Quit emailing me the when question. I don't know when. I will tell you when I know.  
I do not determine the when. It is my job to complete the distributions when the when arrives.  
Everything is still on track with no additional fees required. So things are still 
looking good for this one, just don't have the when yet. My opinion is we are not going to see payout until the 
new treasury rainbow currency that is backed by metal surfaces.  There many things happening in the financial 
news today regarding the World Global Settlements, cabal being taken out, and restructuring of the world's monetary system that could be affecting this.

I am done with the confirmations.  We also done with the verifications, checking what you state 
you purchased in your confirmation with our Liberty Reserve History. Some of you haven't yet sent me 
your confirmation. Read further down  for how to do that. No confirmation no payment.

I created a webpage of LR numbers and units credited to those LR numbers. You need to go 
to this page, www.detailshere.com/LRunits.htm ,  and find your LR number and make sure you are credited 
with the right number of units you submitted funds for. If your number and number of units are not on this 
page, it is because you never sent me the latest confirmation requested and received an ACCEPTED copy 
back. You will not be paid. It is your responsibility to make sure your number and number of units IS posted 
on this page. If your number is there and the correct number of units are posted with that number  and you 
have a confirmation email back with the word "accepted" at the top, you are done for now. You do not have 
to send me an email that it is correct. BUT, if there is an error then send me an email stating such along with 
a new proper confirmation that has the correct information in it.  And if your number is not there, then it means 
I haven't received a proper confirmation of your spend back from you. Go further down this page to see what 
is required for your confirmation submittal.  

Next,  I will start a procedure on how you will be paid. That will not be posted here but will be sent to everyone
in the program individually.   

Simultaneously we now have  a special email list of only the people we have confirmations for. I will 
communicate to you via that email list.

Here is the sequence of events
If you have funded this program come back to this page often as new information is added regarding 
record keeping, verification, and payout information. Several stages will be involved here.
1. You submit to me a single confirmation email which contains  ALL of the spends you have made to this 
program, including June, July and September. See below for the format I want that in. 
2. I send that back to you with the word "accepted" on it. Make sure you get an "accepted" confirmation back.
If you don't get a confirmation back that has ACCEPTED at the top, you are not in yet. RECEIVED doesn't count. 
3. From all your confirmation pages I will compile a unique PuppyTwist email list to communicate with you.
4. I will then post a page with just LR numbers and units purchased on it, no names. 
You verify your number is on that page with the correct number of units. Get back to me if it isn't. Do nothing if it is okay. 
5. I then compare all your confirmation pages with my LR received pages to cross check batch numbers 
and amount of spends. I will contact you if there are any discrepancies. 
6. Then I send out everyone information on how we will pay out.  You can start studying at https://loom.cc/
Don't ask me for a Loom invitation until I am ready for that stage. I don't know how to do it yet myself. 
Read the FAQ to get familiar with the system but DON'T sign up until I send you an invitation. 

As of midnight 9-19-2010  2400   Puppy Twist was officially closed.
I refunded all other spends that were sent to me. I have nothing but positive comments on this program.  
There should be absolutely no reason it should not payout as promised by the end of the year. 

A new confirmation is required. Format it like you see below. Submit until you get one that comes back 
with the word  "accepted" at the top in the body of the email. Only then are you considered in the program.

After I get through all the confirmations sent in, correct them, put "accepted" at the top and send back 
to you, I will post on a webpage a list of just LR ID numbers and number of units I show for that number. Go 
verify that your ID number is on that list and matches what you show as  units purchased.  With so many people 
it is awful easy to do an accidental deletion somewhere along the line. I am a firm believer in communication 
to ensure no one gets left behind here. Everything has to match. Your Liberty Reserve number IS your Puppy 
Twist ID number also. If you don't have one, you'd better get one at www.libertyreserve.com 

Next, let me apologize to some of you for my apparent rude reply to your attempt to submit your 
confirmation to me. But when hundreds of you who funded this program can't seem to 
follow directions, it does leave me a little short on fuse. You have no idea how much time it took 
to reformat what you submitted to look like the final example below that I really wanted from you.  If you 
want to get paid, then read this page and give me exactly what I ask in your submission. I don't want any 
yak talk, I don't want any apologies that this is your fifth attempt at this, I don't want anything that isn't asked 
for below, and I don't want any less than is asked for below.  Just so we understand each other.  If your 
confirmation doesn't look like the example at the bottom of this page then work on it and don't submit it 
until it does.  If you can't copy your spend information and reformat it, then simply look at the information 
and type it in the way I want and then discard the copy.

Why another confirmation?   In light of the fact that many of you spent and bought 
multiple units in June and July as well as Sept, many have done multiple spends and submitted multiple confirmation 
pages, and not all correctly either, you need to understand I need to get each person's complete records in one 
place, on one sheet, in one format, and I need to be able to arrange you on a spreadsheet by a number as 
well so I don't have duplicate spend records.  So I will request of each and every one of you; and I will send 
you each an email to this effect, to make out a NEW confirmation email.   And it has to be completed exactly right 
or I will send it back to you until it is.  Submit until you get the one that says  "accepted" at the top. The goal here is to reach payout phase without spending two months on bookwork to get there. I need your help to get there so we can 
all get paid promptly. I've got units purchased in this as well as you.

Do NOT include swap spends where I just swapped my LR for your STP or PayPal, but DO include spend 
information  for those of you who were allowed to only fund your units via STP or PayPal and I used my LR 
to pay for your units. 

Here's what I want.   

I want this in arial 14 point letters so I can read it. This font type you see here  is 14pt arial. 

In the subject line  I want:
Your Liberty Reserve ID number, your name, your email addy and how many TOTAL units you purchased 
altogether counting both June -July purchases for round one and Sept purchases for round two. 

Example:  U5267776, John Doe, johnd@aol.com , 5 units total

DON'T PUT ANYTHING ELSE IN THE SUBJECT LINE or you will get it back to redo!

Then I want a copy of all the spends you made for ALL purchases, June, July and Sept.
In Liberty Reserve you can get them all chronologically by clicking on "History" 
Then select "show additional fields"
Then select date range  July 2nd  through September 25th  and put in U5267776 in the "account" field.
Bingo it will list in order for you all your spends to the PuppyTwist LR spend to account.

Copy those, paste them onto your confirmation page and then reformat them so they look like this.
If you can't copy and paste it so it looks like this, then simply look at the data and type it in so it looks like this.

Be sure and cc yourself a copy of the confirmation for your own records. What you show on this 
page (that is confirmed by my LR history page) is what you will get paid on.

That's it. Simple. Don't make it complicated. Don't include anything else, it's irrelevant. 
Don't include anything less or I will send it back to you to do again. Many people are not including 
what they put in the memo box. DO include that. 
If you spent via Paypal or STP instead of LR or in addition to LR include those spends with 
batch transfer numbers also. Don't include spends where I just swapped you money and you 
still did an LR spend.

IMPORTANT  Make sure you get a copy back from me that says "accepted"  on it.
Only then will you know you are properly recorded.  I am NOT going to chase spends in my LR history
to try and find owners for them who have not submitted proper confirmation pages. Your confirmation
page with the word  ACCEPTED on it is what I will use to pay people out with so make sure you get one
back that says ACCEPTED on it and includes all your spends on it for all units purchased.
