticide. If you are interested in learning the truth concerning the deceitful campaign waged against DDT, I suggest that you order a copy of my audio-taped interviews with Dr. J. Gordon Edwards. Dr. Edwards is a world-renowned biologist who led the fight in the 1960s to counter the propaganda program waged by environmentalists and population-control advocates to ban further use of DDT. You can also order a copy of Dr. Edward's excellent monograph, "Remembering Silent Spring and its Consequences." William Ruckelshaus was a long-time member of the Environmental Defense Fund, and the Director of the EPA. He outlawed further use of DDT in 1972 despite the recommendation of the chairman of the EPA investigating committee which had heard six months of testimony on use of the pesticide, and had determined that DDT was completely safe. When Ruckelshaus outlawed further use of DDT, he signed the death warrant for hundreds of millions of helpless human beings living in third-world countries. To those energized by the dark side, however, the loss of hundreds of millions of human lives was relatively inconsequential .In his excellent monograph, "Remembering Silent Spring and its Consequences," Professor J. Gordon Edwards quoted from a speech delivered by Victor Yanconne, founder of the Environmental Defense Fund. In that talk, Mr. Yanconne related a story told to him by a reporter who had asked Dr. Charles Wurster, one of the major opponents of DDT, whether a ban on DDT wouldn't actually result in far greater use of much more toxic pesticides. Dr. Wurster is reported to have replied: "So what? People are the cause of all the problems. We have too many of them. We need to get rid of some of them and this is as good a way as any." Then asked by the same reporter, "Doctor, how do you square the killing of people with the mere loss of some birds?" Dr. Wurster is reported to have replied, "It doesn't really make a lot of difference, because organo phosphate acts locally and only kills farm workers and most of them are Mexicans and Negroes."

26 How many people have died in the past 25 years since the use of DDT was outlawed? If the National Academy of Sciences was correct in their 1970 assessment that 500 million lives had been saved by DDT over a twenty-year period, then we have probably lost well over 600 million human lives during the past twenty-five years since advocates of population control succeeded in outlawing DDT.

27 The Relationship Between Abortion, Breast Carcinoma, and Population Control.
Let me offer another example of a population control program which is being promoted here in the United States today. Many physicians have expressed their concern about the dramatic increase in breast carcinoma seen in women in recent years. Despite the fact that 18 scientific studies published in both domestic and foreign medical journals have clearly demonstrated the direct causal relationship between first-trimester abortion and breast cancer, all efforts to disseminate that information here in the United States have been consistently blocked by those who favor abortion and population control. America's Best Kept Secret

In the fall of 1996 a new scientific paper dealing with a meta-analysis of 23 different scientific studies on the relationship between first-trimester abortions and breast cancer was published in a British medical journal. That study clearly demonstrated a higher incidence of breast cancer in women who had had first-trimester abortions. In response to that publication, the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Cancer Society (ACS), and pro-abortion/population-control advocates joined together in an unholy alliance to attack the conclusions of the authors, and to block all efforts to disseminate that information to American physicians. All of the organizations mentioned above continue to oppose efforts to have physicians warn women of the risk they face when they submit themselves to first-trimester abortions. Before carrying out all surgical procedures in America "advised consent" is required, except for abortion. The AMA. the ACS, and the pro-death lobby continue to insist that women must not be advised of the risk they incur when they destroy the life of their unborn child. Why is there such inconsistency? Current abortion policies in America are absolutely necessary to reduce our population. That is why a minor child can be taken from school to an abortion clinic without parental notification, yet that same child cannot be given an aspirin without parental consent. It all has to do with population control.

28 Population Control in Russia Today
Another dramatic example of population control is the tragedy being played out in the "former" Soviet Union today in regard to male longevity. In Russia, the life span of the average Russian male has dropped precipitously over the past several decades. The average life expectancy of an American male is 74-78 years of age, and in Japan the average life span is 78 years, but the average life span of Russian men has fallen from 68 years in the 1970s to 63.8 years in 1985, to 57.7 years in 1994. It is estimated that, if current trends continue, the average life span of a Russian male will be 53 years shortly after the turn of the century. Do you really believe that this shocking reduction in life span is happening simply by "accident"? The true cause of this dramatic reduction in life span in Russia will be detailed in my coming book, "None Dare Call It Genocide."

29 The Massacres in Africa
One has only to learn what really happened to the Christians in Rwanda between April and July of 1994 to imagine what may lie in store for Christians here in America at some time in the not-too-distant future. After the Christian Tutsis had been disarmed by governmental decree in the early 1990s, Hutu-led military forces began to systematically massacre the defenseless Christians. The massacre began in April 1994 and continued until July 1994. Using machetes rather than bullets, the Hutu forces were able to create a state of abject fear and terror within the helpless Christian population as they systematically butchered hundreds of thousands of them. The United Nations immediately convened hearings on the genocide taking place in Rwanda, but Madeline Albright, the American Ambassador to the United Nations, argued strenuously that neighboring African nations should not be allowed to intervene until the "civil war had come to an end." In reality, of course, there was no civil war since those being slaughtered had no weapons with which to defend themselves; it was simply a matter of mass murder. In addition to blocking intervention by neighboring nations, Madeline Albright also insisted that the word "genocide" must not be used, (see Silent Weapons For A Quiet War) and that the United Nations forces stationed in Rwanda were not to be allowed to intervene. In the three months that followed, between one-half and three-quarters of a million Christians were systematically dismembered, hacked to death, and slaughtered in the bloody carnage that ensued. Tens of thousands of Christians were murdered in their churches; tens of thousands more were murdered in their hospitals and in their schools. On several occasions, United Nations soldiers stationed in Rwanda actually handed over helpless Christians under their protection to members of the Hutu militia. They then stood by as their screaming charges were unceremoniously hacked to pieces. At the end of the carnage, in late July 1994, the American government rewarded the Hutu murderers with millions of dollars in foreign aid. Strangely, the American press has remained silent (see Subversion of the free Press by the CIA) about the fact that almost all of those who were slaughtered were Christians, and it was the policies of our government that were primarily responsible for blocking efforts by neighboring African countries to intervene.

30 There are literally dozens of other examples of population- control programs which have been implemented throughout our world by modern-day "Malthusians" in their effort to ensure that the world population is dramatically curtailed. To date it is estimated that far more than one billion human lives have been terminated as a result of the world-wide abortion programs financed by the United States. In addition, we are beginning to see the devastating effects of the AIDS epidemic as this modern-day plague begins to depopulate large areas of both Asia and Africa. Because of the influence of occultic population controllers, however, all logical efforts to address the HIV epidemic throughout the world continue to be blocked. Rather than utilizing the proven public health methods used with all other illnesses, advocates of population control continue to promote both hedonistic sex education and condom distribution. In the May 1996 issue of "Special Warfare," a publication of the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, it was noted that: "The immediate future may present other daunting challenges to Civil Affairs units. Because of complicated social and cultural reasons, AIDS already infects a high proportion of the military and civilian officials of Zaire, Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, and other central Africa countries. In some or all of these countries, government establishments may collapse in the next 10-15 years. If this pattern is repeated in other areas where AIDS is spreading at an alarming rate, then civil rule may also erode or break down in parts of North Africa, the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia."

31 Let me assure you that there really are hundreds of thousands of occultly energized people throughout the world today who honestly believe that human compassion is outmoded, and that the inferior peoples of the world must either be allowed to die or be actively exterminated. I will conclude this monograph by quoting from the writings of the English Churchman, Thomas Robert Malthus (1766-1834). In his "An Essay on the Principle of Population," Malthus wrote: "All children born, beyond what would be required to keep up the population to a desired level, must necessarily perish, unless room may be made for them by the deaths of grown persons ...Therefore ...we should facilitate, instead of foolishly and vainly endeavoring to impede, the operations of nature in producing this mortality..."

32 I personally believe that God expects each and every one of us to become involved in the affairs of this world until He returns. Furthermore, I believe that all human life is sacred. We are told that Christians are to be the "salt and light of the world," the preservative that keeps humanity from rotting. What is the Christian Church doing today to preserve the lives of the inhabitants of God's earth; what are you doing to protect the lives of those who have been targeted by the forces of darkness? Today, the AIDS epidemic is beginning to depopulate both Africa and the non-Communist countries of Asia? What can you do?
