PPW4you

This is a copy of the latest email from PWW4you date Sept 26th 2011

Before you spend additional money with these guys, please read a participant's email sent to me recently.
I also have emailed them several times to attempt to find out where the goalposts were currently at, none
of those emails were ever responded to.

Hi,
It is increasingly likely (I would say almost certain) that PWW4You, a 'reverse pension plan' that has been covered in your pages, is fraudulent.
Shortly after they published their most recent update (September 26, 2011), I sent a message to their "support team", and  asked them how many more times they would tell us that their program would be completed within the next quarter or the quarter after that. I also said that when they moved the goal posts from 85,000 to 150,000 required "contracts" without giving us a credible explanation for it, they lost the trust of 75 % of their membership. I further told them that people (a lot of people) who then believed they had been cheated would not give them one additional dollar; this was elementary psychology, and they had better face up to it, stop treating us like the gullible children we are not, and tell us exactly how they are going to sell another 54,000+ contracts when they apparently couldn't sell more than 500 over the previous two months.
This was sharp, but still civilized, in fact rather polite criticism.
Their answer was to delete my account (two contracts) without any explanation. They have effectively stolen $100 from me. And, in doing so, they have shown their true colors. An organization which cannot tolerate any kind of criticism and retaliates even against a person who has not yet criticized them outside the semi-private channel of  their own support system -- such an organization cannot possibly be serious and honest.
This sort of paranoia is almost always in evidence when Internet fraudsters are getting ready to 'disappear', partly because they no longer have anything to lose. My guess is that PWW4You will have ceased to exist before the end of this year. It will have taken them almost six years to milk us, drop by drop, for all they could get.
Sincerely,
Pat

They needed 85,000 verifications to payout, have received those and now show a hit counter wanting to go
to 150,000.  Without good reason that smacks of scam. The 11-12 newsletter is not yet posted in English
but is available below in English.
Be sure and  click on  system news on left for latest updates.  Send your
verification document to verify@pww4you.com

Read the newsletters from them in the left menu that tells you how to verify your contracts

Read a forum update in response to PWW4YOU's 11-12 post that they need to have 150,000 members
now instead of the 85,000 before payout begins.

PWW4YOU
- a reverse pension plan program that was supposedly about to complete.
http://www.pww4you.com/?c=en&id=70548
$50 nets you $75,000.  Need to be under 67 to participate. Funds via Liberty Reserve.
Will payout to your bank account. Good FAQ on site.  Also click on  system news on left for latest updates.
There are over 60 netmarketing ebooks to download for free on this site, thousands of dollars of information for free.
This is like the ebooks you get hammered with all the time wanting $49.95 - $99.95 for the information to skyrocket your wealth.  Well, it's all  free here and there is some good stuff in there, free autoresponders, website templates, LOTS of stuff in these 60 downloads. After you login to your backoffice look in the left menu, 5 links worth.
One private listserve operator states that this and Themco's Liberator 1 are the two most likely RPP's to pay out.
That was before reprogramming the hit counter to extend to 150,000 verifications.

"Hi Members

It now seems that some of the well-known RPPs such as GPP may not reach a successful conclusion and it may also be that it was a scam from the start (further details in the 2nd GPP thread located in the Problem Program area). Many other RPPs such as GCPP also now seem to have been scams and there is evidence that HCI is as well, however I have had information over the last few years to know that RPP type ventures do exist and some of us now know that to be the case with PP-12 which, even though it is not classed as an RPP, it is also using a similar method of trading insurance policies to be able to achieve a windfall payout for it's members. PP-12 is private and now closed to further members so please do not ask me about it, thanks. As you may be aware we are still waiting on the final outcome of Imperia Invest, UAE and WPP, but due to their recent actions then they also seem as if they are scams and only time will tell if any of them reach successful conclusions this year. Pww4you is different and showed signs much earlier that it is unlikely to be a scam, even though due to so much privacy there is no decent level of due diligence that can be carried out to know if it is real. From what is known (more details below) then I do see Pww4you along with PP-12 as the last chances to achieve a 'windfall' (life-changing) payout, but as always nothing is guaranteed even if Pww4you is real, but it does seem to have a better chance of reaching a successful conclusion than all the other RPPs (not including PP-12) we've been involved with or known about to date.

Pww4you first appeared in early 2006, soon after GPP started, I joined the program back in March 2007 and then there were restrictions on how many contracts you could purchase, which did limit it's growth and soon after more conditions were made by their Insurance agents, there was then an important meeting and the program came to a stand still with the objective that they would open it as soon as they could resolve the situation.

The news at the time surprised many people as the agents behind the program decided to be open and honest about the situation, saying they could have carried on collecting funds and hoped to resolve the issues, but then they would also face being penalized by their Insurance agents, so instead they stopped all purchases and said they would try and resolve the situation as soon as possible.

A lot of time went by, with many wondering if it would ever continue, the website and members area (back-office) was always there and many started to forget about it, then in September 2009 they announced that they now had new agreements and could continue, this time with no restrictions on the amount of contracts that could be held by anyone person, but that the program had to complete by the end of 2009, even though they have now been allowed to continue longer. The program is almost filled with over 90% of the total 85,000 contracts purchased and there are now (as of September 19th, 2010) only 8,297 left to purchase (latest count in members area). They are currently making some good offers and attracting a lot of interest and the count is now decreasing at a faster rate now we are getting close to that target which could now be reached within 2 months for a possible payout this year.

This is one of the first RPPs where the agents have been straight with people and have also kept in regular contact, so it really is worth trying to complete this one as it could be one of the main ones to payout first. I know many of the RPPs have been testing people's patience to the limit, but the team behind this one have stood the test of time by sticking around when things didn't go to plan and spending a lot of time negotiating a new arrangement, meaning they now have everything in place to succeed and are also very aware that they need 'the people' to do that, hence they do keep people constantly updated by email and in the back-office (a full update history is listed there). My point here being that they have shown to be very serious and determined to successfully complete this project, they are also very aware that we are part of it, so finally an RPP operating in a much better way than all the others.

11-12 forum post re: PWW4You's 11-2 newsletter

Warning Signs
I don't know if the first warning sign was when members posted that they were having their accounts shown as verified when they didn't send in the documents yet or when PWW4You had changed the counter to Verified Contracts when the count was below 5000 remaining contracts left which then created a mad rush to buy the remaining contracts. And who knows if the current counter of 89000 plus Verified Contracts is the real figure or just a figure they made up as there is no way for any of us to verify the no. of contracts actually sold. So if you see the remaining contracts counter drastically drop in the next week or so, then you can be sure that the counter is not real and just a repeat ploy to create another mad rush to buy more contracts since most people now don't trust them anymore.
It does look like now that PP-12 may be the only remaining RPP to pay out and the only RPP where you can actually have a chance to hear the Admin speak which at least gives it more a sense of credibility.
Hope that everyone tried to keep a level head as John has always stressed.

Newsletter trnaslated and comments:
Hi Members

I've only just returned, but it is sad to hear that they've raised the requirement to the original 150,000, I did mention in a post recently that this could happen but I was expecting only a 20% or so increase. I wouldn't write-off the program just yet as it could be valid as to what they have done, but as always please stay level headed at all times as even if it does turn out to be real then it is not known how long it would take to payout.

Some people have compared this increase to WPP, but I don't see it that way at all as WPP got to the first payout stages and then faked many issues, caused delays and then announced a new high requirement that was never mentioned originally, there are other things about WPP that suggest they are fake. As for Pww4you, then the original agreement was 150,000 and it remained that way for a long time and there were restrictions which would be very unusual for scammers to implement, please see further details about this in the first post of this thread. When they continued with a new arrangement in 2009 then the requirement was reduced to 85,000 and what has impressed me is the accuracy of their counting in that they do really seem to be auditing the numbers, where as other RPPs have shown no interest in such a system and we also know those other RPP's (now consider scams) to have taken in a lot more than they have requested or reported.

If Pww4you were a scam, not that I can say they aren't as there is no way to verify them either way with so much privacy, but if they were a scam then I would think that they wouldn't bother with the counters or would have kept them low and just kept bringing in people, scammers play confidence tricks and when there's a lot of interest from people and everyone's trying to get in the door at the last minute, as has happened with others, then they would keep holding the count down and get as many purchases as possible, it is very unusual to have frozen it all and then to do what they have now done, so I still think there is a good chance it could be genuine, but it can never be ruled out that it's not a long term and well thought out confidence trick, even a private RPP of 10 years (I'm not in it but know people who are) is now becoming suspect as people start to wonder whether the founder has just been playing a confidence trick all that time and the members in that should soon find out if it really does pay.

Reaching the original 150,000 may not take that long as it is already nearly at 90,000 and so many who wanted to join can now do so, so it could be up to 120,000 or so fairly quickly, but it's true that many will see this as a red flag and hold off inviting others and so the last 30,000 could take time, but as there is a real-time count that doesn't seem to be tampered with (as per my recent post I did monitor it in real time but can never truly know), but if they were going to tamper with it then as I mentioned above they would have already done so and taken in as many funds as possible and not proceeded as they have, so with the count moving closer to the target then it should keep people interested and help it reach that higher target.

I've posted an English 'translated' version of today's Nov 12th News below and they do seem sincere about this, they also seem to be saying that if people are over-age by the time of the payout stage then they will still qualify and that the verification time is still a factor in the order of payment.

Now that there is this extension then those who didn't make it in time can now join (please see details in the first post of this thread), those already joined may 'not' wish to purchase any more positions which is wise as it is best not to risk extra funds on impulse and so those people like me will just be monitoring progress and hoping it reaches the target as soon as possible. I also have enough donation funds for the 3 contacts to be shared with 6 people, but may see if I can collect enough to give them their own contract each as ideally I'd prefer not to be handling other people's positions, I need to think further on this and will soon post an update about the 'surplus over-spill' donation situation.

The return to the original agreement of the higher contract requirement is not what we wanted to hear and no doubt many are sending complaints so it may be hard to get a response from support for a while, perhaps they will post another update in response which they normally do if there are strong complaints, however as I also mentioned before then if it is real then we are just pawns in a large financial game and they will do what they will, but so far they don't seem to have been playing the same tricks as other RPPs and as I mentioned above if they were a scam then they could have so easily taken in so much more by now, more than 150,000 contracts worth and then disappeared, so the current actions do not seem that of confidence tricksters (scammers). As for the mention recently about the SEC getting involved, then that is not likely as Pww4you are also very private just as GPP have been and have not had SEC interference, the only reason the SEC got involved with Imperia invest is due to the large following by the US deaf community, once complaints from a large number of deaf US citizens came in then it got the SEC's attention and as those people are disabled than it has added further impact to the complaint.

I'll make further comments soon about those waiting to join and other issues, but even though the change is disappointing and I really do feel for a lot of people on this as I know so many want a quick solution to help resolve their financial hardship and hopefully that will still be possible in the near future, but I still see indications that they could be genuine as they haven't played the same confidence tricks as the others and could so easily have done so recently and got away with it, so time will tell what really happens and hopefully it won't take much longer to reach the new target.

Even though many of these programs are a real test of people's patience, they certainly push mine to the limit at times, it is only by trying that we have a chance to succeed, admittedly it is becoming hard to know what is real with so much privacy and that there are too many scammers online, but I still remain optimistic that Pww4you and PP-12 (private and now closed to further members) are the two remaining 'windfall' programs that offer us that chance of a life-changing payout, we could even be surprised by Imperia Invest if they are real and move to a payout process early next year (from various information I've picked up on, nothing to do with the recent scam email, please do not send any funds to LR), but as always it is also important to relax and stay level headed so please enjoy your weekend and stay well.

Subject: Notice for your Account from PWW4YOU

Dear Members,

As we promised and had done in the past months, here is our actual news-letter. We will continue to provide you with news every 2-3 months as previously stated.

First we like to point out the process if a profile change is needed.

Changes of addresses - profile:
If you moved, got married etc. and need to change your profile data you can do that at any time regardless if you have already verified your account or not. In case you did not verify yet, than the following does not apply to you. If you verified already, please read the following in order to change your profile. If all is correct, please do not do anything. Again, the following applies only if you need to make changes. You do not need to write to support, just follow the instructions:

If you have more than one account, log into one account, it does not matter which one.
Click on My Accounts
You have a button Reopen
Click on Reopen
You will be advised that this cannot be reversed
After that you can change your profile (click the profile button)
After you have done all the changes, please read under verification
Please send immediately all the new documents (Copy of passport/ID with the new address or name change) to verify@pww4you.com

Again, this is only needed if you moved or have a name change.

Verification:
Log into your account. It does not matter for the verification  into which of your accounts you log in to.
Click on My Accounts
Check your account list again
Click on Verify these Accounts
You will be advised that this cannot be reversed
Click on execute, remember, that step cannot be reversed. Also if you still have open contracts, they will be deleted.
Now the verification starts. You will receive a prompt with an e-mail address to send your documents. Please do not forget to put your account ID in the reference line. E-mails that do not have the account ID in the reference will be deleted.
For the final verification we need one or several documents from you. The passport/ID needs to list the following:
1. Your first and last name
2. Street address
3. City, Zip, State and Country
4. Birthday
You need to send a copy of your passport/ID with the e-mail. Should your address not be listed in the passport/ID, you need to provide us with a copy of a phone bill (utility bill etc.) that shows your address. A letter from your City hall that confirms your address is also accepted. For the notarization of your documents: copies need to be notarized and cannot be older than 2 years. Originals do not need to be notarized. Scan in the documents and send them via e-mail to verify@pww4you.com

Completion:
The lower fee and the removal of the age difference showed good results. However, we have a long way to go to reach our goal and need to work hard on that realization. We need to work closely together. We are working intensive on the completion and going forward with great determination. We can assure you that the present membership final will not be increased. Whoever is with us now or until completion will surely reap the rewards. The last calculation showed us that it is possible to reach our goal in the 4th quarter of 2011 or the 1st in 2012. This will not happen on its own and we need your help and cooperation. Again, let's give it our all and the results will show up.

Let's get the program together to a successful ending. We are working hard on that goal, are you?

Best Regards
Support-Team
