May 21st update 

Dear Members,
I know everyone wants me to come in every day and update, but I don’t have updates to give every day. I don’t have time to monitor all of the children in this forum because I still have a payout to take care of. We have been in and out of meetings trying to get everything taken care of to payout. We are waiting on some more information so that we can give you a payout date, but we do have some good news. We might not need to get all of the money out of STP to payout. But as I have said, we are waiting on the information that we need to take care of that.

Today and tomorrow I will take time out again to clean up the forum. Everyone has already been warned, and now I am taking out all of the members that broke the rules. I asked already for user names to be first and last name only. Even though you do not agree with it, it is not your program and I do not have to explain any of my rules. So if you are deleted because you chose not to follow directions, you already knew it was coming! I was trying not to do this, but it is beyond the point in time that it has to be done. If you want to be a part of this forum and you are using a user name and get deleted, you will have to sign up again with your first and last name only and wait for verification again. If you are starting trouble for all of the members that want to be here, you will still be able to read the forum but you will not be able to post or pm.

Dear Members,
We are still requesting funds from STP. As soon as we recieve all of the funds from STP we will transfer the funds to our investor. The payout will start 4 weeks from that day!! Again, this is not the last request for funds from STP, it is when we actually have all of the funds in our possession. I am trying to get an estimated time frame of how long it will take to receive all of the funds from STP, but right now it is too soon to tell. As soon as I know more I will update again.

ATTENTION MEMBERS: Let's get a couple of things clear here!

1st of all, we were PRIVATE last cycle! We used other processers and we used E-bullion before they went down! This cycle we received suggestions from members to use Alert Pay and STP. We did not do our correct homework like we should have. We did not realize at the time that there was a limit to withdraw funds, unlike E-bullion and other payment processors. Alert Pay allows big withdrawals per day, but STP does NOT. We know that you are wondering why the funds were sitting in STP the whole cycle, we did not want everyone to think that we were running off with your funds! The way that we did it before is, once the cycle was nearing the close out day, we withdraw the funds and send it to our investors. In this normal process, that is when we learned of the 10 thousand a day withdrawal limits with STP. This alone should tell you that we were not in it to take your money, because we could have been pulling out the funds from the beginning! One thought, why would I need to pull out the funds in the beginning, if I knew when it needed to be invested, and I didn’t realize there was a maximum withdrawal amount? We have proven to you time and time again that we are still here fighting to help all of you out, and we had many chances to run if we were in fact a scam!

Once again I want to stress to you, WE ARE NOT IN THIS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! WE ARE IN IT TO HELP YOU OUT, SAVE YOUR HOMES, BUILD A LIFE FOR YOUR FAMILY THAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS DREAMED OF!

Members: Here is the issue in full with STP!!

1. The day the site went down, Stella moved our account from verified to active.
2. We contacted her and she said that we have to put our website up or get the forum up and running as fast as we can.
3. Instead of putting up another website, which could have taken a week or two, we launched the forum.
4. She then told us, that members were contacting here saying that they couldn’t get into the forum and wanted their money back.
5. That is when we hired extra staff to get members into the forum quicker then what we were doing. I’m sure you can recall when the number jumped from around 500 to about 1500 in a day!!
6. Then we were instructed to do voting to give the members the option to get their funds refunded to them or give out our investor’s information. We agreed to do the voting, and we put it exactly as she told us to.
7. After following her directions, we allowed voting for a little more then the weekend. After we wrapped it up, we sent her the results.
8. Now that we have taken the time to get as many people as we can to vote, she then said that it was ridiculous that we did not include the STP user names in the voting! She said how is she supposed to know that people that used Alert Pay didn’t vote. And that we need to do it again with the STP user names so that she can verify that they are indeed a STP member. HAD SHE SAID THAT FROM THE BEGINNING WE WOULD NOT HAVE WASTED THE WHOLE WEEKEND DOING IT WRONG!!
9. At the end of the update I will paste a copy of her email that she sent regarding the STP refund voting poll that we had.
10. We now will run a vote that will include your STP user name in the poll. Mr. John Noakes has offered us help a lot, now is the time I need your help Mr. Noakes. Please contact me with a form or poll to get this done easily and quickly so we can get this done once and for all. I will need it as simple as possible; because I had people email me after the vote saying that they voted wrong. They did not want a refund, and I don’t want this to cause them to lose out because they read it wrong.
11. Every time we do what Stella asks, something else comes up that she wants us to do. As soon as I have another poll up, I need EVERYONE THAT PAID WITH STP to cast their vote, yet again.


We are stressing more then you guys are to get this done. I know that everyone thinks I am doing this alone, but I do have a staff, and we do know what we are doing, but we ask for your suggestions out of respect for YOU! 2 heads are better than 1 right?? So please don’t get upset when I ask for suggestions. Maybe your way is better than my way!

I am very sorry that we cannot give a “straight” date for payout. How can we give a date with the STP issue?? As soon as it is resolved it is smooth sailing from there. Let’s all pull together and get this done!

We do forward messages with things that you guys say that Stella said, and we do not release names, and Stella tells us that you guys are lying. She tells you guys that we are lying. SHE IS PLAYING BOTH FIELDS! PLEASE STOP WITH THE “HE SAID, SHE SAID”! WE ARE ALL ADULTS AND WE ALL WANT TO GET AHEAD IN LIFE. So from now on, please let’s just do what she asks, and stop trying to instigate issues so that we can end this crazy cycle once and for all.

Alert Pay members can’t get paid now! Referral numbers will change and payouts will be wrong! Please try to think of everyone, and not just yourself. (No offense)

It would be unfair to refund the funds for members without applications. It is not fair to them, (what if they are losing their home too!) and it is not fair to the sponsor. If you are a sponsor of 6 people, and it took everything you had to get them here, and say just 1 of them is in our stack of problems, then your payment will drop by a lot, and also, what if 5 of the 6 didn’t send us apps for whatever reason. Do the math! Besides the referral situation, I can only imagine what issues will arrive with STP if we do that! I am not trying to insult Stella in any way, but I am also looking out for our “PAYOUT DATE”. We cannot afford any more delays.

Finally, another reason why we have so many apps missing, we were behind at the time of our close out date, and we have been behind with so many members from the beginning. So not only did people not get to fill out apps on the last day, but all of the apps that were not printed, (possibly a week’s worth) was in the email address waiting to be printed. It is unfair and unjust for us, but our hosting company would not let us access our email account so that we could print everything out of it!! I can sit here and whine about it, but I would rather spend this time working hard to get that many more people to fill out the app that I need.

I hope that this clears up a lot of the issues that everyone is feeling right now. I am doing what I can to correct all issues, but I need you guys to understand what I am going through, and just do what we ask of you. The more cooperation that we get, the faster this will go. I am truly sorry that this is happening, but it is.

In the vote, STP usernames MUST be included, and the voting results passed along to us so that we can check to make sure that these are real STP users and not people who have no business voting. Revise your post and send it out again stating that STP usernames are MANDATORY.

We have also received many emails stating that their forum registration has not been confirmed yet, so they cannot even login to vote. These registrations need to be completed ASAP. I have registered for the forum and not received any confirmation yet, either.

** When sending me an application that I requested for, please copy and paste it to a new email to the email 
address that I sentyou. Please do not send it in another format, because it is opening up crazy. Since we were 
having problems with people opening the attachment, I have been pasting it to the email message. Please do t
he same. That way no problems will occur.

** On the application, at the bottom, there is a separate part to the app. It is for the payment information. Who 
send thepayment to us. We need this information to match up the app to the payment. So be sure to fill it out 
completely.

** Members are complaining about getting pm's about other programs. If that person did not ask for it, then don't 
send it to them. Not everyone wants to know about other programs. It is not fair to them to have to get "spam" in 
a private forum. I do realize that "We are all adults" but the rules were set for a reason. So being adults, we should 
be able to follow them! If someone is interested and asks you for the information, that is a different story, if it is not 
on the forum, how will I know about it.

** About the virus problems. I am on the forum everyday, and have not received any viruses. I am not saying 
it is not true, but I just haven't received any yet. My thoughts on this is, it may be from links on users signatures. 
I have checked out a few of them, (ex: Charlie Bit My Finger) and I haven't received a virus. Here are a few ideas 
to try and fix the issues:

1. Try to delete cache in browser. [ctrl] and [f5] at the same time.
2. Remove links in members profiles.
3. If possible, send us the name of the virus so we can look into it or have the forum admin check into it. 
(Starting a blog onthis topic would help me out more then getting individual emails)
4. If you've installed or downloaded a script, link, ect.... try deleting it.

** Everyone that wants a refund needs to email me and let me know asap!! Please put the subject 
"I WANT A REFUND"

** Stella is asking for an accurate count for the voting that we had. We have so many people trying to get 
applications to us, and we still have payments without apps.

** The reason Stella is holding our funds (We have no funds from STP!) is because there are members 
that are calling or emailing stating that they can not get into the forum, and they can't vote. They feel that it is 
not fair that everyone can't vote. The reason some people are not in the forum, is because we don't have an 
app to match up to their payment.

** After I am finished with the last email that went out for apps, I will post a copy on the site if I have to. The 
reason I don't want to do that is because for the members that did not receive confirmations, due to whatever 
reason, will fill out the app, and we will not have a payment for them, then it will take more time to go through the
stack of apps. I am working on a way to get the app to only those who we have payments for.

** Everyone is always wanting to help me, well here is your chance. I need ideas on how to get apps to those 
people that need it.  Many people say they need it, but are already in my database. I did match a lot of the payments 
up to members. If they had a name in the notes, or if I knew the members info enough to match them up, I gave them credit. A lot of payments had the person it was for, plus who referred them, and all the information I need to add them. 
So I have eliminated a lot of payments. I need suggestions on how to do this the easiest way possible. Again, a topic to start on the forum, in one place if possible, so that I don't have thousands of emails on this.

** The update with payout date will be in a few more days. I am not trying to play games, or procrastinate, 
but I do not want to
give out false information again. Which I hope that you can understand. Until we have the 
issue with Stella resolved, she is not releasing the funds. Without the funds I can not get the funds to our investor. 
So if I give you a date, say in a few weeks, and Stella does not release the funds, then I will have to push the date 
back again, and everyone will take it out on me when it is not my fault!!!! I understand what Stella is doing, but it is 
causing me and TDU to look bad, when I have done nothing wrong.

** It was said that you have to join the forum in order to be a member in next cycle. The truth is, you have to join 
the forum if f you are a member of this cycle. It is for MEMBERS ONLY. Just incase everyone didn't already know 
that.

Immeditally we began to take action only to find out that they are in PST once they were finally contacted we were told they had to investagate and we have now been informed that it is permanent and we need to find a new hosting company.  The reason all of this happened, is because that when we sent out the "BemiCall"email, it was not recgonized by members, who then reported us as spam.  By doing that, we have now been black listed from the our email.  Which is why we emailed the "heavy hitters" this morning and set up an alternate tempoary email that will be use for emergancys. As you already know, we are having technical difficulties.  First with Alert Pay, now with our website and email address.  We are aware of the problem, and I understand how worried everyone must be.  I want everyone to know that we are working on the issue.  Please do not call and bother our hosting company, Alert Pay, or STP.  We are trying to correct the issue and we don't need anyone that we deal with to be harrassed. 
 
NOTE: I do know about the problem and I am working very hard to have it back up today.  However, threating emails that I receive at this email account, and anyone that calls our hosting company, STP, or Alert Pay will be IMMEDIATELY KICKED OUT OF THIS CYCLE AND ALL CYCLES TO COME!  I know that everyone is frustrated, but today is still the last day, and I will not tolerate threats or rude emails.

Do I have to sponsor to make money?

No, however we pay $50.00 for every unit the person you sponsor buys.

If all 30,000 units are not sold what will happen?

If all are not sold buy the first week of January TDU will buy out the remainder by the second week so that payouts can be made by Febuary 2009.

Why are we TDU not disclosing contact information?

All it takes is one disgruntled person to report our company. Then, the National Treasury can come in an confinscate all of the funds. Leaving all of my customers upset, and my company name stained. So, with that in mind, we are keeping everything private to protect our customers and ourselves.

Can anybody join this program

Yes, as long as you are over 18 years of age.

Can I open more than one account?

Yes, you can have as many as you want.

If I don't have an account how do I activate my account?

To activate your account you need to log in to STP, purchase an account then purchase your units.

How often will the cycles take place?

Nov 5th update from admin
1.  Full names should be used on the application.  And when you refer someone, be sure they use the same name that you signed up with.  I know that everyone has nicknames, however, they can not be used.  Please don't use shortened names on the referral blanks.

2.  When you sign up, you put in a referral name.  They are your referral for all of the cycle.  If you purchase more units, you can not change your referral.

3.  I process all of the paperwork, then send confirmation.  Which may be later in the day.  I do not need people to send me their confirmation form, I do receive that from STP and AlertPay, unless I request it.  And I will send the confirmation emails once I am done.  I don't need everyone to ask when will they get it.  I promise to send it.

4.  If I receive a payment without an application, I will email the email address on the payment form.  It is not that I am being irresponsible, it is that I get hundreds of applications with no payments.  Which makes the process harder, and harder to locate the applications that do have payments.  I'm sorry when I ask you to resubmit the application, however, it saves a lot of time.

5.  When you make an error on the application, you don't need to send me an e-mail.  If I need help with the information, I will ask.

6. Updates are on Mondays, and for right now, we are just letting you know where our numbers are.  I am trying to get a program that will allow me to send individual numbers without having to send individual emails.  There are just too many members to be able to do that.  Also, I can't keep getting individual emails about what number we are at.  I feel that once a week updates is fair.

7.  Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm central time.  So if anyone joins on the weekend, they will not get confirmation until Monday afternoon.

8.  If you email me, I will get to your question as soon as I can, I don't need multipule emails.  I did not just ignore you, I am really busy.

9.  About referral bonuses and payouts.  For every unit that your referrals buy, you receive the $50.  Example: If you only have 1 referral that purchases 5 units, you will receive $250 for that one referral.  About the payouts.  That is determined by the actual number of referrals that you refer, not the units that you or the referral purchases. 

10.  The longer your email is, the longer it takes me to reply.  Please be kind and keep them short and too the point.

11.  Before asking me a question, please look at our website.  A lot of the questions I am getting is in the faq's.

12.  We can not give out personal information!

13.  The big question.  Can I purchase for a family member or friends that do not have an alertpay or stp account.  YES.  You can purchase for whomever you would like to.  Just be sure to put their name on the payment form also, so that matching it up to the application isn't so hard.

14. I appreciate all of the suggestions that everyone is giving, however, we run it the way we have been running it.  I'm sorry if it is not the way everyone would like, but it's how we know it.  (Not being rude, I really do appreciate it, I just can't go fix all of the things you guys suggest)

First of all I have to say to please forward this message to everyone you know in the program. I am unable to send it to everyone. The main reason is because I am getting blocked by antispam. Please be sure that I am in your address book for the email address that I was provided. These notes are from my boss directly.
First and foremost we want this to work out for everyone involved.
For some reason people are quick to call us a SCAM. Why, you ask? Because they have all been hurt by other things, groups, investments, ect. in the past.
Why so hush, hush? I myself have been involved in programs that have supplied things like; Name, address, and phone number, which a lot of people have been asking for. And guess what. Some information was fake, or real for that matter and what happened you ask. I'm sure many of you know the answer. I still lost my money and couldn't do anything about it. Just a F.Y.I. We would like you all to know that we are a GPP (Global Pension Plan) amongst others.
Once again, we are not one of them RPP's. We are just trying to make a difference.
We do not want, nor do we need your money, believe me. We could have just kept it to ourselves. But we know there are still honest people out there.
With that said, we are staying honest in what we say and do without having to give out too much information. It is understandable that some can't take that in stride and feel that threats are going to make us disclose this information. We have received emails saying they were going to report us. I have a few questions for those wanting to report us. How exactly do you know if you will be paid off if you never give us a chance?? Are you aware that wh en under investigation that all funds would be frozen until further notice?? Which means, that would make us look scamish not being able to payout nor refund money. Think of everyone you would be hurting if you did do that.
I do realize that a lot of people live by there up-line or sponsor, or by those lovely forums, but remember those are just people stating their opinions, speaking there mind, but in short YOU still need to make your decision. Otherwise, do as the others are doing, but I'm sure you have heard the saying, "If they jump off the bridge will you??"
I'm not sure if you heard, but "the rich get richer, while the poor gets poorer." We are trying to stop this. There is so much out there in the world, but "they" have been keeping it from you for decades and centuries. It is time to open your eyes and see what "they" have been keeping from you. We know the rich are getting richer off of us, believe me, you can tell who they are, but the average persons are about to get theirs too.
The world today makes us think that we can't make this kind of money, when in fact, we actually can make a whole lot more.
There are investments that bring back 5% or higher on your dollar. Just think, you invest $1.00 and get back $100.00 in a week or less. And yes, this is true, it's out there happening everyday.
Members, with all respects to Stella and STP, our big investor will now only be accepting payments through AlertPay. As of Friday, we will only be accepting AlertPay payments. STP members don't worry, we will still be able to send funds through STP for the payouts. We are also encouraging members to get an offshore account. We will tell you which one we will be using in the next couple of weeks.
Options for how members want to get their funds will be given out as soon as all units are sold.
I know that this is a long message. However, I have a few things to add to my bosses comments. I have a lot of emails still asking the same things . So I just want to point things out to as many people as I can, so that incase anyones referrals needs the answers, you will know them. :)
When asking for a confirmation, once it has been a week, please let me know your stp username or your alertpay email address, (of who ever paid for the units) so that I can locate the problem sooner. As mentioned before, we have payments still that need applications.
When paying for someone. Yes, you are still their referral. Please remember to put who you are paying for on the Payment, not the application. When filling out the application, I need their information, not the person paying, except for the payment blanks. Please put the stp username or alertpay email address for the person paying.
You are only allowed 1 sponser per unit per person. You can not purchase units later and change your sponser. Give the credit where the credit is due.
When I ask someone to send me an application, and put "Requested By Jackie" in the notes blank, please be sure to put only what I asked you to. When putting more information in that blank, it makes it harder to see "Requested by Jackie" and takes longer to get to me. We all want everything to go smoothly and everyone to get in, in a timely manner.
Everyone from this cycle, will be invited into the next cycle. Even if we decide not to be public, I still will let all of our members back in the next cycle.
Please try not to be so rude to me when I am trying to help everyone, and make everyone happy. I am answering emails as quickly as possible, so you don't need to keep resending it. It takes up more time trying to figure out who I answered and who I didn't.
Please take me off of your list for all bulk emailing. I wish I could read all of that, but it really slows me down trying to figure out if there is a question somewhere, or if its just "spam".
A lot of people got confused when I asked that no one send emails to
tdu2007@hotmail.com. So let me explain quickly. Alertpay and stp sends us the payment confirmations as they do for you. So when you forward or email me at that address is backs me up more. I have to sort the emails before I can process the paperwork. All payments from AlertPay ARE to be sent to tdu2007@hotmail.com.
When referring people, and having them use AlertPay, please be sure they know where to send the payment. For some reason, people are sending it to my email where I get the questions. I do not have an alertpay account for that email address.
All updates are now on the w ebsite. Our current number as of right now is 23,976 units sold. Keep up the great work.
Thank you to everyone for being patient with me and having to read such a long message. I am truely sorry and hope that things can get better for everyone. I also want to give a special thanks to Berry Ball, Alma Franks, CWIFA (Sharon Reynolds), Larry Oxenham, Estelle Thresher, James Lucot, and everyone else that is working so hard to help us out. Just so everyone knows, James Lucot, Alma Franks, and others (I'm sorry I don't know all of the names) have been working really hard and tried even harder to get all of the units sold by Christmas. All of us are so greatful to all of you for all of the hard work. I am truely sorry to James Lucot. The lack of communication on my end, because I have been so busy trying to get all the paperwork problems corrected, and getting all of the emails and confirmations out, that we could have been finished by Christmas. But as I told Mr. Lucot, I can not clos e with so many payments that need to be corrected. Everyone deserves to get the money that they invested in. So please know, I am really trying hard. My boss is still purchasing the rest of the units if they are not sold, so that payout will be no later then Feb. I hope this clears up a lot and again, I am sorry that it is so long.

Feb 6th update

Update:
1.)  Alert Pay is still down and will be posted on the website when it is back up.2.)  Use STP incase Alert Pay is not back up before closing the cycle.  I am doing what I can to get it back up 
       and running, but it is not working yet.  Know that I am working on it, and it is not my fault, nor can I do
       anything about it other then what is already being done.
3.)  Units are available until February 13 as stated on the last update!  We are not closing early and as said
       from the beginning, we will not run out of units.  30,000 was the minimum and the closing date is set.           So with that said, yes, you can purchase more units until FEBRUARY 13, 2009!
4.)  Confirmations are behind.  Please keep that in mind and be patient with me.  When emailing so many
       people, as said before, it looks like spam and we get blocked out for a day or two.  Again, not my fault. 
       You will get confirmation.  Don't take it this the wrong way.  If you are concerned, it is fine.  I asked for        you to wait a week.  And I am getting people asking a few days before or being rude because it is          taking longer.  Please understand that I am working as fast as I can.
5.)  Our phones do work, but WE ARE NOT TAKING CALLS OR MESSAGES RIGHT NOW.  If I talk to one, I have to talk to everyone.  One person is not more important then any other.  I would think that you would rather have payout on time rather then me talking on the phone all day long instead of doing work.  With that said,  PLEASE stop asking me to call you, please stop saying I am fake or a scam because I can't talk, and PLEASE understand that I AM BUSY.  I'm not just saying that.  
6.)  I do realise that all of my updates lately are kind of direct and to the point, but everything that I address is all what I have most problems with.  I do answer my emails, but I am also taking care of a lot of other people's issues also.  Please keep in mind that you are not the only member, and I understand you are concerned about your paperwork.  However, 1 email is enough for me to know your concern.  Sending multipule  emails that are the same is unnecessary and annoying.
Sorry if I come across as rude.  But I am trying to get things done.
