Launch has occurred. First run for Stage 1has been completed. Very successful. 

After you have signed up login at  https://www.qlxchange.com/yourusername/login.html  
First you have to fund your QLreserve account and then transfer from your QLreserve account to your OneX account.
Click on add funds from the leftside menu. This will let you put $5 (actually it costs $6 with fees) into your QLreserve account from your STP account or from your credit card. THEN you have to go back to that menu and click on deposit.
This then will allow you to move the $5 in your QLreserve account over to your OneX account where it will do you some good in the matrix.

Latest Update 7-13

The first run for Stage 1 was a complete success. The withdraw function will be installed very soon. They want to pay out those that want to withdraw by Thursday. It was significant. Surprised me when I looked at my account.

However, it is important to consider further upgrades, buying keys and Stage 2 tier upgrades. Stage 2 will be run on Friday. This will complete the launch and both stages will enter real-time mode. Stage 1 upgrades are now in real-time mode.

If you haven't upgraded thru Stage 1 - Tier 4, you can do that in your back office now (Click UPGRADES, then OneX. Use funds in your reserve account funded by credit card or STP.  Keys will not be used for automatic upgrades past Stage 1 -Tier 1. Keys are used ONLY for that initial entry level. Having keys in your key bank is NOT the same as having reserves in your reserve account after Tier 1.

If you have enjoyed some profit from spillover, please consider buying some keys and giving them away to continue building underneath those that are lower in matrix and waiting for more spillover/spill under. Thank you. The more they make, the more you make! Remember, you get matching bonuses on everyone you sponsor and send a key to so even if they fall below your first 4 rows, they will make you money! This increases your income exponentially.

Also, please understand that once QLXchange launches, there will be MANY people that join that directly just for the services it will be providing. Those people will have the option of joining OneX as well, so this WILL keep growing. If you haven't earned anything yet, do not despair. It will come. This is very long term, and we are all at the top, even if it looks like the bottom for you right now :-)

Upcoming Features:

Placement key: We will be able to choose under which person your key user will be placed.

Purchase History: Similar to Commission history with details and a search function.

No more default to admin on join form. One MUST put in a correct sponsor name to join OneX.

System will delete unpaid members from matrix (if they have no one underneath them and are older than 3 days). Will free up that spot and they can join manually later on. Still in the sponsor's list, just not in downline until they decide to join manually.

The important thing is to know how excited the leaders are about what is to follow. Remember that OneX is only a feeder program for the main company: QLxchange.

JC had sent me the QLxchange presentation last week and I just listened to it this morning. I can tell you some things about it...

1. It looks really complicated.
2. It can be simplified so everyone can easily participate. You will make money even if you never fully understand it.
3. It is going to make us a LOT of money; passive and active members alike.
4. It is affordable and do-able for everyone, not just leaders.
5. OneX is a great program and will make money for all in it. But it is really just a tool to make QLxchange a success.
6. Use OneX as a tool for QLxchange. Work hard at OneX and you will succeed beyond your wildest dreams at QLxchange, which will be an even better source of income. Monthly income. Residual income. HUGE income.

Trust me when I say you want to buy keys in OneX and give them to as many people as you can. Sponsor as many people as you can. Encourage them to do the same. If you don't have an online network, go offline. It doesn't matter, just bring in people and encourage them to do the same. Use the key system to make this happen. Making money in OneX is less important than using OneX in preparation for making huge monthly income in QLxchange.

For now, concentrate on OneX. Max out the tier upgrades as you can, when you can.

The key to all of this is THE ONEX KEYS. Use them. Go for it. It will be the best money you ever spent (in a long term plan).

Funding now with STP and CREDIT CARD

Click on ‘Deposit Funds’. This starts the deposit process. STP is available now. Later today they expect to add the new credit card option.

 

The new credit card option will be easy: no forms to fill in, no websites to join, no verification process. Just use your card (VISA / MasterCard / Discovery).

 

Bulletin Board

Admin is seeking a more powerful email server and this is why they haven’t been able to send out Xpress newsletter. They are working out a solution for this. For now they have set up a ‘Bulletin Board’ with the latest news. This is found on the main page after logging in.

 

Upgrades

Once you have loaded funds from STP or credit card you can click on upgrade. You are only allowed to upgrade to Level 1 for $5. This gets you activated for the first pay run on Friday night. I can see on my matrix chart quite a few members have been fast and have already upgraded using STP. When credit card is added there will be many more upgraded members.

 

Transfer funds, buy keys

Once you have funds loaded in your QLreserve the first thing you should do is upgrade yourself for $5 and get that out of the way. With any additional funds you have in your QLreserve you can let them sit there for future upgrades to higher levels, or you can buy some keys, or you can transfer funds to another member (sending funds from your QLreserve to another members QLreserve attracts no fee).

 

Keys

There are a few functions in the Keys menu. You can pass keys to other members, or use them to instant upgrade members. You can also send a key to a non member (you need to know their email address and make sure they want your key, don’t just send it out).

 

My account – profile

You should have a secret question & secret answer. Don’t leave these blank. Keep them in a safe place. They may be needed to prove you are the owner of the account. It is a security measure you should use.

 

Check the spelling on your name and email address.

 

Organisations – Sponsored Members

This show a list of your personally sponsored members. It has their username & email address. If you click on the arrow at the far right a new section will pop open that shows their name, country, and phone number.

 

Keep in contact with your sponsored members. As they earn money you get 100% matching bonuses on top of your usual matrix earnings. This can be a very significant increase to your earnings.

 

If you don’t see a sponsored members username on your matrix chart that means they did not click on the verification email. Action has to be taken to fix this.

 

Organisations – Downline View OneX

This shows your 4x4 OneX forced matrix chart. Black balls are unpaid members and red balls are upgraded members. Try and get as many members in your downline “go red” before Friday night. When you put your cursor over a ball it shows the username and sponsors name. If you click on that ball it opens up that members 4x4 matrix. Click on ‘back’ at the top right of chart to go back to your original matrix view.

 

Membership levels

Total membership is around 85,000 in the first 10 days (this includes downtime for maintenance). In the 24 hours before the site closed for maintenance 10,000 new members joined that day. This figure is from when we only had STP as an option. Now that an easy to use credit card option has been added it will greatly boost membership and participation all over the world. $5. One time. Easy. This is a serious program has been built to create income for the long term and a lot of prior planning has been done in the development.

 

Fees

For the credit card it will be a flat $3 per transaction e.g. deposit $30 – cost is $33. Deposit $5 – cost is $8.

 

For STP deposits the fee is 5% (minimum fee of $1).

 

How much can you deposit into your QLreserve wallet?

STP: any amount, any time

Credit card: $30 maximum every 24 hours

 

Can you use more than 1 credit card? YES

Can you use STP and a credit card? YES

Many members will be transferring $30 - $75 (or more) into their QLreserve, but as a MINIMUM it should be $5 which is required to be active for the first pay run.

 

If you help swap or pay, or buy keys, for your 4 members on your first row all this money (4 x $5 = $20) will come back to your QLreserve because the plan pays 100% commission on your first row of 4 members.

Future plans:

First pay run is scheduled for Friday 1st July at 8 p.m. USA EST. Get as many of your downline upgraded before this time. Start planning early, get in contact with downline fast to see if they need any help or advice. Don’t leave matters to the last minute. We have plenty of time to build a strong upgraded team before the first pay run. I can see many members on some of my lower levels upgraded (red ball) and that means some members will definitely miss commissions if they don’t upgrade for $5 by Friday night.

 

A week later on Friday 8th a second pay run is planned for Phase 2. This will involve higher level upgrades and we could see some very big money start to flow here. After the second pay run the program won’t stop for any special pay runs. It will start to pay in real time as upgrades happen throughout the downlines.

 

One or two weeks after the 2nd pay run we could see the main QLX program commence. This is a great program that will have monthly commission payouts. As we build our OneX business we also have a 3x9 forced matrix building right now. It is in the downline view. Many members have good size matrixes and many are starting to get some spillover. We’ve only just started! Just concentrate on OneX for now – get the funding in fast, help downline members, pass on updates, & sponsor more members.  

 This will be a place to earn some good money. The program has launched.
New people just join for free and get good positioning in the matrix. Commissions are in real time, 
not monthly.  Some of the directors of QLXchange are the same people who run QLX3. QLX3 is the 
marketing & web support company that helped launch OICU which is an independent company.

JC explained that there is no need to come in with more than $5.  You DO NOT need to upgrade to the 
other tiers because they have now found a way that you CANNOT be jumped and miss out commissions. 
(From my understanding, this is true if you have your first tier of 4 filled. If you have less than 4 on your first 
tier (level) AND then others below you on the other tiers, you may miss out on some commissions, but not all.)

We were recommending that everyone upgrade all 4 tiers (total $75), so as to not miss out on any commissions 
from others doing the same thing. But the way they will do this now, you really only need the first $5 upgrade and 
then you will be able to upgrade to the next tier out of commissions as needed depending on how many you 
have below you in the other tiers. You can see this in your OneX downline viewer in your back office 

They are planning on Friday June 24 for the launch when we can upgrade and buy keys. So make sure your 
TP is funded before that. If you have already funded for the $75, what I recommend is that you upgrade the 
$5 (and only upgrade additional tiers if you have anyone below you in the other levels but do not have 4 on 
your first level). Use any "extra" STP to buy keys. Even if you don't have anyone to send them to yet, you will. 
We will find more and more people to bless with this gift, so just buy keys to be prepared!

Upgrades will be done automatically and systematically at the beginning but after the first run thru to get it 
started, members will be allowed to upgrade manually. There will now be two choices - Upgrade 
Automatically (default setting and recommended) or Upgrade Manually. Automatic upgrades will use 
earned commissions (or deposited reserve funds) to pay for the next tier as needed. This is explained 
more fully on the call, so give it a listen.

OneX is a wonderful program, but it really is only the tip of the iceberg. The main program is QLxchange 
and the wonderfullness of what that offers will be explained later. But you will be astonished by what this 
is actually leading to with the Silver & Gold savings program. OneX is being treated like a stand alone, 
but it is in fact just a marketing tool for QLxchange! So the best is yet to come!

OneX is a feeder program into the parent company  QLXchange.

Members of OneX will receive membership into QLXchange; your OneX members follow you into QLXchange.
The products are silver & gold, they have their own payment processor, own debit card, and their own bank.
Their main asset building program will be a gold & silver buying opportunity for members. They have negotiated 
with a large bullion dealer some very good prices for members. It will be international and members can take 
physical delivery or store their silver/gold bullion in accounts at the supplier. The bullion prices are slightly above 
market spot price which is normal. This is much better than many other bullion type programs I have seen online 
where the cost of the bullion or coins is much higher than market price sometimes over 100% more expensive 
yet they still attract a lot of members. QLX will stand out as the best value for the dollar.
QLX will always be a free membership. They use a 3x9 forced matrix with compression. No compulsory buying. 
QLX doesn't sell any bullion, they provide access to the established supplier company. If a member upgrades 
to a higher level at QLX e.g. $11 per month, this entitles them to a some financial education lessons and a greater discount when buying bullion. The $11 monthly QLX fee is split down the 3x9 matrix. 
At the moment QLX will release their first program called "OneX" from inside the members area. It is a series 
of financial education lessons. It is designed to be a "one time only $5 program" but it has tremendous income 
potential. It is a 4x4 forced matrix , how we pay will be determined by launch.

 The payments in OneX are 100% member to member and QLX Admin does not access any funds. As members 
earn (from as little as 2 members sponsored or from spillover) they have $10 of income and can choose to 
upgrade to level (lesson) #2 for $10 or take the cash. This is paid as $5 to the 2nd upline and $5 to that person 
sponsor. A full matrix through all the 8 stages over time can earn up to $99,460 with or without sponsoring. There 
are also 100% matching bonuses and this is excellent for those that sponsor. If you sponsor 20 people who earn $10,000 in their matrix structure you will earn the same i.e. 20 x $10,000.

UPDATE FROM OneX LEADERS CALL

Welcome to the new members on the team.

 

I was on the recent OneX leaders call with admin. On the latest call with the program admin there were some well known networkers from USA and also Stella (the owner of SolidTrustPay) who talked about funding options at STP.

 

Some of the newest members in the matrix have an ID# of over 60,000. The OneX program has achieved over 60,000 members in a week. When first pay run happens many more will want to join. Then there'll be the start of our QLX matrix program that pays monthly and 9 levels deep (with compression), and then there is the Silver Savings Plan with the most competitive silver bullion prices online! QLX/OneX will become a huge program worldwide and leave all the "games, gifters & cyclers" behind.

 

Signups are going very strong and there were some very important announcements for all members:

 

First pay run – expected this Tuesday 28th June. All members should start taking steps from now to get STP funded for at least $5. If there are lots of delays with funding there will be members asking for a delay in the start date. It is expected we can starting moving STP funds from this weekend into our QLX wallets. Let me know if you are having any difficulty with STP funding.

 

Now just $5 minimum to get started – the new rule is that when QLX/OneX closes for the first pay run we are only allowed to purchase the first upgrade of $5. Previously we could choose to buy up to 4 upgrades in advance for $75. This is not available now. It was decided to stay with the program philosophy of “one time $5 – OneX5”. This will not disadvantage anyone as those with active downline will be automatically upgraded from earnings and still get to the $75 level (4 upgrades) without missing any earnings due to them. You will need to fund STP with $5.35 as they charge a small fee (1.5% + $0.25). The autogrades will look for funds from your QLX wallet. You can fund up to $75 if you want to and this will be in your wallet for upgrades. Your wallet will comprise your funds from STP and any earnings from the pay runs. If you fund with $75 you will be covered for all 4 levels of upgrade and all earnings will be added to your QLX wallet.

 

Auto-upgrades – the new system for all members is that there will be 2 functions: auto upgrade and manual upgrade. All members are at auto upgrade when they join. This is the recommended position and you don't have to do anything to have it operate. Auto upgrade means as soon as you have $10 earnings from 2 level 1 members (2 x $5 = $10), either from personally sponsored members or from spillover, the auto upgrade function will detect your earnings (it scans all accounts every hour) and deduct $10 from your earnings to pay for your level 2 upgrade. It repeats this process for level 3 ($20) and level 4 ($40). These are all deductions from your earnings. You only start with $5 one time out of pocket and the next 3 upgrades are auto deducted from earnings. Its important to let the auto upgrade quickly upgrade you as fast as possible so you are made eligible to receive all downline commissions due to you. The pay run on 24 June will cycle through 4 times to cover levels 1,2,3,4. It is important for all members to have their $5 upgrade on time. If a member has some downline and do not pay the $5 they are “inactive” and will miss all commissions due. After the first pay run the QLX program will open to new members again and there will be no more stopping for pay runs. It will just pay in real time. The reason there is a special stop for the first pay run is because the program launched without a payment processor in place and the 24th June pay run is a way to put everything together.

 

Processor – we’ll be using (STP) www.SolidTrustPay.com Their website has been down the past 2,3 days as they are getting a lot more traffic than usual. This is being looked into. All QLX members should open a basic Personal Account. It does not have to be verified. In the future QLX is working on their own solution - QL Exchange Bank - where it will be connected to a banking in 80 countries. This is not far away but for now we will work with STP as the QLX parent company has had a good working relationship with STP for many years.

 

Funding your account – STP can be funded from inside the members area using a debit/credit card. I believe there is a simple procedure where you download a 1 page form, fill it in, and send back to STP. This is to put your credit card as an approved card on file. STP is an established global processor that has used credit cards.

 

There are some other options. In a few countries you can deposit money at a local bank branch over the counter, or by bank transfer. I’ll have to check these more thoroughly when the STP site is back up.

If you are funding by credit card open your STP page and open another window for the STP support page (above). If you have a problem with putting your credit card payment through don't try a second time because if it rejects a second time STP won't let you try again for 24 hours. This is a security measure. What you should do this in this situation is contact STP live support and they will help you try again.

 

On the credit card page leave the "state" box in your address empty if you are not in USA. If you put your state there it can cause your credit card deposit attempt to reject.

 

Exchangers – there are currency exchangers that will swap AlertPay or LR to STP such as www.Xchanger.org and a few others. I’ve had a look at the FAQ and for many of these exchangers they say it could take 4 – 7 days to swap AlertPay. This looks too slow so direct deposit through STP may be the best options.

 

Keys – besides your own $5 funding you may want to consider depositing some more funds. You can transfer STP to another members STP account for no fee. Some members in your team may have difficulty in funding or don't have a credit card so you could assist them with a STP transfer. Or you can buy “keys” from QLX for $6 each (1 - 10 maximum) and give one to a downline member to pay for their upgrade. If a member knows they are going to be given a key they are not required to open a STP account.

 

Lost password – on the login page, under the boxes, there is now a “lost password link

 

Missing verification email? – it is COMPULSORY that all recent QLX members received their verification email and clicked on it. Only when it is clicked on do they get placed in the matrix which is what counts to be in the business. Admin told me that about 10% of new members had not verified. Some probably didn't find the email in their “spam” folder, but also there have been issues with the outsourced mail server and some members emails were sitting in a queue. Admin is now working with a more powerful mail server. On the login page under the boxes there is a link: resend verification email. Any new member who has not got their verification email should use this function A.S.A.P. No new member should send out their website link until they are verified or their referrals will go to upline. Verification emails may come straight away or take a short time up to 15 minutes. Some members didn't see it straight away and went to join again. They should allow some time and wait for email to arrive and not join again.

 

All members log in and check 2 downlines – when you log you can see the menu. On the large block on the right you can see your URLs and name of sponsor. On the left there is:

 

Sponsored Members – the list of members you personally sponsored

Downline View OneX – your 4x4 OneX matrix

Downline View QLxchange – your 3x9 matrix

 

(the downline view pages may be slow at times due to heavy traffic - thousands checking their matrix growth every hour)

 

There are some members who have spillover and don't know about it because they haven't checked both matrixes. There are some members with very big spillover and don't know about it. Check your matrixes regularly to see growth. If you click on the button of any member in your downline it will open up the view for their matrix so you can check many levels deep. Hit the 'back' button on the chart to back to the original view.

 

Contact your personally sponsored – your personally sponsored list shows their email addresses. Collect these emails and keep in contact with your sponsored members. Pass on any important updates and tips and offer advice. Recommend they do that likewise. Strong team support down the line builds a very solid and powerful network. Especially now with the funding requirement so close there will be members needing advice and help.

 

Promoting your OneX link now – the membership at QLX / OneX is growing fast. Try and sponsor as many people as you can up to this Friday. This is a program where we can build great incomes over the long term but it would be good to have more people for the first pay run and help them get good spots in the matrix. Another reason is that there are many people starting to promote OneX now. Some of these people may know your contacts and approach them about OneX first, or they may see the many videos on YouTube or notices on forums, etc. Contact your associates fast and tell them about OneX. Update any blogs/newsletter/Twitter you have regularly. Go through old email messages & Skype discussions and see if any like minded people who have conversed with in the past would like to see the OneX opportunity.

 

New members filling in join form – remind any new prospects to type in their email address correctly and double check. On the call they said some members didn't type correctly e.g. gmai.com and then wondered why they didn't get a verification email.

 

QLX (3x9) – soon after the first pay run it is intended to start the other matrix, the main QLX program and then we’ll have 2 businesses running at the same time. The QLX program is a great program that pays monthly returns and allows members to acquire silver bullion at the best online (and possibly offline) prices. More on this in 2 or so weeks as now the current focus is on promoting & funding for OneX.
